Great spot to stay, really loved the overall vibe of the place from the lobby to the rooms. Staff I encountered was friendly, although not terribly informed on the area and available places to eat etc but very nice.

Paid extra for early arrival and couldn't check in when we got there. Rooms were not ready. Then you charged me anyway.
The charge was reversed. All staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful.
Not a great location (people yelling across the street kept me up all night); you have to ring to be let in at the front door and none of the staff ever seem to be paying attention; stains on the bedroom furniture, views of alleyways. Can’t recommend I’m afraid
Right on the edge a very bad area but felt safe coming and going. My only complaint is an added surcharge that was not disclosed when I booked the room
