The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in
The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit
This was my first time in Seattle and I’m so grateful I booked here! This hotel made my first stay in Seattle incredible! The hotel is stunning, perfectly located and the staff and service are top notch
Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining
The bath tub is clogged during our first day here. We called the room service and the staff quickly came here and fixed everything. I am giving 5/5 for the service. The view outside the window is nice.
the pool and fitness centre are a great amenity but mundane. unfortunately AYS takes too long to answer the phone and the internet is expensive and too slow to be usable

For instance, I had an incident in the bathroom where I broke my nose and my wife got asked to clean and put the towels in a bag so others should not touch the blood
Yum! ? Furthermore, the two cylindrical towers are so cute in the skyline, and they help you get back easily because of the distinct shape
I lived in downtown Seattle for 2. 5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels. It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent
Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough
A walk to Fish market and the shore excursions' docks about 15 minutes normal pace. Walk to Space Needle about 20 minutes. Taxis and Uber readily available
Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great

An older hotel but great service and lovely staff. Location good and walkable towards the main areas.
The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel.
One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The emerald suit has really nice floor plan and view.
Staff quickly accommodated us with a microwave on request. Staff were helpful with inquiries. Location was in a great spot, walking distance to most things we wanted to be close to
Very central Hotel, but very bad service: thr room service closes at 11. 00 pm they do not serve hamburger ! The staff at reception was very unfriendly
in the corridor of mu floor there were several garbage bags that guest left our of the door : the stench in the elevator foyer was quite bad

Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda
Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go but not as hectic as a few blocks west. Room was perfect for our family. Parking is kind of expensive ($60+)
Although some designs of the room seem a bit outdated, the overall stay was nice, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The room service food wasn't really good though the everything else was fine
A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music
The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel
Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary

Room comfort The rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete facilities. Service The service of the accommodation is good overall, and the staff is friendly and professional
The gym has a swimming pool, hot springs, sauna, fitness equipment and locker room facilities, which are also one of the best hotels I have stayed in
The location is very good, the facilities feel old, and I really don't like the fixed shower. The valet parking guy is nice, he is the only one who took the initiative to get us mineral water after giving us a tip.
The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available
A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings
The room was spacious, with slippers and a kettle, which is considered a luxury in American hotels. The hotel has a history, the lobby is very beautiful, and the atmosphere is very good

The bed was comfortable and if your a tv watcher there was one right at the foot of the bed. We really liked having a separate living room for our stay with a full kitchen! We used the 24 hour pool area one night
The location was perfect as we could walk to the arena for a hockey game, and to Seattle Center/Space Needle. A very nice, safe neighbourhood with great restaurant options and convenient for pretty much everything
Beds were comfy, and the amenities were top notch. Special recognition for the rooftop pool and hot top. The gym is also incredibly well appointed. Will definitely be staying here again
We stayed for 3 nights at this property and it was perfect for our family. Lots of amenities for kids (pool, play room, playground) and adults (gym, sauna, etc
They have everything you could ask for two pools one indoor one outdoor, two hot tubs one indoor one outdoor they even had a cold plunge pool
After a long day of walking it really helped my aching feet! There was also a steam room and a sauna in the pool area if that’s up your alley

I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Online they called this room (partial view). The room is clean, the bed is comfortable
Rafaela provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and hospitable. Great room and great view from our balcony. The bed is not as soft, but not a problem. Not too far from the pier and Pike Place
This website will compare thousands of booking sites and will usually offer rates much cheaper than others! You'll thank me later! This resort has one of the highest ratings in the area
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions
Online they called this room (partial view). The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator where you can store desserts and drinks
Love this hotel. Perfect location on the Waterfront. Very close to Pikes Market, quick rail ride to the needle... The hotel is clean and the customer service is excellent

