Water pressure is low during shower and do not have shower head, toilet bowl room lighting not working well (unable to adjust brightness.
It is convenient right in downtown and there is Starbucks and plenty of restaurants nearby
An older hotel but great service and lovely staff. Location good and walkable towards the main areas.
Very central Hotel, but very bad service: thr room service closes at 11..00 pm but: after 10.00 pm they do not serve hamburger ! The staff at reception was very unfriendly. . in the corridor of mu floor there were several garbage bags that guest left our of the door : the stench in the elevator foyer was quite bad. Never again.
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The emerald suit has really nice floor plan and view.
The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel.

Very American hotel, the bedding is very comfortable. The bathtub and shower are not very comfortable together, and the shower head is small.
1. Room comfort The rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities. 2. Service The service of the accommodation is good overall, and the staff is friendly and professional. 3. Location The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Pike Place Market, famous attractions and many restaurants, which is very convenient. 4. Hygiene The accommodation is clean overall, the...
A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available. The...
The location is very good, the facilities feel old, and I really don't like the fixed shower. The valet parking guy is nice, he is the only one who took the initiative to get us mineral water after giving us a tip.
The environment of the hotel and the room is very good, and the Christmas decorations are beautiful. There are many restaurants and bars. The gym has a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, fitness equipment and locker room facilities, which are also one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
The hotel lobby is very beautiful and the location is also very good. The rooms are relatively old and the lighting is average but the area is quite large. But don't eat in the hotel! The waiter in the breakfast restaurant saw that I was Asian and took me to the worst seat! ! ! ! Take other white people who didn't make a reservation to sit in the good seats inside! The male waiter in the restaurant...

This was absolutely beaufitul inside out. The staff was amazing and helped me out with finding dining and making sure my stay was comfortable and beyond what i was expecting. I cant wait to stay here again.
It was nice. I was expecting more luxury given the price and the marketing, but it felt like any hotel.
10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ staff was amazing, room amazing, CLEAN (and I am picky) property amazing, bar qas beautiful, option to use their lexus AMAZING!! just very thoughtful details and I'm in love. I will be back again and again. The only things I'd change would be to have a door on the bathroom and a large mirror in the bathroom. But I loved it so much it's not a deal breaker.
I wasn’t aware of valet parking and didn’t expect the extra cost but I was nice to have since there’s not much overnight parking around the area! Otherwise the hotel was amazing and clean and would stay again
One of our favorite places to stay in Seattle! Everything about this hotel is top notch! From the restaurant and ambiance, to the comfortable bed and rooms, absolutely beautiful!! Don’t hesitate to book!

We visited this place to check out the design and also as a possible accommodation next time we are in town. Staff are friendly and they didn't gave us any funny looks. I will consider staying here next time.
Amazing food at Goldfinch. I was at the Four Seasons for a Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra fundraiser recently, and the service was impeccable and the food super yummy. I've never visited the spa personally but I have many friends who have and I hear it's fantastic. You just can't go wrong with the Four Seasons.
Great hotel. Rooms are great , staff is very professional. The restaurant inside is nice. I can't comment on food quality but the drinks were well made and service was excellent. The hotel lobby and room bathrooms smell very pleasant as well. Exactly what you would expect from a four seasons.
Patrick and Mercedes at the Four Seasons Seattle made our event such a breeze! From start to finish, they answered all of my requests with thorough and very timely responses. The F&B onsite was amazing, as was the service staff. The meeting space we were in had lovely views and floor to ceiling windows. It gave such a great "wow" factor for our event. Thank you again for your continued support, we...
We had a couples massage at the spa. They took great care of us for the night. Robes and slippers are provided right away with access to the steam rooms up until our massage. Both masseuse were perfect. After we headed down the restaurant for drinks and dinner. Tasty, seared salmon and crispy brussel sprouts.
Half hotel half residence, the Four Season is perfectly located next to Pike Place Market in the heart of downtown Seattle. Upon arrival you will be greeted and will likely need to valet the car if you are planning to stay overnight. The rooms are large and chic, the bathroom almost as large as the main room. Comfortable bed and a desk to work at, the Four Seasons makes your stay feel as though...

