Belltown Inn
Seattle, 2301 3rd Avenue 🧭 Map
The rooms are totally adequate and have everything I need. The decor is on the older side, but I don't have any real complaints. The staff are all super nice! The free coffee is surprisingly great. It would be nice if there was milk rather than creamer. The neighborhood (especially the block to the east) is not the nicest, though it is convenient to get to downtown.
Cozy room, very clean! Staff was outgoing and friendly and that's so rare these days, sadly. We stayed one night, no issues whatsoever and there are so many great places to eat and grab a drink nearby that we would definitely consider staying next time we're in Seattle. The rooftop was clean and such a nice spot to catch a sunset or bring a snack or drink up to just to soak in some city views. I was...
We have had the best time at the Belltown Inn, the staff are all so incredibly caring, welcoming and helpful. We had issues with paying the full, so they split our bill and let us figure out bank stuff for the first night. All very caring and helpful for every step of your trip. From being able to leave your bags if early check in, to leaving them after a check out for the day. The one downside is...
Overall good experience and its great being only a few blocks from the Norwegian pier 66. Only stayed one night so only speaking to a short term stay. The room was nice with no issues. We got in early in the morning and it was a simple process to drop off our luggage for them to store so we could explore Seattle. They were not kidding when they said the rooms may not be ready till 4PM. We came back...
I stayed here in August for one night. I would have been happy staying longer. The rooftop deck was great for meeting and eating takeout with family who were also staying in the hotel. All of the employees were super nice, present, and friendly. The AC in my room worked great and was very easy to use. The bathroom was in great condition and very clean. I only took a star off for location because of...
My spouse and I and our disabled dachshund stayed for a Monday and a Tuesday night so we could see a band at the Moore. We arrived in the middle of the night on Monday, and the night staff was welcoming and helpful. There was an armed security guard at the door, and we were a little concerned about the local homeless population at first, but as a former resident of both Portland and San Francisco,...

The Mediterranean Inn, Seattle1 / 50
Seattle, 425 Queen Anne Avenue North 🧭 Map
Great hotel in a walkable, convenient location. Easy front desk check in, with secure garage parking for a fee. Room had small mini- fridge, microwave, kettle. Bathroom has lots of shelving to place items. Didn't have to wait long for hot water in the sink or showers. Very clean. Rooftop terrace has amazing view of sunset.
The rooms are great and the staff are awesome, but the elevator was busted for a chunk of our stay while the other elevator was constantly crowded. We were there for New Year's so I understand things happen, but it was just a word of mouth from other guests that it was even being looked into or dealt with. Also, the neighborhood around it is less than ideal at night time. We were there for the view...
We started here in New year's eve. It was so convenient to walk to Climate Pledge and the space needle for the show. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery all in a short walking distance. The staff was super accommodating and very polite. There is water and coffee in the front desk area, nice when you are coming from a long trip. The room is well equipped with a mini fridge, microwave...
We stayed here because of the location for spending the holidays with family in Queen Anne. The staff was super - very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed (excellent towels and linens, electric water kettle in the room along with mini fridge and microwave). The rooftop patio is nice. There are two grocery stores and a pharmacy within a couple blocks, plus quite a few good places...
We just needed a place to stay after an evening at Climate Pledge Arena. We are so delighted that we found The Mediterranean Inn. Everything is so clean! The room was cozy, and the rooftop reading area a real plus. I would gladly go for a longer stay there. The garage parking seems extremely limited. Since we didn't plan ahead, we had to find an overnight parking area 3 blocks away on Thomas Street...
I stayed in the Mediterranean Inn for a work event recently and it was a great experience overall. It has a secure parking garage which was great (there is a daily parking fee, I believe it was $27 a day), and the entrance is in the alley on the backside of the building. You need a hotel key card for access. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and bars nearby, and even a cute little bookstore...

