Upscale hotel built in an old power plant building. Lots of art in the lobby. Our room was stylish, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful front desk. Good breakfast choices at the Turbine cafeteria.
Don't look at the price! Once you arrive, you will notice that you didn't pay enough. Every day we discovered something new. They have so many live performances (music, pianists, singing, etc.). The hotel is a museum with a rich history. The view is unmatched. Moreover, they maintained social distancing/face mask guidelines. You will not be disappointed.
We stayed in November 2020 and were pleasantly surprised that the lobby was like a natural history museum. The amethyst geodes were some of the largest I have seen. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Three Muses Hotel and loved being so close to the bustling River Street and City Market. The restaurants and bars at the Marriott were amazing. We plan to stay here again...
Had a wonderful stay there. They made sure we had everything we needed or asked for. Stayed in the Three Muses section and it was beautiful, so much to do around us. I would recommend choosing the river side instead of the city. We had the city side and there was a brick building across from us, would have liked to have had more of a view. They provided face masks. We had 2 small dogs which were no...
I am impressed by the elegant tribute to the dirt of our history. From the massive clear quartz at the entrance to the metal dinosaur skeleton hovering above, you will not feel disappointed. There is a grand presence of history in every square inch of the building. If you like crystals, fossils and exotic artifacts, the experience is worth it. I dare not give away all the details because it is better...

I had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa for a friend’s wedding, and it was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Our room was beautiful and spacious, offering stunning views of the golf course and the river. The only downside is that the resort is located across from downtown Savannah. While there is a free ferry...
A lovely hotel with staff that embody the concept of hospitality - even in times of uncertainty and stress. During my stay, Cristal and Jenn went out of their way to ensure guest comfort. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Food at both the cafe and restaurant is delicious and fresh. My only disappointment was the pool. Although beautiful and clean, it has textured sides and bottom that literally...
I love this hotel we come every year. Tristian checked us in and was so hospitable and accommodating. He explained all the amenities well and acknowledged us each time we came by the desk. I worked for Marriott for 29 years and I appreciate his hospitality and treating us so well even thought I wasn't high status. I love all the activities, bands, and mermaid by the pool. All associates treated us...
This place exceeded all my expectations. Reception: Smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff were not only knowledgeable about the hotel but also the area, offering great recommendations. Tristan, who checked us in, was exceptional, and Saunsiree was a delight in the morning—true Southern hospitality! Room: A bit dated, but impeccably clean. Tip: Ask for a river-side room for stunning views. Location...
Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable and everything worked great. The pool is amazing. The bartenders were very friendly and accommodating. Apparently there was a very nice restaurant in the hotel but I had no idea about it until I was leaving so they could do a better job of advertising that aspect. Beautiful views from the hotel and riverfront area. Front desk staff were very good....
The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel and parking area was great. The view looking out the window was amazing.

INCREDIBLE Hotel. We enjoyed the beautiful décor and tremendous service. From the Minute we Walked in, we felt right at home. It is conveniently located at the River Walk. They helped us book a tour and gave insight on where to go. Each flood has a water station to fill a reusable bottle, with Cold, Room Temp and Sparkling options.
Many places try to create a luxurious design using cheap materials and craftsmanship, but not The Alida. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the design, quality of workmanship and materials used are on full display. The rooms are gorgeous with a simple yet elegant design, the bedding materials, floors and bathroom finishes are top notch. We have stayed in many hotel rooms in this price range and...
BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Beautiful place with plenty of work space and a great pool/fire pit/courtyard play area. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. Amazing rooms and you couldn't find a more wonderful staff. Can't recommend enough!!!
We only stayed one night but had a very pleasant experience. Everything was very clean and the room was beautiful! Little touches like the refill station with your own personal Alida water bottle and the daily happy hour in the lobby were awesome. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us. We would stay there again!
The hotel was incredible. Very well maintained! The lobby smelled incredible. The hotel staff was so friendly! Maurice may be one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. Extremely helpful and knew every local by name, including their dogs. Next time we go back, we will stay here again!