Nice hotel in a good location in Seattle and easily walkable to main attractions. Room was nice and check in process easy
The location is accessible to public transport and the Parks. Most of the area to visit is walking distance.
Just staying for a nite for Cruise next day. Easy to check-in & check-out. Nearby Seattle Pike Place Market.
The location is good and we can walk to the Pike Public Market for only 10 mins, so it’s really convenient!!!
We arrived the hotel very early at 9am after disembarking from the NCL cruise and the hotel allowed early check in due to available room at no extra costs, much appreciated! The bed and pillow was also very comfortable, the room was very large compared to the hotel rooms near Pike's Place and it's about 15 mins walk to Pike's Place, great hotel!

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks,...
Good location and walkable to key attractions. However, the rude front desk staff made the experience horrible. Will not stay at this hotel again
The bath tub is clogged during our first day here. We called the room service and the staff quickly came here and fixed everything. I am giving 5/5 for the service. The view outside the window is nice.
Good location. Very clean room. Walking distance to Pike place, waterfront, restaurants, coffee shops, etc
The room and bed are one of the reasons why we stay at this Sheraton . The king size bed is so comfortable and the room is very spacious.
Locations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

Seattle, 1900 Fifth Avenue 🧭 Map
I lived in downtown Seattle for 2.5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels. It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent. The rooms are nice, but not that great and the bathroom is pretty outdated. The service is ok, but not at the level of the Fairmont or other hotels. For instance, I had an incident...
The hotel is a little dated but the location is perfect. I found the rooms to be a bit small but the view makes up for the size. The beds were too soft for my taste and I didn't like the fact that housekeeping has to be requested otherwise your room will stay dirty/unmade. We're done with Covid, please do better!
The hotel is centrally located, comfortable and very well appointed; but what sets it apart is the excellent customer service. Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough. From an upgrade, a gift and the royal treatment for our doxies. Our little family cannot wait...
Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great. A walk to Fish market and the shore excursions' docks about 15 minutes normal pace. Walk to Space Needle about 20 minutes. Taxis and Uber readily available.
We only stayed the one night before our cruise. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded our room and had a large room with a fantastic city view. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. It appeared that the WiFi in the room, you had to pay for. It was free in the lobby. Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.
Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.
Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.
Guess I'm a bit country and not big city anymore. This place was extremely nice and very different than any other place I've stayed. Would've been nice if staff would've explained the hotel a little bit so i knew what to expect. Me and my 12 year old were staying there and in town for a football game. I did love it. I love Seattle and the view from our room was awesome. It was in the perfect location...
I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean except for a small deodorant made up in the bed. Staff were very helpful and their restaurant was very good
Very Good location Good services Clean room and facilities
Excellent location from market, SAM, two blocks from the monorail and lite rails. Across the street from two of the best cafes in the city. Facility is modern with great views of the sounds. Only complaint is pricing, demand must have been high while we were in town, easily paid over 50% more than I should have.
We had a very easy check in and they allowed us straight in our room at 12pm. We were given free happy hour drinks and credit for food which was a nice extra. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee. Our room had a good view. Highly recommend for location in the heart of downtown. Elephant and Castle pub below the hotel.
The only thing that was rather a hasstle was the construction underway and finding the buffet restaurant.  It was very inconvenient!  On top of all that they gave us option of a $15 credit on top of a $25 resort fee per DAY which wiped out our $15 credit FOR A MEAL.  I would have preferred during construction period to wipe out resort fee or offer the $15 buffet credit for our inconvenience.  Everyone...

