Stayed in town for business. Staff was curteous. Room was extremely clean and elevators were very quiet (I had a room next to one and had zero issue). Will be staying here again

Nice place to stay with a scenic view of lake union. Has all the amenities including gym. Rooms are spacious and gives you a sense of luxury. Breakfast buffet included with the stay is reasonably good.

Nice hotel with views of lake Union. At end of streetcar line. Free shuttle to tourist destinations. Free parking, free breakfast that has nice selection and great room with views. Staff very helpful.

Great chain of hotels in the Seattle Portland area. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Free parking, WiFi & hot breakfast. Every floor had a guest laundromat. Rooms were large and more roomy than other hotels I’ve been to. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area!

Our stay was very nice and uneventful. Parking was a non-issue thanks to their private entrances. Breakfast is great and worth waking up in the early morning to some eggs, sausage, and waffles. Silver Cloud's staff was also helpful in giving good recommendations for lunch locations and helping with simple things like fixing our demagnetized card and changing a few linens. Very pleasant experience! We were able to check in even though we arrived early, and checking out was very smooth as well. The room was clean and location was perfect.

It was a comfortable Hotel very close to the piers and the public market. I actually wasn't at the hotel except to sleep because there was really good weather when I was visiting Seattle. I would choose this hotel again.

Everything was near by. The train took us from the airport and to the airport. It was very clean and nice. Pikes market was a 15 min walk and it was easy to find. Recommend it. If we ever come to Seattle again, we will be staying here!

Great stay It was a great stay and the room was very clean. The A/C wasn’t fully working but we opened the window and it helped but on a hot summer day it might be a problem. Employees were nice. Valet parking available but very expensive.

The location is good, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and subway station, very convenient. There is a tea restaurant with warm service and a sense of security around the entrance

It is very close to the Space Needle and several famous attractions, and can be reached within a 5-minute walk. There is a small kitchen for cooking, which is very convenient for families with children.

We have stayed at nice places before. What made this stay so wonderful, memorable and special was actually a person on staff: “Grandma Pat”. Fantastic! The front desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. We requested a feather free room and high floor (to see the Space Needle) and they happily obliged. The room was very clean with nice upgrades (cooktop range, microwave, fridge) and also very spacious. If ever in Seattle again, we will definitely stay here again!

The seats in the hotel are great, right next to the Space Needle in Seattle. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor and the floor in the room makes strange noises. But the seats are really good. The weather in Seattle is very good.

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone...

I am very thankful to the staff because despite I made a mistake with the reservation (all my fault), they readily help me fix it. The room was very spacious and nice: it had a small kitchen too, Everything was new and very clean. The location was convenient: walking distance from the "Westfield mall". It is also close to the Sea-tac airport and 30min by car to Seattle downtown

Great spot. The bartender (Antonio) was very helpful. He went above and beyond and didn’t expect anything in return. Front desk was friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is tasty and varies from day to day. Hot tub was hot but over-chlorinated. My eyes and chest burned after a few minutes.

Rooms are clean and modern with a full kitchen, which is amazing. They even have filtered water in the kitchen sink to keep you hydrated. The breakfast and service is fantastic and it feels like they work really hard to make sure all the guests are welcome. All the staff seem to greet everyone in the morning and afternoon. Other Marriotts may have a similar staple breakfast items, but the one here...

I genuinely like this hotel. Locale is what is it is, close to the airport, the mall, easy access to Boeing, Wizards of the Coast, etc. Breakfast is legit top-notch! The automated coffee bar is a nice touch. Gym is decent and they have a pool and hot tub for post workout. Rooms are great. Small and suite-like. It’s a single room but has everything. Small kitchenette, large TV, desk, big closet…...

The breakfast buffet is sooo good. Lots of food choices. The cleanliness is superb. The only complaint I have is the swimming pool. The water is smelly that day. Gym is excellent though.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage. It was incredibly expensive, $30 overnight, and even worse than the open-air parking garage across the street. I think the doorman suggested it because I didn't have Valet Parking...

the hotel's locations is great, walking distance from most attractions and places to hangout to, even to nearby public transport stations. room is spacious and clean and comfortable. the only thing is the elevator is slow but everything else is good

I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!

The transportation is convenient, only 5 minutes away from the subway entrance, and the bed is wide enough for one person to lie down freely.

The check-in process was a breeze! The receptionists were super friendly and helpful. And the location is great - it’s super walkable to many of the Seattle attractions.

This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.

The location is good, very close to the Space Needle, a popular spot in Seattle, and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The hotel provides breakfast, which is a very simple gourmet breakfast. I hope it is not too expensive, but it is enough to fill you up.

We loved this hotel and the compassionate folks at the desk. During one our worst times as parents, we found Silver Cloud. Our daughter was in UW Med Center with a monster brain tumor. We found a peaceful rest at SC. Clean, comfy beds, delicious, plentiful breakfast. But mostly, an understanding, kind staff. Thank you, SC. You were a bright spot in a dark time.❤️❤️❤️

With taxes and parking, the room cost ~$50 more than the online quote. Even though I asked several questions about parking before booking the room, I was never told that parking is an additional $18 - stupid of me to assume parking is included I guess? There is free parking in the neighborhood (U Village shopping center a few blocks away) and this hotel's parking lot has a history of vandalism, so...

