Seattle, 1815 Terry Avenue 🧭 Map
Brand new hotel near downtown that has very clean and well appointed contemporary rooms. Great service from reception staff as well!
What a great find! The location is perfect for exploring multiple neighbourhoods, sites, restaurants and shopping in Seattle. We walked everywhere from here, no taxi or uber needed. The rooms are very well designed even for longer stays (we stayed 5 nights) and the beds ultra comfortable (even the little pullout couch). But the highlight is the staff. Engaging, helpful, smiling ... They really...
Great hotel that fit my conference needs, essentially it's downtown close to public transit. Great rooms and beds!
Built with the guest in mind. From beautiful, modern rooms to a quality breakfast. They go as far as to include device chargers in every room in case you forget your phone charger. Highly recommend.
Great hotel!! Nice lobby and even nicer rooms, completely updated and top of the line amenities. A must stay in Seattle!!

I’m loyal to the Marriott brand but I typically stay in the Residence Inn option when I travel. I wanted to try a new hotel however and opted for SpringHill. The staff was wonderful, very kind. The room was just smaller than I am used to and the furniture looked a bit old. Breakfast options weren’t the best. Basically, I will stick with what I know and go for Residence Inn going forward.
I got to stay in double queen bed suite at the Hotel. The room was spacious and we'll maintained. It is not the newest of interiors but it was good at the price. The morning complementary breakfast was great! It had a good spread and was delicious. Overall, enjoyed my stay.
We had a really nice stay here while in town to see a show at The Paramount. We loved being so close to Capitol Hill for coffee and dinner, and the rooms were better than we expected. The front door is off the main street, which struck me as a bit odd, but makes sense with the valet. Staff were friendly and greeted us in the hallways. Breakfast had a variety of good options, and it was one of the most...
Nice hotel in an older building. Fairly well modernized and kept up especially in the room decor, but the hvac system is a bit older. Great staff, very helpful and friendly, with decent prices for this area of Seattle.... But of course the expenses lie in the details, like valet parking, in hotel meals, etc. Beds are good but not awesome. Noise level is fairly low from within the hotel but there...
The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. The driveway was blocked on both sides by three cars that were parked there for about ten minutes. There were shuttles and valet pick ups but no way to get around.
Large clean modern rooms. Hot breakfast included: eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, rolls, muffins & bagels. Staff friendly & helpful. Around the corner from the flagship REI store. A 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Free coffee all day.

Location is outstanding and lake views are amazing from this property. Dukes and Chupacabra are across the street at the marina. Breakfast was included and good. True North taproom opens in the afternoon til 10pm. Pizza was good (not great). Local brew on tap was good and ice cold. Lakeview suite was large with a huge balcony..and multiple windows with lake, city, and space needle views. Staff was...
I really enjoy staying at this hotel mainly because it's across from South Lake Union and it has an indoor swimming pool and a breakfast hot breakfast bar. The front desk staff is friendly and has great customer service plus room service attends to your needs without a hesitation. This hotel offers garage parking and public transportation is near the hotel such as the streetcar train Indy Metro Bus...
Hotel room had both a living room and a bedroom. Have no complaints about any services - cleaning was thorough and done while I was away, front desk was courteous and helpful, and room service was quick and easy. Room was spacious, clean, and stylish. Did not hear anything from neighboring rooms, so walls were thick. Also had black out curtains in both living room and bedroom, so was dark at night...
I wouldn't say it offers value for money, for example parking will cost you $35 a day. Nearby hotel offers free parking. Rooms are like a resedential apartment and very spacious. They have a pool which is nice. Location wise it is absolutely stunning.
Nice rooms with a good size pool. Fitness area could use a little more. Hot breakfast is a plus. Great staff that are friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel across the street from the lake and waterfront restaurants. Streetcar and bus service next to the hotel servicing downtown locations. Smooth check in process. Breakfast serviced in large atrium setting each morning. Parking for a fee plus tax and dog fee was low plus tax. The taxes was a third of the hotel rate which surprised me. We had a two bedroom suite which was large and airy. The...

