Great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was the lack of covered seating at the rooftop bar. It was raining pretty hard, so the only dry seats available were the 15 around the bar itself.

Nice. Place. Staff was not very accommodating. St. Patrick's day hotel rules were great for keeping hotel safe but need to be balanced better for guests that are paying to stay. The rules were a little too restrictive and staff did not provide the great service I have come to expect as a Gold Honors member.

Great location near the boardwalk. Prices were decent but typical of Hilton. Breakfast at these places are never any good and I always recommend getting quality food somewhere else unless you're in a pinch. Try to get a north facing room since you can overlook the Savannah river and see ships pass. Facing south like me yields a less than desirable view of garbage and alleys.

Nice room. Great layout, clean. We had the king studio. Check-in was quick and easy, staff was efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bust. Understaffed, food was cold, no silverware or napkins. Sucks when you want to eat and get back on the road. That was the only glitch. Could of been an anomaly. I would definitely give them a second try if we stop in Pooler again.

The reason for 4 stars is primarily because the sheets for the sofa-bed had not been changed, as they were still crumpled in a bag. We arrived late and we had trouble using our key on one door. The service was great, the hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast service included waffles and other warm foods. The hotel is right in the mix of everything but secluded from everything noisy. Near shopping and the outlets.

My husband and I stayed the night here last night. What a beautiful place! Our room was very sleek and modern and contemporary decor, freshly updated. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great heated pool outside in a private courtyard and the hot tub was terrific. We walked to a great jazz place with live music and had the best “date night” that we’ve had in awhile.

Air conditioning worked well (we are on the Georgia coast, a/c is a necessity.) I loved this hotel! It is adorable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it's in a great location!! But, be aware that this inn is an old building so the floor boards creek. There was a little bit of noise when we were trying to sleep. I fall asleep easily and am a deep sleeper so the noise didn't bother me, but a light sleeper could have trouble. The hotel provides complementary eat plugs.

Hotel messed up and booked us in a handicap accessible room that wasn't as clean as id hope. But manager was fantastic and quickly got us moved into a room that was very clean and nice! Very pleased. If you stay here it's worth the price just for valet parking. Parking in that area is a pain.

It's in a very good location for walking to most of the downtown fun stuff but if you can spend a bit more, it's not worth it here. Valet parking price was high in my opinion at 30 dollars and you have no choice to pay it when I find that ridiculous...

Everyone that works here is super nice! It is incredibly close to everything and within walking distance, but cheaper than all of the other hotels I looked at. Breakfast was pretty bland and we wouldn't have normally ate it, we were just too hungover/lazy to walk anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. Very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the tub wasn't draining and we ended up standing in dirty water while showering.

Close to I95 with options for food close by. It's about 15-20 min from downtown Savannah. Beds are soft clean rooms. There is a bar and restaurant on site. They also have microwaves and fridges in the rooms. Room service is available. Would be nice to have a safe in the rooms but the front desk will take valuables and store them.

I have to give five stars. I’m a supervisor at Greyhound in Atlanta and i was here at this particular location for about 3 in a half weeks. From the staff and great customer service to house keeping and room service everything was amazing. I would definitely recommend friends and family or anyone that comes to Savannah to come here. Basic hotel good for a one night stay while you are on the road to some place better. Room was clean but had a wierd odor. Towels were fluffy and fresh. Sheets were white but not crisp cotton. No bedspread (which is a good thing). Breakfast was sub par -- thank goodness for the fresh whole fruit.

I didn't stay at the Inn, but visited the bar after a haunted pub crawl. There is a great story associated with this Inn, and there have been many sightings from people staying at the Inn. The tour guide also suggested the restaurant within the Inn, saying it's one of the better in Savannah. If you like ghost stories, and potentially want to see one, this is a good place to go.

Very romantic atmosphere. We sat in the room with the piano directly under a chandelier. We indulged on Fried Green tomatoes, the flounder and the Georgia Sauteed Shrimp. We also had some wine and cocktails as well as the Bread Pudding which was sinful. I would definitely return to try the rest of the menu. The waiter was very informative and nice.

Visited a friend that was staying here. The facility looked very nice and well kept, the amenities were very nicely kept as well and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider Homewood suites as an accommodation option when staying is Savannah in the future.

Staff is is the highlight of the stay. We stayed overnight during the snow storm this past week. When everything was closed from Burger King to Starbucks, they we're open and fully staffed. The dinner was a lifesaver for my family of 6. Super motivated staff. Well done management and crew! Will stay when I am the area again.

We arrived at the hotel around 10pm on a Thursday for a one night stay and our room was smokey smelling. First time staying here. Great place. With small kids I think my favorite part was the controls for the A/C unit were out of hands touch. Breakfast was excellent!!! Bacon, eggs and real potatoes with a lot of other choices.
