There are a few key and convenient food and drink spots within a stone's throw, including Savoy Social and Hitch. Don't forget to enjoy the rooftop pool and a sunset drink at the rooftop bar
Super comfortable and elegantly decorated room Very comfortable bed Ambience and decor of hotel Helpful and friendly staff Roof top pool and bar
I have to say, I have never stayed at anything like this! 10 stars all day long! There is one asset that makes this place stand out even more and that is my Valet POPS! YOU SHOULD CLONE HIM! He took stellar care of me! Thank you POPS for making my stay so AMAZING! I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF YOU!
concierge services, attention to detail, complimentary champagne and coffee all day). The location is convenient so as to make all of downtown Savannah walkable without being in the more s*!t showy party zone
The staff was friendly and the guests all seemed to enjoy themselves tremendously. The hotel suites were a really nice setting for pre-wedding festivities, and were also great for photos
The outdoor area overlooking Savannah is great for socializing and added an exciting element to the wedding. Lots of really nice areas inside and out for photos too

A lovely hotel with staff that embody the concept of hospitality - even in times of uncertainty and stress. During my stay, Cristal and Jenn went out of their way to ensure guest comfort
I’m sure it is a style choice to give a beach vibe but I didn’t spend more than 20 mins in the pool and I can’t imagine allowing children to swim in it without worry of them enduring the same
Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Food at both the cafe and restaurant is delicious and fresh. My only disappointment was the pool
While there is a free ferry to get downtown, which is a nice perk, it can be inconvenient at times. We found that taking an Uber to downtown took about 30 minutes
However, if you plan to spend a lot of time downtown during the ferry’s off hours, you might want to consider other options
Although beautiful and clean, it has textured sides and bottom that literally cut my tender feet and legs

BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Beautiful place with plenty of work space and a great pool/fire pit/courtyard play area. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant
Many places try to create a luxurious design using cheap materials and craftsmanship, but not The Alida. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the design, quality of workmanship and materials used are on full display
We enjoyed the beautiful décor and tremendous service. From the Minute we Walked in, we felt right at home. It is conveniently located at the River Walk. They helped us book a tour and gave insight on where to go
The rooms are gorgeous with a simple yet elegant design, the bedding materials, floors and bathroom finishes are top notch. We have stayed in many hotel rooms in this price range and this is by far the nicest
Everything was very clean and the room was beautiful! Little touches like the refill station with your own personal Alida water bottle and the daily happy hour in the lobby were awesome
Very well maintained! The lobby smelled incredible. The hotel staff was so friendly! Maurice may be one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life

None of the cleaning issues some other guests seem to have encountered. They have a note that says they clean towels every other night to save water unless you request
Great experience! Prime location for Savannah. Great property, clean rooms, and we had a very nice view. Staff was very helpful upon check in. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come back again!
This location is incredible for visiting Savannah. The hotel itself is a very typical Regency - business class and clearly easily enjoyed by large groups and conferences as all of those facilities are available
It was an absolutely beautiful hotel with pleasantly kind staff that made the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The room I was in had a stunning view that I won't soon forget
) Walk to most anything you could need! Off site parking isn't managed by the hotel but it is close and will save you some money. Staff throughout was friendly and helpful
My fiance had the best experience working with Leah to block off a portion of the covered porch for our post-proposal family gathering only 1 day in advance

Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. as just about everything was in walking distance
The staff was also exceedingly helpful, kind and friendly, some going the extra mile to assist us. The atmosphere was one of total calm and relaxation
The Marriott Savannah Riverfront! Is an excellent hotel, fantastic location with beautiful room’s friendly staff, our stay was excellent!
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable
My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive
Big shout out to James, who helped me w/my luggage and getting checked into my room. he even was kind enough to fill up my ice bucket!

Very clean rooms and very professional front desk service checking in and out.
Did have a plumbing issue in room adjacent but they were quick with service. They also made it right for the inconvenience. Very convenient to everything on River Street & The City Market
Very clean rooms and very professional reception, check-in and check-out.
The room is well-designed and snug if not a little on the small side. The mirror has it's lighting in it's frame, which is neat, and the sink is nice and big and the temperature is easily controllable
Very nice rooms at a reasonable price for the area. Love the suite layout of the rooms and the decor which includes hardwood floors, premium vanities, sliding barn door, and very luxurious shower
The amenities were nice and the location was great. The room was quite narrow which made it a little difficult to walk through quickly. seemed high but it seemed to be par for Savannah

Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars
Wonderful hotel in the heart of the historic district. DeSoto is a Savannah fixture. It has recently been renovated. Staff is excellent. New restaurant too, and they added outdoor dining.
Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar
She was friendly, professional, gave me suggestions for parking my car that wouldn’t be overly expensive, helped me to relocate to another fabulous room when my neighbors’ dogs were barking uncontrollably, she even sent me multiple texts checking in… Alexis is 5 star quality in customer service & the reason I will stay at the DeSoto the next time I come to Savannah… though I will never valet my car
I arrived early & wanted to park my car, but he said he couldn’t drive a stick shift, & I couldn’t park my car myself or check it in early… for $45/night?! He wouldn’t even let me leave my car in the valet area to check in
We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious

This hotel is cute and charming. The outdoor space and pool were fantastic and the lobby was a great place to socialize with others. The room was clean and adequate
Excellent room porch overlooking the pool was perfect for afternoon wine and morning coffee. Loved the shower / tub set up. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was gracious.
I really liked the service from all the staff. The yard is just as beautiful as in the photos. It is pet friendly which was amazing for me and my puppy. This is a clean and comfortable hotel
The rooms are small but nice and clean. The courtyard, decor and lobby are very well designed, clean and are the best places to relax. The location is on the main street where the tourists are, but all the way to the end
My friends and I had a fantastic weekend at the Kimpton Brice! The staff go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay! The wine happy hour was an awesome feature (try their signature Brice Tea cocktail too!)! The beds were so comfortable and the four of us loved our suite! It was the perfect hotel for a girl's weekend, but I also plan on taking my family back!
Recently got back from my stay at the Kimpton and I will definitely stay here again, hotel room was clean and modern, staff is amazing and always greet us when we were passing through the lobby, they made my dog Jersey feel very welcomed

My fiancé proposed at the Ballastone a couple weeks ago! It was such a surprise- the Ballastone is as beautiful on the outside as on the inside! I enjoyed every bit of my stay: tea time, complimentary port and sherry, and the breakfast was superb! The courtyard is also beautiful
We spent 4 nights here and the only drawback was street noise from late night and early morning traffic. Take a white noise generator or get a room on the back side of the inn. Staff was friendly and helpful
Great place to stay! Warm friendly staff. Good breakfast with some extras. Full afternoon tea, evenings appetizers, late night port or Sherry wine all included. A chocolate each night on your pillow. Very quiet.
The staff did a great job making sure the proposal and our stay was perfect! Shout-out to Samantha for taking pictures of the proposal and keeping it a secret all night! We cannot wait to go back
Fantastic place!! The staff is really wonderful, the rooms are beautiful and I especially loved the afternoon tea. Delicious little sandwiches and goodies - all home made!
You can purchase a 24 hour dashboard pass for $15 or a 24 hour pass for $24. The pass is good anywhere in the historic district and is valuable. Without one you must pay $2/hr for a 12 hour per day period

Yes Yes Yes! This place was such an amazing find that I was so excited when I walked in and saw how beautiful everything was. The rooms are so clean, even the towels are spotless
Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great showers and good furniture in the rooms. Walked everywhere from the hotel room. Complimentary Managers Happy Hour between 5-7 is a must! Free food and booze
All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. There's even an hour of free cocktails! Was happy to see kosher beer options for this. If you're lucky, you'll ask Tod to help you check in
The charming rooms are decorated with period pieces. Riverfront location and close to everything. Ricky Ricardo (yes real name) was personable and helpful and those at the front desk were amazing
Location is perfect if you want to be on the river. Happy hour (true happy hour where the liquor is free) is awesome! Customer service: I forgot my Bluetooth speaker in the room on accident
The hotel is beautiful and our king room has a great view of the river. We had some issues with check-in, but the general manager reached out to us to sort things out

This hotel is located right next to the Liberty St parking garage, so if you want to save a couple bucks you can self park in the city garage and avoid the valet
A modern hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great gentlemen at the valet. A concierge is available during the day in the lobby for any questions you may have
This is my second time staying at the B Historic hotel in Savannah. I love the location, decor, and the staff. Parking is a bit of an issue, but parking is always an issue in Savannah
Easy walk to any of the historic landmarks, restaurants. Savannah Coffee is close by for a fantastic cup in the morning
Got the impression that perhaps the staff are new at running the place, but I'd definitely return
Modern, clean & walking distance from everything.

