Concierge was extremely patient and flexible with the constantly changing flight schedules and were generous with late checkouts and last minute extensions

Beautiful place. Very nice rooms and super comfy bed. Only issue I had was my card was double charged.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was great, engaging, friendly and genuinely felt like they cared. The fairy meant that we never had to use a car. One of the best resort experiences that I have had.

The staff was very professional. The main thing I liked, there were no hidden fees after arriving at the property. All costs/fees were shared to me before arriving. The oatmeal cookies were so good

I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a friend’s wedding, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting

The room was quite big and very clean! The environment is beautiful and the transportation is convenient! The breakfast choices are also good!

Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. as just about everything was in walking distance

The staff was also exceedingly helpful, kind and friendly, some going the extra mile to assist us. The atmosphere was one of total calm and relaxation

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront! Is an excellent hotel, fantastic location with beautiful room’s friendly staff, our stay was excellent!

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable

My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive

Big shout out to James, who helped me w/my luggage and getting checked into my room. he even was kind enough to fill up my ice bucket!

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel with pleasantly kind staff that made the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The room I was in had a stunning view that I won't soon forget

Also, the room was found not cleaned the first day when we returned at 4pm. I complained to the front desk & someone showed up at 5:30 to clean, I told them not to bother

The building is quite old, but is still modern feeling. Service at front desk was a bit unorganized and slow as my mom waited for a pretty extended period of time to check in just for a lady to come out of the back

Bell hops and valet were kind and quick however! Wouldn’t stay here again as there are plenty of other good hotels around the same price & more to offer

With the price you pay you would also expect a bit more enthusiasm from those front desk employees

Had an amazing stay at hotel indigo it was great place to stay after a long night on the town Bar to bar until I literally could barely walk I stumbled into hotel indigo and i didn’t even have to ask the lady at the front desk if I could stay

They made me feel like I was at home and coincidentally I also don’t have a bed

It was the nicest place ive ever stayed! When I woke up from my drunken Hibernation the nicest elderly man which was setting up the tables and he kindly asked me if I needed assistance and by this point I’d regularly be thrown out of such a nice place I was still really feeling the peach daiquiri so I stumbled from the elegant conference room to the astonishing lobby I slept so soundly in the oversized...

Other than that, awesome experience

Very clean rooms and very professional front desk service checking in and out.

Did have a plumbing issue in room adjacent but they were quick with service. They also made it right for the inconvenience. Very convenient to everything on River Street & The City Market

Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the historic district. DeSoto is a Savannah fixture. It has recently been renovated. Staff is excellent. New restaurant too, and they added outdoor dining.

Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar

My first impression was with the valet, which was not amazing

She was friendly, professional, gave me suggestions for parking my car that wouldn’t be overly expensive, helped me to relocate to another fabulous room when my neighbors’ dogs were barking uncontrollably, she even sent me multiple texts checking in… Alexis is 5 star quality in customer service & the reason I will stay at the DeSoto the next time I come to Savannah… though I will never valet my car

The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks! Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun

Many places try to create a luxurious design using cheap materials and craftsmanship, but not The Alida. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the design, quality of workmanship and materials used are on full display

We enjoyed the beautiful décor and tremendous service. From the Minute we Walked in, we felt right at home. It is conveniently located at the River Walk. They helped us book a tour and gave insight on where to go

The rooms are gorgeous with a simple yet elegant design, the bedding materials, floors and bathroom finishes are top notch. We have stayed in many hotel rooms in this price range and this is by far the nicest

Everything was very clean and the room was beautiful! Little touches like the refill station with your own personal Alida water bottle and the daily happy hour in the lobby were awesome

There are a few key and convenient food and drink spots within a stone's throw, including Savoy Social and Hitch. Don't forget to enjoy the rooftop pool and a sunset drink at the rooftop bar

The outdoor area overlooking Savannah is great for socializing and added an exciting element to the wedding. Lots of really nice areas inside and out for photos too

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel with our pups for a few days. The hotel is very dog friendly and in a perfect location in Savannah. Our King room had a balcony which overlooked the pool area

I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. Check in was a luxury experience of its own. Valet is there to greet you and was a nice guy. The furniture decor for the lobby reminded me of a European vibe

The room had a super nice tub and shower combo with a modern design. Our only complaint during our stay is the hotel booked a wedding reception and this prohibited us from being able to go or use the courtyard area

I don’t believe 24/7 room service is needed at this location due to the size of the city of Savannah. The room came with two Fiji waters and has a luxurious touch to it

Check in process at the front took 2 minutes tops. They have a pretty nice restaurant connected to the hotel and offer room service until 10pm

Very nice and clean hotel inside. Great location in historic downtown Savannah. It is a little pricey if you want to eat there. I chose to enjoy the local eateries. The staff was very polite and helpful

Parking is valet only for 30/nt, so be sure to add that in to your stay. My only negative would be the windows allow a lot of noise in as if they are open, but they provide earplugs and a sound machine for sleeping ?