I really liked the location and breakfast included.
Had a great room with a view (it was clean, bright, and felt updated). We always looked forward to going back after being out all day. Showers are large and water pressure is good. The windows had both a privacy blind and blackout blind (which was very nice for sleeping in / getting natural light and privacy at the same time). Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful...I give them credit...
The free shuttle to the different locations was extremely beneficial. Daniel (shuttle driver) was so helpful and awesome. The people at the front desk were not extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel but Daniel made up for it. The free breakfast was incredible. Nice big room. Overall great experience!!!
We found the staff helpful both prior to, and during our stay at the hotel. There is no shuttle from SEA-TAC and the trip was $65 one way, but they provide a shuttle to the pier for cruise ship guests. The breakfast variety and fare was standard for a hotel in this category, but they will cook a breakfast to order. The room was much smaller than expected and much more expensive than the size and amenities...
Great hotel, really nice rooms. Very close to everything you want to see. Including the space Needle... It's across the street. You get access to the roof and it's got patio fruniture and a fire pit table. The showers are really hot, rooms are really comfortable with tons of room.
My husband and I stayed here for a few days last month and had a great experience. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful and we loved that the hotel was in walking distance of a lot of attractions. The room was very clean and it was always quiet at night (as it should be!) with no disturbances. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're planning on visiting Seattle!

I am very thankful to the staff because despite I made a mistake with the reservation (all my fault), they readily help me fix it. The room was very spacious and nice: it had a small kitchen too, Everything was new and very clean. The location was convenient: walking distance from the "Westfield mall". It is also close to the Sea-tac airport and 30min by car to Seattle downtown
Great spot. The bartender (Antonio) was very helpful. He went above and beyond and didn’t expect anything in return. Front desk was friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is tasty and varies from day to day. Hot tub was hot but over-chlorinated. My eyes and chest burned after a few minutes.
Rooms are clean and modern with a full kitchen, which is amazing. They even have filtered water in the kitchen sink to keep you hydrated. The breakfast and service is fantastic and it feels like they work really hard to make sure all the guests are welcome. All the staff seem to greet everyone in the morning and afternoon. Other Marriotts may have a similar staple breakfast items, but the one here...
I genuinely like this hotel. Locale is what is it is, close to the airport, the mall, easy access to Boeing, Wizards of the Coast, etc. Breakfast is legit top-notch! The automated coffee bar is a nice touch. Gym is decent and they have a pool and hot tub for post workout. Rooms are great. Small and suite-like. It’s a single room but has everything. Small kitchenette, large TV, desk, big closet…...
The breakfast buffet is sooo good. Lots of food choices. The cleanliness is superb. The only complaint I have is the swimming pool. The water is smelly that day. Gym is excellent though.
This hotel was pleasant with clean rooms, good amenities, a great breakfast, and safe parking. The staff take tremendous pride in the breakfast spread and it shows. They are also very welcoming and greet the guests with sincerity. The team that puts out the breakfast buffet (warm and cold items) really surprised me. Come to think of it, all of the food and beverage staff that my colleagues and I met...

Location was fantastic!! Neighborhood was great, so many cool places around and right next to the city center.
Nice hotel close to attractions. The room had 2 beds which are advertised as Queens but they felt more like doubles. The pillows were really great though for hotel pillows. They offer free breakfast in the morning, they did have hot and cold options.
Decent hotel not too far from downtown. Rooms are ok but reflect that the hotel dates back several decades. Service is limited and the staff seems too stretched to provide quality service. 3 stars ⭐ might be slightly exaggerated and depending on the room rate, there are definitely better options around.
The hotel is very nice. The staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are clean and big. The space in these rooms is wonderful for the price. The only downside is the gym. Some of the equipment didn't work and they're missing some dumbbells. The pool is also closed for Refurbishment, but looks like it'd be a blast to swim in. Other than that, is definitely stay here again!
Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down. This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that. The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though. I would stay here again.
This hotel was great! I very much enjoyed it. Very cool details and ambiance. The morning coffee and happy hour beer were nice touches. I stayed in the Sub Pop room (5th floor). Smaller room than your typical luxury hotel but still had all the space and amenities I needed (hair dryer, steamer, mini fridge, complementary toiletries, etc). Would definitely stay again.
Loved the location and vibe of the hotel. Room was cozy and bathroom and shower were tight, but considering the purpose, it was great. Had a frig, which was nice. Decor was absolutely awesome. If you want to escape the bland big chain places, this is a place to keep in mind.
So my feelings on this hotel are very mixed. The room was mediocre, for the price I expected a bit cleaner and less problematic. The electrical was all old, I was constantly bumping the ceiling light (I'm 5'11") and the window unit air conditioner was loud. The hallway and building had the smell of an old smoking building even though I never saw anyone actually smoking in the hotel. The bathroom was...
Great location to explore the city. Very friendly staff, and great patron staying at Hotel Max.
Stayed for two nights while at a conference. Nice niche hotel, very helpful staff, interesting art and rooms. Comfortable clean beds. Adequate bathrooms but nothing fancy about them. Overall good location, and good stay, would stay again