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront! Is an excellent hotel, fantastic location with beautiful room’s friendly staff, our stay was excellent!
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. Loved the location...as just about everything was in walking distance.
The hotel was in a very convenient location and within walking distance to the downtown area. It is only getting 3 stars because when I booked the room it said my total would be $242, but when I looked at the charges it said $282 plus another $12 charge. When checking in the concierge told me to rip up my parking ticket and use my room key for the parking. He never once mentioned that it was $40 to...
My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive. Big shout out to James, who helped me w/my luggage and getting checked into my room.. he even was kind enough to fill up my ice bucket!
Concertgoer was excellent as was front desk staff and housekeeping.
This hotel is at a great location on the river. Very clean. The bar area is nice and the shrimp tacos were delicious! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the rooms feel a little old. The ceiling is peeling in our room and paint is coming off the walls. The toilet flushes really slow to where I thought it was broken. However, the beds are comfy and the room is otherwise clean. I've stayed here...

everything! But the decor mostly. Everyone was really helpful, and especially Bryson the valet guy
I wish I could've gotten the heads up that the walls are completely sound proof and that I'd be next to a day spa that blasts music. Listening to people go on about skin care products wasn't exactly how I pictured my vacation. The hotel itself was neat and the staff was polite.
Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, great showers and good furniture in the rooms. Best location. Walked everywhere from the hotel room. Complimentary Managers Happy Hour between 5-7 is a must! Free food and booze. Bartenders make whatever you want. Outdoor rocking chairs overlooking the river! Will definitely come back and only stay here if I’m visiting savannah!
Location is perfect if you want to be on the river. Beautiful/spacious rooms. Happy hour (true happy hour where the liquor is free) is awesome! Customer service: I forgot my Bluetooth speaker in the room on accident. After a few phone calls to the hotel, I got the right person and they mailed my speaker back to me!!! Overall great experience. Can't wait to stay here again.
It exceeded our expectations. The charming rooms are decorated with period pieces. Riverfront location and close to everything. Ricky Ricardo (yes real name) was personable and helpful and those at the front desk were amazing. Coming back to Savannah, we plan to stay at the River Street Inn! Highly recommend!
The hotel is beautiful and our king room has a great view of the river. We had some issues with check-in, but the general manager reached out to us to sort things out. We will stay here again with the confidence that our concerns have been heard and resolved. Highly recommend this historic hotel for its beauty and location.

Friendly and helpful staff let me check in early. Nice, modern hotel located near shops, historic sites and a about 15 minutes' walk to downtown. Comfortable, large room with large TV, fridge etc. There is a free breakfast in the morning that was simple but good. Parking is by valet in a multi-story car park across the street, which was very efficient, but you do have to pay.
A modern hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great gentlemen at the valet. A concierge is available during the day in the lobby for any questions you may have. Easy walk to any of the historic landmarks, restaurants. Savannah Coffee is close by for a fantastic cup in the morning. Got the impression that perhaps the staff are new at running the place, but I'd definitely return.
Modern, clean & walking distance from everything.
This is my second time staying at the B Historic hotel in Savannah. I love the location, decor, and the staff. Parking is a bit of an issue, but parking is always an issue in Savannah. The restaurant offers small plates, and they are delicious...
The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Location was fantastic. Great visit bed was comfortable but I don't understand the extra charge for room.
Basic hotel good for a one night stay while you are on the road to some place better. Room was clean but had a wierd odor. Towels were fluffy and fresh. Sheets were white but not crisp cotton. No bedspread (which is a good thing). Breakfast was sub par -- thank goodness for the fresh whole fruit.
Great place to stop off of I-95. Located in an area full of other hotels and restaurants outside Savannah airport. This TownPlace has one of the best breakfasts I have ever had as a free hotel breakfast. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Very spacious and well laid out rooms. Clean and friendly. Accepts pets!
Clean, good location but rooms are a bit old and could use updating.