Impeccable rooms that are clean, updated, and include little extras like a “white noise sleep machine” and an iHome dock station. The lobby is comfortable and inviting to relax while waiting for rain to pass

It’s a short walk to many attractions and historic downtown sites!

What they don’t tell you at check in is how thin the walls are and how prominent the street noise is. They could also tell you that there’s a white noise machine and ear plugs in the room to help you sleep

Great location near the boardwalk. Prices were decent but typical of Hilton. Breakfast at these places are never any good and I always recommend getting quality food somewhere else unless you're in a pinch

Prime location right by the Savannah River and near lots of places to eat and shop. Service was great, rooms were clean and modern. Love the downstairs decor and fireplace. We'll definitely be back!

Try to get a north facing room since you can overlook the Savannah river and see ships pass. Facing south like me yields a less than desirable view of garbage and alleys

Great location in Historic District but showing it's age--a little frayed around the edges. Room rates are staggeringly high, out of line with the overall condition of the property; probably driven by location

Great heated pool outside in a private courtyard and the hot tub was terrific. We walked to a great jazz place with live music and had the best “date night” that we’ve had in awhile

The hotel is kept super clean. They have a great breakfast in the morning. The pool is a little small for laps and the gym is a bit on the small side as well

My husband and I stayed the night here last night. What a beautiful place! Our room was very sleek and modern and contemporary decor, freshly updated. Staff was super friendly and very helpful

Yes Yes Yes! This place was such an amazing find that I was so excited when I walked in and saw how beautiful everything was. The rooms are so clean, even the towels are spotless

Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great showers and good furniture in the rooms. Walked everywhere from the hotel room. Complimentary Managers Happy Hour between 5-7 is a must! Free food and booze

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. There's even an hour of free cocktails! Was happy to see kosher beer options for this. If you're lucky, you'll ask Tod to help you check in

The charming rooms are decorated with period pieces. Riverfront location and close to everything. Ricky Ricardo (yes real name) was personable and helpful and those at the front desk were amazing

Location is perfect if you want to be on the river. Happy hour (true happy hour where the liquor is free) is awesome! Customer service: I forgot my Bluetooth speaker in the room on accident

The hotel is beautiful and our king room has a great view of the river. We had some issues with check-in, but the general manager reached out to us to sort things out

My one not so major issue is there was a lot of bugs in the pool but it wasn't that bad to swim in. Overall I would recommend this Inn

STAY WITH CONFIDENCE!!!! I must say i was skeptical at first then i read the reviews and it had the best rating out of most hotels. Opening the door to the room i understood the reason it was ranked so high

When we checked in the man at the counter was great with customer service. The room was clean and the bed was Comfortable. The breakfast was good and my daughter enjoyed the pancakes. We will be back.

The room was clean comfortable exactly what you want to receive as a no frills accommodation to sleep, shower and do your business out in Savanah. Will definitely stay here again when i return

Best Western Central is the nicest low-mid-range hotel! It has been recently painted inside and out. All new furnishings, totally clean. Great place to stay for the rate. Nice people too! We felt very comfortable there

Tour buses, across the street. And after all that walking, a quiet comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Everyone behind the desk that we talked with were the nicest most polite people

Only downfall was the parking deck charges $10/day or $22/day valet. If you leave the garage and come back in the same day you get charged for each entry. That's an outcry for a hotel guest!

On Bay Street, one block away from the River District, on the very edge of the Historic District, everything was walking distance. The Pirate House, walking distance. River cruises, walking distance

I could not be happier with our stay here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room overlooked the street and had a nice balcony. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Savannah

The breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The staff there were very gracious

This hotel has the most friendliest staff. I love the rooms and the French doors in the King suite. The happy hour, along with wine samples, is a great touch! There's only two things that I would like to change,

Since your hotel is pet friendly, please keep the guest with pets on the first floor where they have better access to outdoor. No pets should be allowed around the dining area, or where food is served

We had an amazing experience during our stay. Savannah experienced their first snow in 28 years while we were there and the staff made sure we were thoroughly taken care of

This location is idea for getting to restaurants and shopping

Upon arrival at our room, there was a pizza box with a bitten pizza in our fridge. As we accommodated ourselves, there was no paper towels, conditioner and no toilet paper restock

It was fine, for a small Hotel. Limited Staff . No restaurant. Good served in the am. Place was clean. Had indoor pool and exercise equipment.

The service was great, and the place was fairly clean. However the pool area needed work and was a little grubby. Overall great place if you don't want to go swimming

With small kids I think my favorite part was the controls for the A/C unit were out of hands touch. Breakfast was excellent!!! Bacon, eggs and real potatoes with a lot of other choices

They went out of their way to pick me up at the airport at midnight after a long & late arrival from out West. This was set up with manager before I ever left

Nice clean and affordable. I'd recommend to others. I stayed in room 428 and the staff were amazing. Comes with a 2 burner stove and a fridge. No bugs and very very clean. The manager Mary is awesome as well.