Incredible stay at a very reasonable price. Rented a 2 bed/2 bath suite for the weekend to partake in some Halloween festivities. The room is gorgeous, with a balcony right in the middle of the Seattle skyline. Beds were comfy, and the amenities were top notch. Special recognition for the rooftop pool and hot top. The gym is also incredibly well appointed. Will definitely be staying here again.
Three stars is being generous for this property. Overall I do not recommend it and will choose another location next time. The positive: 1. Good location 2. Nice gym 3. Nice decor 4. Cons: unfortunately, our room's AC was broken. Luckily we could open the windows for some cool air, but that also meant hearing the sirens all day and night. Next time I'll bring a bikini to enjoy the top floor pool.
I spent over 10 nights here while in Seattle and cannot say enough kind things about this hotel. The king bed was ridiculously comfy. The cleaning service was top knotch and left extra tissues when I left a note about my bad allergies. The pool has a full-length section which I appreciate and the gym was what I expected. The spa is a hot tub in the pool room, unless I'm confused, but very enjoyable...
I stayed here three nights and it was very comfortable, clean, and has a good location literally walking distance to the stadium. I had a room facing the fountain and it was quiet without any city traffic noise. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly too.
Beware of the suite that 'sleeps five.' This is only true if three of the five are children who can sleep together in a king bed and the other two are a couple who are happy sharing a saggy pull-out double couch. Honest! Beware also of the parking fees; fee for one night turns out to be over $50 'with taxes and fees.' Instead park overnight next door in a lot that charges only $20. Beware of costly...
The location is right by the Safeco field. Kind of ghetto at night-don't venture on a walk too late. Make sure u bring ear plugs as there are wake up horns from the bay going off at all hours of the night. The staff are very nice and helpful and made the stay more agreeable. Shuttles help w transportation wherever u want to go. Worth the $ but not the best.

Good location. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Great location, right next to the Seattle Convention Center and walking distance to the Space Needle. Friendly staff and clean rooms. What I didn’t like was that rooms have no microwave so no way to reheat food, and the room I was in was connected to another room and we could hear each other which was not ideal at all but thankfully the next door guest was nice enough to keep it down after I asked...
Great location which is basically a 10mi. Walk to Pike Place, 2 min to the express to the Space Needle, etc.... Clean rooms that were spacious and great staff. Only problem is that you can hear a lot of the road noise...
I’ve stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. I love the location. The rooms are clean and bedding is absolutely heaven. It is walking distance to Pikes Public Market and most public transit options. The only downside is they do not have continental breakfast. The cafe/bar that is accessible from the hotel lobby was a bit expensive for what they offer.
Loved the location of this hotel. Just outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything. We loved walking to South Lake Union and First Hill. The staff was helpful to answer all our questions about the area and provided us with a huge list of food recommendations. Our room had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower (not those travel size) and enough...
Bed huge, couldn't find my wife with lights out.

Nice central location easy walking distance to the public market and miners Landing... The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and beautiful. They have a wine hour from 5 to 6 in the lobby...very fun❤️
Nice vibe! Busy but not too busy. Valet and front desk are great! Happy hour is nice with wine. Dog friendly...they have in room dining for your furry friends too! Rooms are big without being too big. Beds are comfy and towels won't scratch your skin off. Seriously, some hotels just can't get that 1 thing right. S lovely stay and I will be back. Also, go to the Crumpet Shop for breakfast...
We loved the room. Between the very beautiful/modern decor and the furniture not only being very comfortable but placed conveniently, this place has my approval! And the wine hour between 5-6pm for no additional cost is fantastic! And the location is just to perfect. Provo to the staff for also being extremely kind and respectful while answering every question I had and I buzzed the front desk quite...

The staff, although understaffed. We're exceptional! Everyone from the bar and restaurant, to front desk, to Bell and valet service. A highlight of our trip was Marc. He took care of our Bell and valet service and was just above and beyond. The room was nice and very clean. Hotel was in a more upscale area of downtown. Close to great bars restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay...
I stopped in here last minute to escape the heat. From the moment I got to the front desk, Becky was so sweet and easy to talk to (not to mention she checked me in very efficiently!). The room was beautiful, the bath was heavenly and the hotel was very quiet. The room service was A+ - including the very friendly people at the front desk who answered my calls *and* the lovely people who delivered the...
A hidden gem in the center of Seattle. All the staff were professional and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. The room was amazing and the balcony was private with a great view.
Great hotel for a business stay in Seattle. The hotel is conveniently located at the northern edge of downtown which ensures a short commute. Staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They also provide a fitness studio and a whirlpool to relax after your workout. Water and fruit are provided during the entire stay and rooms are always spotless. Would definitely stay here ago an if I'm in Seattle...
Excellent service, nice and clean room, cozy bar, perfect location... do I need to continue? Every time I come to Seattle, I stay here. One of my favorites hotels. Highly recommended!
It's a nice hotel and met my simple needs for a two night stay related to work. It's an older building that has been upgraded is what I felt but that doesn't take away from much. People we're helpful, valet great, rooms nice. Overall I would stay again.