Excellent hotel in a great area near the water in Savannah. Rooms were clean, lobby and lounge area is very nice and complimentary breakfast was good. Rooftop gym and pool were great.
Came up from South Florida for Thanksgiving weekend. Hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of the Historic District of Savannah. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, very friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was good with nice variety of items. Coffee was very good. 4 stars for an economy hotel. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful architecture and clean. Modern decor and Central location to anything and everything in Savannah. Great personnel that treat you with kindness and help with any needs. Only downfall was the parking deck charges $10/day or $22/day valet. If you leave the garage and come back in the same day you get charged for each entry. That's an outcry for a hotel guest!
I could not be happier with our stay here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was perfect. Our room overlooked the street and had a nice balcony. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Savannah.
The staff provided excellent service! The hotel is clean and the room was very comfortable. I just want to close my comment by saying that the staff serving breakfast in the morning, namely, Ms. Harris and Ms. Alma, are very friendly and do an amazing job. Clean and nice hotel. Minutes from the airport with shuttle service with a nice lake view in back. Rooms are small but efficient everything is in lobby coffee hot water microwave etc. Gym is great few treadmill and up to 50lb dumbbells with some cross training equipment and TV with workouts. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff are excellent and dedicated to all the aspects of service that are being cut at other hotels (e.g. concierge services, attention to detail, complimentary champagne and coffee all day). The location is convenient so as to make all of downtown Savannah walkable without being in the more s*!t showy party zone. There are a few key and convenient food and drink...
I photographed a wedding here. The hotel is so trendy, lots of really weird and cool art throughout the two buildings! Gorgeous rooftop views from the ballroom. This was my first time staying at the Perry Lane Hotel in my hometown of Savannah, Georgia. I was in town for a home stay for my good friend's mom. I have to say, I have never stayed at anything like this! 10 stars all day long! There is one asset that makes this place stand out even more and that is my Valet POPS! YOU SHOULD CLONE HIM! Great experience! Prime location for Savannah. Great property, clean rooms, and we had a very nice view. Staff was very helpful upon check in. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come back again!
It was an absolutely beautiful hotel with pleasantly kind staff that made the extra effort to make you feel comfortable. The room I was in had a stunning view that I won't soon forget. 10/10 I would definitely visit again.
The building is quite old, but is still modern feeling. Service at front desk was a bit unorganized and slow as my mom waited for a pretty extended period of time to check in just for a lady to come out of the back. With the price you pay you would also expect a bit more enthusiasm from those front desk employees. Bell hops and valet were kind and quick however! Wouldn’t stay here again as there are...

This location is incredible for visiting Savannah. The hotel itself is a very typical Regency - business class and clearly easily enjoyed by large groups and conferences as all of those facilities are available. We had an awesome room. Well kept and just felt clean ( very important). We had a nice view of the river and the city. The staff was awesome. I mean, just great! Very friendly. We got a little confused about where the hotel restaurant was ( The Taproom). Other than that, awesome experience.
Very clean rooms and very professional reception, check-in and check-out.
Very clean rooms and very professional front desk service checking in and out.
It was a nice place. Service left a little to be desired. My party experienced misinformation regarding early check in times. While waiting to check in, another separate party was misinformed regarding charges as well. Loft was nice and clean. Location is great. It may have just been the day we stayed. Would consider trying again for a better experience.
The amenities were nice and the location was great. The room was quite narrow which made it a little difficult to walk through quickly. The parking at $30 per night. seemed high but it seemed to be par for Savannah. No continental breakfast or anything. Some little muffins or something would've been nice. I don't know that I'd stay again; I'd probably stay farther away and walk for less money.
I've loved our stay here. Did have a plumbing issue in room adjacent but they were quick with service. They also made it right for the inconvenience. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to everything on River Street & The City Market.
High prices on valet parking, 45/night, but necessary and convenient given the location and limited options. Breakfast was very high, only bought it once
Very convenient location; not only in the historic district but also super close to the river and all its shops and restaurants and bars. Not very noisy despite how close it was to everything. Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The bartender was fantastic and made some great drinks! Being right in the middle of downtown Savannah made our informal restaurant tour very easy and fun. We will definitely be back.
Great location, walking to anywhere. You do not need the $45 per day valet because large parking garage is block away from building. Nice food and drink inside, plus walking distance from restaurants and bars. Nice safe feeling area. Super small balcony.
You have a wonderful property here, but there are a few areas that could significantly enhance the overall experience. The hotel could benefit from renovations, as the wear and tear are noticeable. For example, our bathroom had a large crack in the tub, and the faucet was loose, giving the space a run-down feel. A fresh coat of paint and general upkeep would go a long way. Additionally, the cleanliness...
Good morning g to the manager. We have never stayed as of sleeping at the hotel. Each time we visited, it was for business or training. We have enjoyed the atmosphere and food on those times. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. But this time, it was for the Candlelight Hip Hop event. Maybe one day we will get the chance to stay a weekend, and then I can give you that review on the stay.
My first impression was with the valet, which was not amazing. I arrived early & wanted to park my car, but he said he couldn’t drive a stick shift, & I couldn’t park my car myself or check it in early… for $45/night?! He wouldn’t even let me leave my car in the valet area to check in. So I found a random street to park on & then went to check in. Alexis saved the whole experience. She was friendly...

