Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels & Resorts

There are many hotels to stay at in Seattle but this one came highly praised and recommended. I booked a week stay here, and I was glad when they upgraded my room due to the length of my stay.

The room was wonderful at first glance, spacious, had a bathtub, complimentary water/coffee/tea, a full sized sofa and desk. Our view was a little limited as we could only see a bit of the water from our room, it was mostly buildings but nothing to complain about.

The staff was very pleasant at check-in and worked with us to make sure we were pleased. It took no longer than 5 minutes to check in. Check out was even breezier as it took about 1 minute to hand over our cards, and the woman at check out was so delightful for it being 5am! You can check out from your TV but I always feel more comfortable stopping by the front desk.

My only issue is the bathroom, they were a bit concerning for a few reasons- the bathroom floor had some brown residue, the shower door didn’t close so water would get out onto the floor. The bath (although love the concept) the water comes from the ceiling to fill the tub, it splashed everywhere as it was filling up - with the brown residue and the water it turned the towels brown, and our white socks. They do provide little slippers which helped but the floor was too slippery when wet and kept finding myself having to take off the slippers or walk like a grandpa clinging onto the sink.

Also, I wish they had firmer pillows.

To end it on a high note; the hotel is in a great location. There was plenty of places for us to visit nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Many attractions nearby too! The hotel also had a restaurant that is open pretty late.

This hotel was great, worth going to and staying at!

I flew into Seattle for a quick trip and the family I was supposed to stay with was sick. So while on the plane I booked this room. I was getting in earlier than check in time and asked for an early check in and they accommodated.

From that first great customer service through ever day there I’m so impressed with this hotel. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, kind, and willing to help with anything.

The location is great and easy to get to other places. The rooms are very spacious and nice furnishings. The rooms felt very clean and well taken care of.

Thanks to Eric for all his help with my printing needs and everyone at the front desk. Thanks to Mikala and Endeya at the front of the restaurant for their kindness and helpfulness. Thanks to the house cleaning crew for helping me. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time.

I haven't been to a hotel and been this pleased in years. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The staff are INCREDIBLE. Drew at the front desk and everyone else were super amazing and friendly. This will be the only hotel that I visit on my trips back to Seattle.

The restaurant is good, as is the bar.

Customer service was out of this world!! Very friendly and considerate. Alway went above and Beyond. The first morning they even gave us a text asking us if we need anything and If there was anything they could do to make our stay better. Very friendly and answers all of our questions. The rooms were very clean and high class. Amazing amenities and don’t get me started on the private golf simulator!! $50 an hour is an absolute steal. Definitely going to be coming here every time we decide to visit Seattle again. 10/10

Very clean and a large rooms that are very modern. The bathrooms are very big as well and feature a bathtub fill that comes out of the ceiling! The hotel is very quiet and has a smaller lobby and curbside pickup and drop off with very quick valets that are courteous and professional. Great location to a lot of great downtown restaurants such as the Metropolitan Grill.

Impressive rooms with elegant soaking tubs that fill from the ceiling. Minibar stocked with delicious local snacks. Love the design, everything was beautiful yet functional (quite unlike all the trendy nonsense you'd find at the W). You don't even need to hang a "do not disturb" tag on the door, they've got a button for it. What else can I say, there's nothing not to like. I can't wait for the chance to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. The recent renovations turned out really. The staff are all wonderful. Truly a gem! Love the virtual golf!