Great hotel in a walkable, convenient location. Easy front desk check in, with secure garage parking for a fee. Room had small mini- fridge, microwave, kettle. Bathroom has lots of shelving to place items. Didn't have to wait long for hot water in the sink or showers. Very clean. Rooftop terrace has amazing view of sunset.
The rooms are great and the staff are awesome, but the elevator was busted for a chunk of our stay while the other elevator was constantly crowded. We were there for New Year's so I understand things happen, but it was just a word of mouth from other guests that it was even being looked into or dealt with. Also, the neighborhood around it is less than ideal at night time. We were there for the view...
We started here in New year's eve. It was so convenient to walk to Climate Pledge and the space needle for the show. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery all in a short walking distance. The staff was super accommodating and very polite. There is water and coffee in the front desk area, nice when you are coming from a long trip. The room is well equipped with a mini fridge, microwave...
We stayed here because of the location for spending the holidays with family in Queen Anne. The staff was super - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed (excellent towels and linens, electric water kettle in the room along with mini fridge and microwave). The rooftop patio is nice. There are two grocery stores and a pharmacy within a couple blocks, plus quite a few good places...
We just needed a place to stay after an evening at Climate Pledge Arena. We are so delighted that we found The Mediterranean Inn. Everything is so clean! The room was cozy, and the rooftop reading area a real plus. I would gladly go for a longer stay there. The garage parking seems extremely limited. Since we didn't plan ahead, we had to find an overnight parking area 3 blocks away on Thomas Street...
I stayed in the Mediterranean Inn for a work event recently and it was a great experience overall. It has a secure parking garage which was great (there is a daily parking fee, I believe it was $27 a day), and the entrance is in the alley on the backside of the building. You need a hotel key card for access. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and bars nearby, and even a cute little bookstore...

Stayed in town for business. Staff was curteous. Room was extremely clean and elevators were very quiet (I had a room next to one and had zero issue). Will be staying here again
Nice place to stay with a scenic view of lake union. Has all the amenities including gym. Rooms are spacious and gives you a sense of luxury. Breakfast buffet included with the stay is reasonably good.
Nice hotel with views of lake Union. At end of streetcar line. Free shuttle to tourist destinations. Free parking, free breakfast that has nice selection and great room with views. Staff very helpful.
Great chain of hotels in the Seattle Portland area. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Free parking, WiFi & hot breakfast. Every floor had a guest laundromat. Rooms were large and more roomy than other hotels I’ve been to. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area!
Nice rooms. Very clean. Beds and pillows are too hard for my taste. Nice staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. Close to lots of great shops.
Our stay was very nice and uneventful. Parking was a non-issue thanks to their private entrances. Breakfast is great and worth waking up in the early morning to some eggs, sausage, and waffles. Silver Cloud's staff was also helpful in giving good recommendations for lunch locations and helping with simple things like fixing our demagnetized card and changing a few linens. Loved it. Didn't have much of a view but it's the kind of hotel that you hope for when you go for a trip. Beds were so comfy I almost didn't want to get up to explore Seattle. TV had every American show I could think of and internet was quite fast.
Our double queen room was stylish and spacious with expansive high ceilings. Ideal location if you're looking to be near Pioneer Square, WAMU and or the stadiums. Great experience! Will go back.
Love this hotel, great location. Staff are super friendly. Rooms are decent. We had a view of the water, love it!
Nice hotel friendly staff. It's right by Pioneer Square and the train station. The area gets a little quiet at night but there's a lot of little restaurants that are nice. It's a good spot to stay if you're on a budget.
The room was nice and I got a cool view of the harbour. I did request a king size bed and only gave me a queen even though they said they upgraded my room. Overall very nice hotel. Very close to everything. The valet was expensive but it is in the heart of Seattle.
A cozy, high-end hotel right in the middle of lots of night life, shopping, and food opportunities. The rooms have large windows with excellent views of either the lights in the city or the bay. Staff is accommodating and leaves you to yourself. After checking out, they even offered to call a cab!