I’m shocked to see this is only a 3 star hotel! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Friendly and professional desk and concierge. Impeccable rooms that are clean, updated, and include little extras like a “white noise sleep machine” and an iHome dock station. The lobby is comfortable and inviting to relax while waiting for rain to pass. It’s a short walk to many attractions and historic downtown sites

Proximity and convenience to the facilities that I needed.
I usually love staying at Embassy Suites and really wanted to give this a higher rating. The hotel is is beautiful & in great condition; the staff was courteous. The downside... they ran out of extra blankets for use on the pull-out couch (no extras in the room to begin with). The breakfast: the omelets were great, but the potatoes were under cooked and cold. The french toast was also cold. The variety...
The hotel was very large and nice. One major issue I have with this hotel is housekeeping. They clean so late in the day and we had to wait a full hour for them to clean our room. When we checked in, they said our room wasn’t cleaned yet. So we all had to wait a hour for our room. The breakfast was really delicious and good and omelette was good ??. The rooms were really nice and clean and comfortable...
Very nice clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious and hot. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The location is great with the outlets close by and tons of restaurants. The hotel was quiet, no slamming doors, and bed was very comfortable.
Great place wonderful staff especially Brenda very kind and attentive. She went above and beyond during the 5:30 happy hour. She made us feel welcome and it was a pleasure talking with her. She is a top notch employee representing herself and embassy suites well.
Beautiful hotel in a pretty part of Savannah, with lots of places for convenient family dining very nearby. Friendly staff and great, super clean rooms. Not sure if it's true of every room but mine had a walk-in doored shower with no tub. Boy do I wish that were true of every hotel room. If you're ever in Savannah on business, I highly recommend this place, I thoroughly enjoyed chilling with some...

Great location in Historic District but showing it's age--a little frayed around the edges. Courteous, efficient staff. Hotel is acceptably clean. Room rates are staggeringly high, out of line with the overall condition of the property; probably driven by location.
Prime location right by the Savannah River and near lots of places to eat and shop. Service was great, rooms were clean and modern. Love the downstairs decor and fireplace. We'll definitely be back!
Love this hotel. If I make it back to Savannah, I will stay here again. Loved the staff. The rooms were clean and updated. It's in walking distance of everything. If you come to Savannah, stay here!
Great location near the boardwalk. Prices were decent but typical of Hilton. Breakfast at these places are never any good and I always recommend getting quality food somewhere else unless you're in a pinch. Try to get a north facing room since you can overlook the Savannah river and see ships pass. Facing south like me yields a less than desirable view of garbage and alleys.

Very original hotel, love the art and eclectic decor. Great gym, awesome soaking bathtub.
Jaw dropping beautiful and elegant. Stopped to enjoy a drink and munchies while touring Savannah. A must return.
All Kessler's are awesome and this one is no different. Fantastic location. After more than one stay I will add that a more accessible bellman when driving up is suggested. Always at least 3 valets but they don't do luggage to the room. Overall easy 5 star
Hotel beautiful with views of the park. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Only constructive criticism is if you are sleeping in.....it would be nice if housekeeping had multiple shift so your room was cleaned once you returned that night. Music playing upon your arrival to your room was a nice touch.
Historically charming atmosphere with some contemporary twists; great service and delicious food. We brought my mother-in-law here for Sunday Brunch and were seated on the cheerful enclosed porch. Our server was excellent - very knowledgeable, friendly, yet professional. We shared a large and wonderful appetizer of smoked salmon on crustini, followed by a beautiful mixed green salad with poached...

Nice room. Great layout, clean. We had the king studio. Check-in was quick and easy, staff was efficient and pleasant. Unfortunately, breakfast was a bust. Understaffed, food was cold, no silverware or napkins. Sucks when you want to eat and get back on the road. That was the only glitch. Could of been an anomaly. I would definitely give them a second try if we stop in Pooler again.
It was good. Nice room. Nice heating system. Clean. Decent breakfast choices. The reason for 4 stars is primarily because the sheets for the sofa-bed had not been changed, as they were still crumpled in a bag. When we tried to use the room phone to call housekeeping, we realized that the phone didn't work. The sheets were immediately replaced once we stopped at the front desk. I would give 4.5.
Great rooms that are clean and spacious (includes a kitchen and living area) with a reasonable rate. $100 nonrefundable pet fee. If you have pets, they have a lot of room to walk them. The beds are fairly comfortable, but not the best. Breakfast (Greek yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage, etc.) is included. I think my favorite thing about this hotel was the location--around shopping centers and a...
We arrived late and we had trouble using our key on one door. The service was great, the hotel was clean and well appointed. The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast service included waffles and other warm foods. The hotel is right in the mix of everything but secluded from everything noisy. Near shopping and the outlets.