Brand new hotel near downtown that has very clean and well appointed contemporary rooms. Great service from reception staff as well!
What a great find! The location is perfect for exploring multiple neighbourhoods, sites, restaurants and shopping in Seattle. We walked everywhere from here, no taxi or uber needed. Great hotel that fit my conference needs, essentially it's downtown close to public transit. Great rooms and beds!
Built with the guest in mind. From beautiful, modern rooms to a quality breakfast. They go as far as to include device chargers in every room in case you forget your phone charger. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay with a scenic view of lake union. Has all the amenities including gym. Rooms are spacious and gives you a sense of luxury. Breakfast buffet included with the stay is reasonably good.
Nice hotel with views of lake Union. At end of streetcar line. Free shuttle to tourist destinations. Free parking, free breakfast that has nice selection and great room with views. Staff very helpful.
Great chain of hotels in the Seattle Portland area. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Free parking, WiFi & hot breakfast. Every floor had a guest laundromat. Rooms were large and more roomy than other hotels I’ve been to. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area!
Nice rooms. Very clean. Beds and pillows are too hard for my taste. Nice staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. Close to lots of great shops.
Our stay was very nice and uneventful. Parking was a non-issue thanks to their private entrances. Breakfast is great and worth waking up in the early morning to some eggs, sausage, and waffles. Silver Cloud's staff was also helpful in giving good recommendations for lunch locations and helping with simple things like fixing our demagnetized card and changing a few linens. Cute little hotel RIGHT next to Pike Place Market, perfect landing spot for a day of exploring. The hotel is adorable, the rooms were clean, and luckily we got a room on the interior of the hotel, so we did not suffer any of the noise problems others mentioned. This hotel is mostly fat person friendly, however the shower is a bit tight and the bathroom is small. Service was mixed, some people were...
The location of this hotel is great, walking distance to most Seattle attractions. The front seat is staffed 24/7 and the front door is key access only in the evenings, it feels safe. The rooms are really small but clean. They have the usual amenities jammed in a tight space. The bed is good. Housekeeping missed burnt out light and replacing tea and coffee but when we asked the desk for service it...
Location is great as its close to the coast and wakable to the Public market and restaurants. If you prefer a vintage atmosphere this is the hotel for you. Nothing wrong but personally didn't like it and also the smell was bit different that also personally didn't feel great. Room I ended up reserving was bit tight and should have gone for a bigger one as there were no table and chairs to work.

Nice, spacious room with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the stay here. The front desk was friendly, free cookies and drinks were nice, loved the atmosphere of the room with the music playing when I came in. The only things I would prefer would be a larger bathroom. If I were with another traveler, it might be tight. A bathtub would be especially nice. Also, the room I was in was right next to the stairs...
Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, blocks from the Space Needle. The accommodations were upscale and very comfortable, including the modern bathroom with a large shower incorporating a sitting nook as well as a waterfall shower head. There was a cookie waiting in our room as well as a lovely hand written note welcoming us to Seattle upon arrival. It would have been preferable for the check in desk...
We love staying here. Rooms and service are impeccable. It's a small boutique hotel with class. Zara was friendly, attentive and filled us in on some El Gaucho history (Seattle Location). Susie was friendly and attentive too. Thank you for the great service, beautiful room, cozy fire place in the lobby... my favorite. We appreciated the shuttle service to El Gaucho properties but it was not clear...
Charming, warm vibe with great service! The free happy hour was especially nice with a good selection of wines and snacks and it was a great way to meet and chat with other guests. Very nice place to spend the night. Staff very helpful and food is outstanding. Bring your wallet dinner and drinks for 2 was $300. We brought our own bottle but corkage fees are high. Fun to do once in awhile, if u like to cook buy the cooking spices for steak, out of this world!
Best Steaks in a very long time. Service was first class and outstanding. Sides are large (and sharable), be sure not to order too many sides. All the food was prepared from scratch, so it came to the table piping hot. I am a Martini drinker, and the martinis here were some of the best I have had.