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, but lots of splashing kids so if you’re not into that, may not be for you
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An unforgettable experience at Hyatt at Olive 8! We only stayed one night, but we loved every moment of it! 💫 We felt like we had arrived at a special place right from the moment we checked in - the staff was kind, smiling and really helpful 🤍
I didn’t even know there was a pool and spa, but I will definitely plan on utilizing these in the future. Staff was wonderful and polite, plenty of social seating downstairs, and a fantastic and comfortable room
The bed was as soft as a cloud - we haven't slept this well in a long time! 😴✨ I wish we had more time to stay here, but we will definitely be back! 💖 If anyone is visiting Seattle, I highly recommend Hyatt at Olive 8 - it really is a little gem in the heart of the city! 🏙️💎
The room was simply beautiful! 🛏️ Clean, spacious, modern and incredibly comfortable - just what we wanted after a tiring day 😌. The view was also amazing, but the buzz of downtown remained a pleasant backdrop 🌆
Lovely well appointed, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are great, only marginally let down by a lack of power connections by the bedside table (twin room) and a lack of breakfast tea option

The location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.
Nice room but the location is just all right as lots of homeless around. The parking fee isn’t reasonable($60/day). Generally it was a good hotel for the family trip.
Great hotel for a concert night, very decently priced. A girlfriend and I got lost a time or two between the 2 or we swear 3 stairways lol, may have had a drink or two
Very clean, very spacious hotel. Perfect for families visiting Seattle. Easy 20 minute walk to Pioneer Square, and super easy to get to from the airport.
Great location and liked the restaurant next door very much. The motel was within walking distance of many of the things one comes to Seattle to see.
We loved the very chill atmosphere of the basement bar from stairwell 2. We had a blast, hotel desk person was more than helpful with directions

The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing
The facility and room is a bit old but overall okay stay
Loved this hotel! If I ever end back up in Seattle I will be staying here again! Front desk was very accommodating! Made a call about our toilet not flushing and it was fixed within minutes, called about needing more towels and more came within seconds! Front desk staff was very helpful! I called for a cab for early morning flight and thanks to them it came within minutes
Restaurant in the hotel is great and overall everyone was extremely nice and friendly! I have stayed at a lot of hotels but Warwick and the accommodations were some of the best! Not to mention the hotel is walking distance from every single thing! Great job Warwick!
The hotel looks a bit old from the inside, some renovation would make it perfect. People working there are very nice and helpful, I had some trouble with payment and invoice, everything was solved in a friendly manner
The manager was very helpful with my invoice problem, I am really impressed with the level of service here :) Also great location and view from my room

Very modern, comfortable hotel. Great rooftop hot tub and pool, wonderful staff. The desk chair and the lounge chair in the room are both very comfortable. Kitchenette is convenient. Aveda bath products are my favorite!
The cleaning service was top knotch and left extra tissues when I left a note about my bad allergies. The pool has a full-length section which I appreciate and the gym was what I expected
I world definitely recommend staying here. Next time I'll bring a bikini to enjoy the top floor pool
The spa is a hot tub in the pool room, unless I'm confused, but very enjoyable
Parking is in a garage under the hotel but I never had an issue finding a spot on P2, and there was still an additional level below that! Plus this hotel offers FREE shuttle service every half hour from out front to different points of downtown Seattle
At one point my friend and I called from Pioneer square and even though that was not a designated pickup location, they said they'd be happy to come to us and a van was there in 10 minutes

Our room had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower (not those travel size) and enough towels for a family and there was only two of us
Great location which is basically a 10mi. Walk to Pike Place, 2 min to the express to the Space Needle, etc. Clean rooms that were spacious and great staff. Only problem is that you can hear a lot of the road noise
Once we sorted out the goofy ice situation, we had a wonderful stay. Great location, short walk to most places, and only a block from the city transit bus exchange if you need to go farther
I’ve stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. The rooms are clean and bedding is absolutely heaven. It is walking distance to Pikes Public Market and most public transit options
Great location with easy waking access to all the area attractions and amenities. Clean boutique hotel with an amazing staff that enjoys the art of customer experience and appreciation
Loved the location of this hotel. Just outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything. We loved walking to South Lake Union and First Hill

