Then we get to our room and just absolutely beautiful! The service here is A+ rating! The guy in the club showed us where to get nonalcoholic beer, which was a huge win since I quit drinking two years ago! The view is amazing, the walk is perfect
This hotel was conveniently located near the conference I was attending which was very nice. The hotel was within walking distance of many points of interest. It’s a short 20-25 minute car ride to the airport
I want to start this off by thank Gary at the front desk! He made a last minute accommodation for my son who has autism. This trip was supposed to be a quick getaway for me and my wife
We decided last minute we wanted to bring our son, Gary was absolutely phenomenal. When I tell you the best customer service, I’ve experienced I mean the best
I felt safe my family felt safe and we are happy to say this is definitely an amazing experience! We will be back Seattle! Thank you again, Gary!
I didn’t have the best view, but the large bathroom made up for it! From the check-in to check-out, I had a wonderful experience

That means it may not be ultra shiny and modern, the floorboards creak under the carpet and the windows let in noise, and there are no overhead light fixtures, only lamps (and plenty of them), but it all gives it a lot of nice charm
And it frequently lands on top lists for various reasons, whether that's for it's two seriously cool bar/lounge areas, for it's status as Seattle's oldest functioning hotel, or for it's internationally known hauntings on the fourth floor
And I couldn't have been luckier or happier with the choice. The staff here was amazing (which is what I expect of the fancier hotels), and we even got a free upgrade to a suite which was quite luxurious
Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, the bed was huge, soft, with plenty of pillows. And hey, it has FREE wifi, which is a lot more than most other hotels can say
We walked everywhere from this location. The complimentary wine hour was an unexpected pleasure from 5-6 pm. The reception staff and valets were especially kind and helpful
Helped plan a bridal shower event held here. The event staff was gracious and super accommodating during planning. The space is gorgeous. The day off staff was amazing as well.

Loved this hotel! If I ever end back up in Seattle I will be staying here again! Front desk was very accommodating! Made a call about our toilet not flushing and it was fixed within minutes, called about needing more towels and more came within seconds! Front desk staff was very helpful! I called for a cab for early morning flight and thanks to them it came within minutes
Restaurant in the hotel is great and overall everyone was extremely nice and friendly! I have stayed at a lot of hotels but Warwick and the accommodations were some of the best! Not to mention the hotel is walking distance from every single thing! Great job Warwick!
The location, cleanliness of the room and atmosphere were beyond excellent! The staff were top notch! I want to personally thank Les and all of his staff for making this a wonderful stay
This was our 2nd stay at the Warwick Seattle
The hotel looks a bit old from the inside, some renovation would make it perfect. People working there are very nice and helpful, I had some trouble with payment and invoice, everything was solved in a friendly manner
The main negative aspect was the cleanliness of the room; the floor wasn't clean at all and smelled very bad all the time. The bed mattress could have been more comfortable

I really like the rooms and that they gave you a welcome bag with water instead of forcing you to pay $5 a bottle or something. The pool room was nice and the hot tub
Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Walkable to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Great pool and hot tub with workout room
And the front desk was very helpful and really nice especially considering that we called and asked for blankets and pillows more shampoo Etc and they accommodated and even wrote a personal note Thanking us for staying with them
The in-house restaurant is quite good! We had wings, crab bisque with a grilled cheese, pizza and the appetizer shrimp with sausage. Everything was really good!!!
Amazing place. Friendly staff, great bar and service. Also great location that is near all the Seattle downtown attractions.
The breakfast however is not labelled well that it is not included in your stay and is $18. There are other options around better and less expensive than that. The breakfast was GOOD, no doubt, but not $18 good