Great location, was very easy to walk around. Rooms were nice and clean, good value for the money
The good: Newly renovated with a very cool new look to the lobby and rooms. Great location and walking distance to everything. The bad: Stayed in the larger room for a night. The air conditioner was literally 12 inches from the bed and blew cold air on us all night. Woke up Everytime it turned on and off. 30 bucks to valet. The doors are super thin so you hear the house keeper all morning knocking...
Very good stay. The hotel is kept super clean. Staff is very accommodating. They have a great breakfast in the morning. The pool is a little small for laps and the gym is a bit on the small side as well. If you Hilton honors they do their best to honor your status but it's hard when they have a full house. The bar is open late enough and they always have fresh water sitting out for guest because of...
Has an amazing view of the city. It's the perfect location for anyone visiting Savannah. You are walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and other fun stops. The staff is very nice and professional. The breakfast in the morning is very good. I highly recommend this place.
My husband and I stayed the night here last night. What a beautiful place! Our room was very sleek and modern and contemporary decor, freshly updated. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great heated pool outside in a private courtyard and the hot tub was terrific. We walked to a great jazz place with live music and had the best “date night” that we’ve had in awhile.
Pleasant and helpful staff; clean and well maintained rooms. Great location in Savannah! Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, very helpful. Good location. A real highlight was the "wine reception", not just a glass of wine as we'd assumed but included a historical talk about the building - very interesting! If you miss the talk, a recommendation from the speaker which we enjoyed a lot is to view the artwork on all levels of the building: "Savannah's development" on level 2, "...
The Marshall House is a true gem! My husband and I were looking for a Savannah hotel that had southern charm & history, but still offered modern amenities and we found it in the Marshall House. We stayed in a Broughton Balcony room for 3 nights. The rooms are exquisite with 12 foot ceilings and original hardwood floors but the furnishings, cable & wifi offer modern day comfort. It is also centrally...
My Boyfriend and I love the Marshall House. The front desk clerks Lisa Baisley and G have both taken great care of us when we stayed there. The location is great..being right in the Historic District. I've enjoyed "The Blend" coffee shop across the street. We love Ghosts. The Marshall House is known to be Haunted. Great location and great place to stay! Had an amazing room. Close to anything that you would want to do downtown. Very good price for where you're located. Lots of history there and all around! Will definitely be back!!
Lovely old hotel with lots of character. The rooms can be small compared to modern standards, but we were comfortable. The breakfast is about $11, and it's a basic buffet. The location is excellent right in the midst of everything. They provided complimentary earplugs due to the location being so central, and while they was very courteous of them to include, they weren't necessary in my opinion at...
The best customer service I have ever had at any hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Savannah. It has great history to it in fact on Wednesday they serve free wine and cheese and talk about that history. All the staff are helpful in finding places to eat and fun activities to do. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfasts. Fruit and water during the day, snack plates and wine in the afternoon, cookies in the evening. Parking actually wasn’t bad nearby (we were pleasantly surprised!). Very accommodating staff who, when we made a mistake on our reservation, they didn’t charge us for an extra day. Perfect location. This is the second time I have come to Savannah and stayed at the Hamilton Turner Inn and I was never disappointed in the least. This bed-and-breakfast far exceeds all expectation. I cannot rave enough about the amazing experience, the wonderful food, the delightful staff, 5 o’clock wine hour and 8 o’clock port and cookies. An absolutely amazing experience!
My stay at the Hamilton Inn was excellent. The staff (Buffy, Steve, Erin, Tim, and Maggie) made my stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the location was perfect and close to all major attractions. Every morning, there was made to order breakfast, which was delicious. I would highly recommend the Hamilton Inn for your stay in Savannah. I'm looking forward to staying here again
All of the staff at the Hamilton-Turner Inn were amazing! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the accommodations are luxurious. We celebrated our first anniversary/honeymoon in Savannah.