Had a great room with a view (it was clean, bright, and felt updated). We always looked forward to going back after being out all day. Showers are large and water pressure is good. The windows had both a privacy blind and blackout blind (which was very nice for sleeping in / getting natural light and privacy at the same time). Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful...I give them credit...
The free shuttle to the different locations was extremely beneficial. Daniel (shuttle driver) was so helpful and awesome. The people at the front desk were not extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel but Daniel made up for it. The free breakfast was incredible. Nice big room. Overall great experience!!!
We found the staff helpful both prior to, and during our stay at the hotel. There is no shuttle from SEA-TAC and the trip was $65 one way, but they provide a shuttle to the pier for cruise ship guests. The breakfast variety and fare was standard for a hotel in this category, but they will cook a breakfast to order. The room was much smaller than expected and much more expensive than the size and amenities...
Great hotel, really nice rooms. Very close to everything you want to see. Including the space Needle... It's across the street. You get access to the roof and it's got patio fruniture and a fire pit table. The showers are really hot, rooms are really comfortable with tons of room.
My husband and I stayed here for a few days last month and had a great experience. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful and we loved that the hotel was in walking distance of a lot of attractions. The room was very clean and it was always quiet at night (as it should be!) with no disturbances. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're planning on visiting Seattle!
The location for this hotel is perfect if you want to visit the Space Needle or surrounding area. The free shuttle to the pier is very convenient a well. The rooms are very modern and spacious. I am very thankful to the staff because despite I made a mistake with the reservation (all my fault), they readily help me fix it. The room was very spacious and nice: it had a small kitchen too, Everything was new and very clean. The location was convenient: walking distance from the "Westfield mall". It is also close to the Sea-tac airport and 30min by car to Seattle downtown
Great spot. The bartender (Antonio) was very helpful. He went above and beyond and didn’t expect anything in return. Front desk was friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is tasty and varies from day to day. Hot tub was hot but over-chlorinated. My eyes and chest burned after a few minutes.
Rooms are clean and modern with a full kitchen, which is amazing. They even have filtered water in the kitchen sink to keep you hydrated. The breakfast and service is fantastic and it feels like they work really hard to make sure all the guests are welcome. All the staff seem to greet everyone in the morning and afternoon. Other Marriotts may have a similar staple breakfast items, but the one here...
I genuinely like this hotel. Locale is what is it is, close to the airport, the mall, easy access to Boeing, Wizards of the Coast, etc. Breakfast is legit top-notch! The automated coffee bar is a nice touch. Gym is decent and they have a pool and hot tub for post workout. Rooms are great. Small and suite-like. It’s a single room but has everything. Small kitchenette, large TV, desk, big closet…...
The breakfast buffet is sooo good. Lots of food choices. The cleanliness is superb. The only complaint I have is the swimming pool. The water is smelly that day. Gym is excellent though.
This hotel was pleasant with clean rooms, good amenities, a great breakfast, and safe parking. The staff take tremendous pride in the breakfast spread and it shows. They are also very welcoming and greet the guests with sincerity. The team that puts out the breakfast buffet (warm and cold items) really surprised me. All good. Except we were under the impression that parking was free. Surprised by Bill at check out..
This is great budget option hotel in a downtown. Reason I put 4 stars because this hotel don't have a thermometer in the room. I have to set a heater and it was running all night and it's disturbing. NO FREE breakfast or pool. But price was reasonable in comparison with others hotels in downtown.
I've stayed here a few times now. This time I was in a quiet room on the fourth floor. It was spacious and clean. The desk staff are friendly and efficient. The restaurant is staffed with very friendly people who remembered and conversed with me.
We stayed for one night before catching a flight the next day. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant gave great customer service and really made our stay. We had 3 kids with us, two toddlers and a baby, and at every turn someone was helping us. Adriana at the front desk is a beautiful soul and gave us a great room that gave us (mom and dad) a sanity break. The beds were comfortable and...
Clean rooms, great service, great location with a reasonable rate. Emerald Grill next door offers affordable dining. Not to mention the secure garage parking that is offered for an additional fee. The only thing that keeps me from writing 5 stars is the beds were a tad on the firm side. Other than that, great experience. Will be staying again next time I need a room in Downtown Seattle.
Location is good for Amazon employees. Almost the centroid of all Amazon offices. Breakfast is good and the rooms are not. Staff is helpful. Overall good value for money.