Good location. Very close to space needle. Ten minute walk from Westlake train station. Breakfast at hotel was nice especially on the days when you're heading out early and a need a quick bite to hold you until lunch.
Nice big room. Was on the bottom floor and could hear the constant running around of the guest above my room the two mornings I was there. But other than that it was okay. I would go back I will just make sure not to stay in same rooam/area of hotel. Loved their breakfast bar many selections and delicious food.
Pros: The staff were all professional and eager to please. It was clean. Each room has a refrigerator and a microwave. They had parking available for a fee. The location was near the Space Needle Cons: It was decorated nicely. It looks old. The bed and pillows were terrible and ended up with my back hurting. Except for the bed and pillow, we enjoyed our stay.
What I'd expect from a hotel, beds were very nice and room was clean. There's a mini fridge and a microwave. Our suite was nice and the couch bed was very comfy and the breakfast was really good. We had trouble with the wifi, but the staff were very nice and were willing to help. The rooms were very clean and I had a good sleep. 100% recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had.
Everyone at this location is warm and welcoming, and our suite was beautiful! Bruce was incredible and supremely helpful, and the manager Kyle was very accomodating and fun, as were all of the staff that we encountered. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and our stay there made our mini vacation an awesome experience. Everyone in the industry should take lessons from the Downtown Seattle Hampton
Tracy at the desk was fun to talk to as he helped us maneuver our hotel map as well as nearby spots to eat. Breakfast was lots of fresh fruit, yogurt and cook it yourself waffles or eggs toast or cereal. Boiled eggs, hot cereal...even an "if you're gluten free let us know" sign...our bed was comfortable with lots of pillows....I had a great stay. Hope to stay again.

Front desk staff was Excellent! Warm greeting and gracious service. Couldn't have been better!
Easy access to highway and uw. Super close to a number of very good restaurants. Best place to stay if you need to visit uw.
I have stayed at this property 12 nights. As a category 6, I would have given it five stars, but as a category 8, no way. The people were nice and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, not even a cookie at the end of a day? Compared to the other category 8 Marriott properties, this does not measure up to that level. I am not sure who owns the property, but parking was also a bit of a burden.
Residence Inn has impressively appointed rooms with a kitchen, counter, couch, and bed. All are high quality. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet has a good selection. The only shortcoming is the fact that the rooms have no separator between the bed and the rest of the room - less than ideal for entertaining guests, despite the couch and barstools seeming to be ready for that.
Very well maintained, large rooms, with pool and exercise room. The Residence Inn by Mariott in the U District is very conveniently located just one block from Trader Joe's on one side and the UW Campus on the other.
Pretty pricey and then they put a $3 water bottle in the room to top it off. My bathroom door hinge wasn't on correctly so you had to force the door shut. Otherwise very nice and clean, pleasant experience.

I’m loyal to the Marriott brand but I typically stay in the Residence Inn option when I travel. I wanted to try a new hotel however and opted for SpringHill. The staff was wonderful, very kind. I got to stay in double queen bed suite at the Hotel. The room was spacious and we'll maintained. It is not the newest of interiors but it was good at the price. The morning complementary breakfast was great! It had a good spread and was delicious. Overall, enjoyed my stay.
We had a really nice stay here while in town to see a show at The Paramount. We loved being so close to Capitol Hill for coffee and dinner, and the rooms were better than we expected. Very nice. If you love old hotels that have been lovingly restored but still has character. This is a great choice. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Most everything was great, however there are two main things I look for in an overnight lodging, quiet and restful sleep and bathroom/shower facilities. This hotel puts effort in the places where it matters the most: great fresh breakfast with lots of healthy low carb options, really comfortable beds and chairs. The centre in on an amazing 18 acre heritage park site right in the University District and close to the Children's hospital.
Location is very quiet which is a good thing. The rooms are ok for the price. Nothing fancy or anything that stands out in particular. The staff there are amazing and very nice people. They were accommodating and polite people. All in all a good stay.
This is a hidden gem in the rapidly changing Seattle world. Hotel, conference center, an unusual combination in a residential neighborhood. The buildings have been in better condition but proximity outweighs that in my opinion. Beautiful grounds.
The place seemed to be next to a lot of greenery. Definitely seemed conservative, which is fine for most social/group events. Loved the setting of the conference rooms. Very easy to track through the area, and plenty of space for extracurricular activities!