Staying here on a business trip, staff has been great, love the location, not a bad room set up, good amenities. However I am questioning the cleaning process or attention to detail, my guest and I discovered used underwear that was not ours, underneath a hung up towel. Disturbing to find others items left in the room, especially of the kind, from the guests before. It could be a genuine mistake but...

Price was high for a no-view room. The staff were nice and the room was quiet, probably because few rooms were occupied. Room lights are very dim old fluorescent bulbs. Very clean though and everything worked.

Good location. Very close to space needle. Ten minute walk from Westlake train station. Breakfast at hotel was nice especially on the days when you're heading out early and a need a quick bite to hold you until lunch.

Nice big room. Was on the bottom floor and could hear the constant running around of the guest above my room the two mornings I was there. But other than that it was okay. I would go back I will just make sure not to stay in same rooam/area of hotel. Loved their breakfast bar many selections and delicious food.

Pros: The staff were all professional and eager to please. It was clean. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave. They had parking available for a fee. The location was near the Space Needle Cons: It was decorated nicely. It looks old. The bed and pillows were terrible and ended up with my back hurting. Hotel was quiet. The king bed was amazing! Everything felt comfortable and the space needle looked so close! Will be keeping this establishment in my notes in case I need a place to stay again. Oh and there was a beautiful park right across the street!

The room was a bit small but clean. Wifi was good. Breakfast was really basic, doesn't even have sausage nor eggs. Lots of pay parking on site, and lots of metered parking on street (free from 6pm-8pm). 24 hours hot tub and fitness room available.

This hotel was conveniently located downtown. I booked the suite with sofa bed because we wanted 3 beds. I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy and comfortable the suite was. The room was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay in Seattle.

The breakfast food is very delicious, the hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are large, the transportation is convenient, and the cost performance is high. Some rooms have sea views, but the sea view rooms are close to busy roads and are noisy at night.

They told me I have to pay to the park $38 for one night, which I said yes, then I found that they charged me $50 when I called them they said no that’s the correct amount. Scammer

The hotel is weathered, but the staff is great, the location is great, the price is right. The neighborhood is fantastic and if you're in town to see the space Needle, the MoPoP, or something at key arena you can't get closer. Bus service is good, there's lots of good food and fun nearby.

Quaint little rooms but comfortable and they have a kitchenette. Parking is only half a block away and cheaper than most places I've stayed. Kinda needs a new paint jobs and the outside doors are locked at 4 pm. Easy 5 min bus ride to downtown though. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, blocks from the Space Needle. The accommodations were upscale and very comfortable, including the modern bathroom with a large shower incorporating a sitting nook as well as a waterfall shower head. Charming, warm vibe with great service! The free happy hour was especially nice with a good selection of wines and snacks and it was a great way to meet and chat with other guests. Very nice place to spend the night. Staff very helpful and food is outstanding. Bring your wallet dinner and drinks for 2 was $300. We brought our own bottle but corkage fees are high. Fun to do once in awhile, if u like to cook buy the cooking spices for steak, out of this world!

Best Steaks in a very long time. Service was first class and outstanding. Sides are large (and sharable), be sure not to order too many sides. All the food was prepared from scratch, so it came to the table piping hot. I am a Martini drinker, and the martinis here were some of the best I have had.

I was here for a Pediatric Sleep and Wellness Conference. The grounds were very pretty with blooming trees, a fountain in a large natural looking pond. Eagle nesting across from the luncheon building. The food buffet served for us all tasted wonderful. They even had gluten free and vegan choices for those in special diets. The snacks between breaks was great too, like fruit, homemade cookies one day...

Most everything was great, however there are two main things I look for in an overnight lodging, quiet and restful sleep and bathroom/shower facilities. While the quiet restful sleep was excellent, the bathroom shower facilities were severely dated and not in great shape. The shower head came up to my shoulder, plumbing was showing holes in the wall, and just crowded. For $200+ a night, I expect better...

This hotel puts effort in the places where it matters the most: great fresh breakfast with lots of healthy low carb options, really comfortable beds and chairs. The centre in on an amazing 18 acre heritage park site right in the University District and close to the Children's hospital.

Location is very quiet which is a good thing. The rooms are ok for the price. Nothing fancy or anything that stands out in particular. The staff there are amazing and very nice people. They were accommodating and polite people. All in all a good stay.

This is a hidden gem in the rapidly changing Seattle world. Hotel, conference center, an unusual combination in a residential neighborhood. The buildings have been in better condition but proximity outweighs that in my opinion. Beautiful grounds.

The place seemed to be next to a lot of greenery. Definitely seemed conservative, which is fine for most social/group events. Loved the setting of the conference rooms. Very easy to track through the area, and plenty of space for extracurricular activities!

Best!! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price.

Great hotel in a walkable, convenient location. Easy front desk check in, with secure garage parking for a fee. Room had small mini- fridge, microwave, kettle. Bathroom has lots of shelving to place items. Didn't have to wait long for hot water in the sink or showers. Very clean. Rooftop terrace has amazing view of sunset.
