i absolutely loved this hotel. Every thing was superb from start to finish. The location is amazing. Its so central. the hotel rooms itself were lovely. breakfast area and outdoor terrace were beautiful. the staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Great place to stay while staying in Savannah. You can walk anywhere in 20 minutes from this location. Great service, friendly people. Octavio though and his pancakes with peach compote is just too much. I mean seriously, how do you say no to that?!

We took a chance and tried President's Quarters Inn instead of our usual hotel stay. We loved it. The location is great, free breakfast was great, free parking is great! We loved everything about it and felt transported back to the old south in our room. Would definitely stay again.

Don't look at the price! Once you arrive, you will notice that you didn't pay enough. Every day we discovered something new. They have so many live performances (music, pianists, singing, etc.). The hotel is a museum with a rich history. The view is unmatched. Moreover, they maintained social distancing/face mask guidelines. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed in November 2020 and were pleasantly surprised that the lobby was like a natural history museum. The amethyst geodes were some of the largest I have seen. I am impressed by the elegant tribute to the dirt of our history. From the massive clear quartz at the entrance to the metal dinosaur skeleton hovering above, you will not feel disappointed. The best thing about the hotel was its Valet Staff, very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great! Downside....the hotel offers no amenities, the hotel had two restaurants attached, but offered no room service. Rooms need to be clean better, floors were sticky. We had a king bed, but the mattress was sunk in the middle.

Nice hotel. The staff was very accommodating, especially the valets out front. The rooms were comfy and clean. The roof top bar was gorgeous. The only downside was the noise at night. Because the hotel is in a busy section it can be a little noisy - nothing crazy and didn't keep me up, but if you need complete silence to sleep the weekend might be a challenge.

This hotel was a perfect location for our Savannah getaway. I think there's as much space floor to ceiling as there is wall to wall. The space is modern, clean, and simple. This was my first time staying at the Perry Lane Hotel in my hometown of Savannah, Georgia. I was in town for a home stay for my good friend's mom. The hotel itself is a very typical Regency - business class and clearly easily enjoyed by large groups and conferences as all of those facilities are available. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond for us during our stay. Free room upgrade to riverview room. And everyone was professional and pleasant with each interaction. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Only issue was we had a hard time opening and closing the sliding door. Loved the location...as just about everything was in walking distance.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and within walking distance to the downtown area. It is only getting 3 stars because when I booked the room it said my total would be $242, but when I looked at the charges it said $282 plus another $12 charge. My balcony room overlooking the river was wonderful. I particularly enjoyed seeing the cargo ships coming and going from the port. Housekeeping employees were very nice and attentive. The amenities were nice and the location was great. The room was quite narrow which made it a little difficult to walk through quickly. The parking at $30 per night. seemed high but it seemed to be par for Savannah. No continental breakfast or anything. Some little muffins or something would've been nice. Great hotel with a wonderful staff. We went for our 17th anniversary and we're upgraded to a suite l. We were also given a drink voucher for the Proof and Provision hotel bar. The absolute best staff of any where I've ever been and the Ballastone is more than 5 star. I would recommend the China Tade suite it's the bomb. Very beautiful suites, everything you need, good service, location is awesome.

Great location and beautiful accommodations. Arriving was a bit tricky with the parking situation, but otherwise, no complaints.

The suite is excellent, very well appointed and comfortable. Located in the heart of the Historic District and about a block from the Lucas Theater. Parking garage is a block away but you can offload your luggage first, so it's a minor inconvenience... Well worth it!

I loved my stay at the suites at bay. Everything was great about this stay from start to finish. I definitely recommend anyone that is visiting this beautiful city to stay at the suites at bay. The location of this hotel is perfect. You never need transportation because everything is seconds/minutes away. I am definitely coming back to this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff let me check in early. Nice, modern hotel located near shops, historic sites and a about 15 minutes' walk to downtown. Comfortable, large room with large TV, fridge etc. There is a free breakfast in the morning that was simple but good. Parking is by valet in a multi-story car park across the street, which was very efficient, but you do have to pay.

A modern hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great gentlemen at the valet. A concierge is available during the day in the lobby for any questions you may have. Easy walk to any of the historic landmarks, restaurants. Savannah Coffee is close by for a fantastic cup in the morning. Got the impression that perhaps the staff are new at running the place, but I'd definitely return.

Modern, clean & walking distance from everything.

This is my second time staying at the B Historic hotel in Savannah. I love the location, decor, and the staff. Parking is a bit of an issue, but parking is always an issue in Savannah. This hotel is located right next to the Liberty St parking garage, so if you want to save a couple bucks you can self park in the city garage and avoid the valet. The restaurant offers small plates, and they are delicious...

The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Location was fantastic. The only thing I could say is that there were several long black hairs in our room, but it appeared clean beyond that. We were missing a hook for our robe in the bathroom, with no where else to hang towels. Missing coffee cups, but had lids and coffee. Nothing horrible, just...

Great location. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good amount of towels and toiletries were available. Front desk/waiting area is warm and cozy. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed here in a 1br studio and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was clean and well decorated. Nice view of the river and my son enjoyed seeing the massive container ships pass by so close. Rooftop pool is heated and bar is nice. Walk right out onto River St.. Walking distance to The Pirates House and Leopold's Ice Cream. The required valet fee is a bit steep but the room rates were very reasonable...

Great stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great and they let us check in 2 hours early. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was the lack of covered seating at the rooftop bar. It was raining pretty hard, so the only dry seats available were the 15 around the bar itself.

I could not believe how friendly the staff was. Everyone from the valet, front desk, housekeeping, and workers in the restaurant were very polite, extremely helpful, and welcoming. Location is excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores and not have to worry about driving and parking. Our room was very clean!!! Breakfast was not that good.