Great place to stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge is knowledge and will steer you in the right direction. The rooms was great. We really liked the roof top bar and pool combo.
Rooftop pool is heated and bar is nice. Walking distance to The Pirates House and Leopold's Ice Cream. The required valet fee is a bit steep but the room rates were very reasonable
Great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was the lack of covered seating at the rooftop bar
Recently stayed here in a 1br studio and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was clean and well decorated. Nice view of the river and my son enjoyed seeing the massive container ships pass by so close
I could not believe how friendly the staff was. Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, and workers in the restaurant were very polite, extremely helpful, and welcoming
We were able to walk to restaurants and stores and not have to worry about driving and parking. Our room was very clean!!! Breakfast was not that good

Very nice and clean hotel inside. Great location in historic downtown Savannah. It is a little pricey if you want to eat there. I chose to enjoy the local eateries. The staff was very polite and helpful
Parking is valet only for 30/nt, so be sure to add that in to your stay. My only negative would be the windows allow a lot of noise in as if they are open, but they provide earplugs and a sound machine for sleeping ?
Impeccable rooms that are clean, updated, and include little extras like a “white noise sleep machine” and an iHome dock station. The lobby is comfortable and inviting to relax while waiting for rain to pass
I’m shocked to see this is only a 3 star hotel! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Friendly and professional desk and concierge
It’s a short walk to many attractions and historic downtown sites!
What they don’t tell you at check in is how thin the walls are and how prominent the street noise is. They could also tell you that there’s a white noise machine and ear plugs in the room to help you sleep

Great location near the boardwalk. Prices were decent but typical of Hilton. Breakfast at these places are never any good and I always recommend getting quality food somewhere else unless you're in a pinch
Prime location right by the Savannah River and near lots of places to eat and shop. Service was great, rooms were clean and modern. Love the downstairs decor and fireplace. We'll definitely be back!
Love this hotel. If I make it back to Savannah, I will stay here again. Loved the staff. The rooms were clean and updated. It's in walking distance of everything. If you come to Savannah, stay here!
Try to get a north facing room since you can overlook the Savannah river and see ships pass. Facing south like me yields a less than desirable view of garbage and alleys
Great location in Historic District but showing it's age--a little frayed around the edges. Room rates are staggeringly high, out of line with the overall condition of the property; probably driven by location

All Kessler's are awesome and this one is no different. After more than one stay I will add that a more accessible bellman when driving up is suggested. Always at least 3 valets but they don't do luggage to the room
We shared a large and wonderful appetizer of smoked salmon on crustini, followed by a beautiful mixed green salad with poached pears and a French-cut Chicken Breast, as well as Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers
Historically charming atmosphere with some contemporary twists; great service and delicious food. We brought my mother-in-law here for Sunday Brunch and were seated on the cheerful enclosed porch
Jaw dropping beautiful and elegant. Stopped to enjoy a drink and munchies while touring Savannah. A must return.
Our server was excellent - very knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional

I would definitely give them a second try if we stop in Pooler again
Breakfast (Greek yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, etc. I think my favorite thing about this hotel was the location--around shopping centers and a bunch of places to eat, which makes for an easy and convenient stop
We arrived late and we had trouble using our key on one door. The service was great, the hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast service included waffles and other warm foods
Check-in was quick and easy, staff was efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bust. Understaffed, food was cold, no silverware or napkins. Sucks when you want to eat and get back on the road
Great rooms that are clean and spacious (includes a kitchen and living area) with a reasonable rate. If you have pets, they have a lot of room to walk them. The beds are fairly comfortable, but not the best
When we tried to use the room phone to call housekeeping, we realized that the phone didn't work. The sheets were immediately replaced once we stopped at the front desk

Great heated pool outside in a private courtyard and the hot tub was terrific. We walked to a great jazz place with live music and had the best “date night” that we’ve had in awhile
The hotel is kept super clean. They have a great breakfast in the morning. The pool is a little small for laps and the gym is a bit on the small side as well
My husband and I stayed the night here last night. What a beautiful place! Our room was very sleek and modern and contemporary decor, freshly updated. Staff was super friendly and very helpful
Great location!! The hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. They remodeled to modern/rustic style. We had breakfast at the hotel and everything they offer is fresh
Our room was awesome, very spacious, clean and the King Bed was comfortable. Thanks for complete such a nice experience with this trip

I've enjoyed "The Blend" coffee shop across the street. The Marshall House is known to be Haunted. We have always slept well and been comfortable. The area has plenty of things to do. I'm sure you will enjoy staying here
The Marshall House is a true gem! My husband and I were looking for a Savannah hotel that had southern charm & history, but still offered modern amenities and we found it in the Marshall House
The building is very much a part of Savannah's history, and the experience made us feel a part of it
Staff members were always available to offer recommendations, directions and any other assistance needed - with a smile. Even the general manager could be found checking you in or pouring your coffee in the morning
We stayed in a Broughton Balcony room for 3 nights. The rooms are exquisite with 12 foot ceilings and original hardwood floors but the furnishings, cable & wifi offer modern day comfort
But what really sets Marshall House apart from all of the others is the exceptional service. We were greeted every morning at the bottom of the stairs with a hearty 'Good Morning'