This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.
This hotel was great! I very much enjoyed it. Very cool details and ambiance. The morning coffee and happy hour beer were nice touches. I stayed in the Sub Pop room (5th floor). Smaller room than your typical luxury hotel but still had all the space and amenities I needed (hair dryer, steamer, mini fridge, complementary toiletries, etc). Would definitely stay again.
Loved the location and vibe of the hotel. Room was cozy and bathroom and shower were tight, but considering the purpose, it was great. Had a frig, which was nice. Decor was absolutely awesome. If you want to escape the bland big chain places, this is a place to keep in mind.
So my feelings on this hotel are very mixed. The room was mediocre, for the price I expected a bit cleaner and less problematic. The electrical was all old, I was constantly bumping the ceiling light (I'm 5'11") and the window unit air conditioner was loud. The hallway and building had the smell of an old smoking building even though I never saw anyone actually smoking in the hotel. The bathroom was...
Stayed for two nights while at a conference. Nice niche hotel, very helpful staff, interesting art and rooms. Comfortable clean beds. Adequate bathrooms but nothing fancy about them. Overall good location, and good stay, would stay again
The reception area is pretty nice and has a great restaurant. I was not impressed with the first room they gave me. There was an exhaust next to my window which was over the trash dumpsters. Location was fantastic!! Neighborhood was great, so many cool places around and right next to the city center.
Nice hotel close to attractions. The room had 2 beds which are advertised as Queens but they felt more like doubles. The pillows were really great though for hotel pillows. They offer free breakfast in the morning, they did have hot and cold options.
Decent hotel not too far from downtown. Rooms are ok but reflect that the hotel dates back several decades. Service is limited and the staff seems too stretched to provide quality service. 3 stars ⭐ might be slightly exaggerated and depending on the room rate, there are definitely better options around.
The hotel is very nice. The staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are clean and big. The space in these rooms is wonderful for the price. The only downside is the gym. Some of the equipment didn't work and they're missing some dumbbells. The pool is also closed for Refurbishment, but looks like it'd be a blast to swim in. Other than that, is definitely stay here again!

Front desk staff was Excellent! Warm greeting and gracious service. Couldn't have been better!
Easy access to highway and uw. Super close to a number of very good restaurants. Best place to stay if you need to visit uw.
I have stayed at this property 12 nights. As a category 6, I would have given it five stars, but as a category 8, no way. The people were nice and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, not even a cookie at the end of a day? Compared to the other category 8 Marriott properties, this does not measure up to that level. I am not sure who owns the property, but parking was also a bit of a burden.
Residence Inn has impressively appointed rooms with a kitchen, counter, couch, and bed. All are high quality. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet has a good selection. The only shortcoming is the fact that the rooms have no separator between the bed and the rest of the room - less than ideal for entertaining guests, despite the couch and barstools seeming to be ready for that.
Very well maintained, large rooms, with pool and exercise room. The Residence Inn by Mariott in the U District is very conveniently located just one block from Trader Joe's on one side and the UW Campus on the other.
Pretty pricey and then they put a $3 water bottle in the room to top it off. My bathroom door hinge wasn't on correctly so you had to force the door shut. Otherwise very nice and clean, pleasant experience.

Great location to downtown and overall feels clean. The comforter situation on the bed is sort of weird- they give 2 small comforters instead of just one big one. No bar yet, but hotel is under reno, so maybe it will in future.
The hotel is currently having a few renovations in the lobby. The rooms are great, and the presentation is well done when you first walk in. We loved this hotel and the compassionate folks at the desk. During one our worst times as parents, we found Silver Cloud. Our daughter was in UW Med Center with a monster brain tumor. We found a peaceful rest at SC. Clean, comfy beds, delicious, plentiful breakfast. But mostly, an understanding, kind staff. Thank you, SC. You were a bright spot in a dark time.❤️❤️❤️
With taxes and parking, the room cost ~$50 more than the online quote. Even though I asked several questions about parking before booking the room, I was never told that parking is an additional $18 - stupid of me to assume parking is included I guess? Staying here on a business trip, staff has been great, love the location, not a bad room set up, good amenities. With COVID going on, the breakfast wasn't anything special, but not holding that against the hotel. Everything else was awesome. I can see why Children's hospital will put parents up in this hotel.

Good location. Very close to space needle. Ten minute walk from Westlake train station. Breakfast at hotel was nice especially on the days when you're heading out early and a need a quick bite to hold you until lunch.
Nice big room. Was on the bottom floor and could hear the constant running around of the guest above my room the two mornings I was there. But other than that it was okay. This was my first visit to Seattle, so I was lost a few times. Starting with the walk from train station. But I called and got directions from Kalina at the desk. She also brought a bucket of ice and a wine opener to my room. I felt pampered. It's a beautiful historic hotel walkable to many tourist places and public transit. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay.
Great staff. Everyone was helpful. The room was in very good condition. I was disappointed with the lack of food items for breakfast. Other than that it was very good. Easy walking to the Waterfront and Pikes Market
I stayed in this hotel for one night and was very satisfied - taking into account the price. I would stay here again and think you should give it a try if you are looking for a nice basic hotel. The staff was really nice and welcoming which felt good after a long trip. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Quiet.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... the neighborhood is in transition but was close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The historic feel of the hotel lends to its charm. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. The only downside...
The location of this Best Western was awesome, right near the Link as well as walking distance to most anything you want to do. The room was standard, no complaints no frills. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything with your stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay at just because of the location! High suggest for tourists to get to know...