This extends from front desk, to valets, to cleaning staff and to staff working both ground floor and roof top bar. We felt the design and standard of maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas was excellent
Very nice conference room and roof top lounge area, great selection of drinks in the room fridge and incredibly clean rooms, gym and lounge. The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. While in Seattle were the homeless rates are a little high you don’t see many around this area and your right of the pike place market and art museum
Had a great stay! Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were great. Could not beat the location. Would definitely stay again. Worth the price.
Historically we have used the Ace and Kimpton chains. The Thompson Seattle was new experience. The staff were always enthusiastic and professional
We will defiantly be using the Thomson group again when travelling

Great stay It was a great stay and the room was very clean. The A/C wasn’t fully working but we opened the window and it helped but on a hot summer day it might be a problem. Valet parking available but very expensive
It was a comfortable Hotel very close to the piers and the public market. I actually wasn't at the hotel except to sleep because there was really good weather when I was visiting Seattle. I would choose this hotel again.
Large guest room with nice , functional & high quality furnitures . High quality window covering. Bright lighting. Bright & clean bathroom. Very friendly & polite front desk officers ( 4 of them ).
The location is good, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and subway station, very convenient. There is a tea restaurant with warm service and a sense of security around the entrance
The train took us from the airport and to the airport. Pikes market was a 15 min walk and it was easy to find. If we ever come to Seattle again, we will be staying here!
Very pleasant experience! We were able to check in even though we arrived early, and checking out was very smooth as well. The room was clean and location was perfect.

She took such good care of us (and everyone else also). She cheered us up and made us feel special. We had a wide range of ages in our party and she treated all of us with love and humor
The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good
Fantastic! The front desk was extremely friendly and accomodating. We requested a feather free room and high floor (to see the Space Needle) and they happily obliged
The room was very clean with nice upgrades (cooktop range, microwave, fridge) and also very spacious. If ever in Seattle again, we will definitely stay here again!
Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car

Other Marriotts may have a similar staple breakfast items, but the one here is superior and actually tastes fresh, delicious, and seasoned well. The coffee is good and the pool and gym are clean and nice
The hotel is also within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and they even provide complimentary bicycles (with helmets) that you can rent (free) to go on the Green River Trail
Rooms are clean and modern with a full kitchen, which is amazing. They even have filtered water in the kitchen sink to keep you hydrated
The breakfast and service is fantastic and it feels like they work really hard to make sure all the guests are welcome. All the staff seem to greet everyone in the morning and afternoon
I would definitely stay here again and recommend other to stay here

Best customer service EVER! The people in the front desk were sweethearts and super helpful! The hotel itself was modern and clean, the bathroom needed a little renovation but nothing too bad
This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that
Loved the location and vibe of the hotel. Room was cozy and bathroom and shower were tight, but considering the purpose, it was great. If you want to escape the bland big chain places, this is a place to keep in mind
The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though
This hotel was great! I very much enjoyed it. Very cool details and ambiance. The morning coffee and happy hour beer were nice touches. I stayed in the Sub Pop room (5th floor)

The space in these rooms is wonderful for the price. Some of the equipment didn't work and they're missing some dumbbells. The pool is also closed for Refurbishment, but looks like it'd be a blast to swim in
Nice hotel close to attractions. The room had 2 beds which are advertised as Queens but they felt more like doubles. The pillows were really great though for hotel pillows
Indoor swimming pool and fitness room are nice to have when traveling

We visited this place to check out the design and also as a possible accommodation next time we are in town. Staff are friendly and they didn't gave us any funny looks. I will consider staying here next time.
Comfortable bed and a desk to work at, the Four Seasons makes your stay feel as though you are at home. The bathroom features a separate closed area for the toilet, as also the same with the shower
Upon arrival you will be greeted and will likely need to valet the car if you are planning to stay overnight. The rooms are large and chic, the bathroom almost as large as the main room
A large soaking tub is also available with a TV built into the mirror. Unfortunately no coffee maker or space in the mini-fridge for you to brunch and chill your own refreshments
I was at the Four Seasons for a Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra fundraiser recently, and the service was impeccable and the food super yummy
The F&B onsite was amazing, as was the service staff. The meeting space we were in had lovely views and floor to ceiling windows. It gave such a great "wow" factor for our event