The space in these rooms is wonderful for the price. Some of the equipment didn't work and they're missing some dumbbells. The pool is also closed for Refurbishment, but looks like it'd be a blast to swim in
Nice hotel close to attractions. The room had 2 beds which are advertised as Queens but they felt more like doubles. The pillows were really great though for hotel pillows
Indoor swimming pool and fitness room are nice to have when traveling
Don't forget to use HoteITully. This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in the area
From the woman working overnight on Dec 23rd especially, but also everyone else - I've just never been so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of a hotel staff like this before!
Truly an excellent location for all downtown related activities. So easy to get to from the north end. Bus 26 takes you directly from Northgate P&R to the hotel

Best customer service EVER! The people in the front desk were sweethearts and super helpful! The hotel itself was modern and clean, the bathroom needed a little renovation but nothing too bad
This Hotel had good rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was great and the gentleman at the front desk, addressed me by my name the entire time of my stay. Impressive he remembered that
Loved the location and vibe of the hotel. Room was cozy and bathroom and shower were tight, but considering the purpose, it was great. If you want to escape the bland big chain places, this is a place to keep in mind
The out of service elevator needs to be taken care of though
This hotel was great! I very much enjoyed it. Very cool details and ambiance. The morning coffee and happy hour beer were nice touches. I stayed in the Sub Pop room (5th floor)
Smaller room than your typical luxury hotel but still had all the space and amenities I needed (hair dryer, steamer, mini fridge, complementary toiletries, etc)

Stayed here for one night, no complaints. Good sized room with a nice view. Friendly staff and some nice looking restaurants and a large Starbucks inside
Loved the room, nice space, and a quiet room with no external or internal noise. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable I have slept in, bathroom and all of the lotions and gels were of a very high quality.
the pool and fitness centre are a great amenity but mundane. unfortunately AYS takes too long to answer the phone and the internet is expensive and too slow to be usable
Starbucks, pool, nice interior, nice city view and location
The clerk asked me questions about what I could tolerate being six weeks out of Achilles tendon repair and she worked to get me into a room that was ready. The bell team was super helpful getting me settled as well
Staying at this hotel was fantastic! I never doubted of visiting this wonderful place at all. Their crews were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. All of my questions were answered without any hesitation

For instance, I had an incident in the bathroom where I broke my nose and my wife got asked to clean and put the towels in a bag so others should not touch the blood
Also, the hotel is only a few short blocks from the waterfront and the public market. Same with the space needle! It’s all so close! Everything was very comfortable for me
I lived in downtown Seattle for 2. 5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels. It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent
Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough
A walk to Fish market and the shore excursions' docks about 15 minutes normal pace. Walk to Space Needle about 20 minutes. Taxis and Uber readily available
Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great

It's so less stressful waiting to hear news from surgery! Covid protocols don't let you sleep over in the uncomfortable recliner in the patient's room anyway at VM. (Thats what I did 3 years ago before covid)
My husband was medevac'd down from Alaska, and after spending 2 nights in the hospital room with him, I desperately needed a couple of nights of respite. The Inn was perfect and a God-wink
Had a 10 day stay. Room was comfortable. Staff nice and accommodating, all very friendly. Older building but convenient to all areas of the hospital. Reasonably priced rooms. Wish the Rhododendron Cafe was still open.
It's a clean and spacious room, a clean bathroom, and the inn is attached to the hospital, so I felt safe walking back in the evenings. The front desk folks were very nice and accommodating as I was early to check in
I stayed here because my hubby was having surgery at the hospital. I was not planning to stay, and didn't have a reservation, but the hooked me up and I think gave me a discount because of it
The rooms are a bit dated, but the beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are quite spacious. The location is perfect - you can walk around the block for dinner, drinks, or coffee

This is a privately owned motel that is older and very well kept. The room was very clean, with a nice bathroom shower with adequate clean towels soap and complimentary shampoo
For myself I like to put my money on a business that is locally and family run by people putting in the time and TLC that you just can't find with all the corporate hotels and motels
They do a great job of keeping up on the property. And it's nice to know when I'm making my payment that it's going to the people right there that are working hard on there investment
It's very close to downtown near SODO which makes it very convenient if you are coming to town for all of Seattle professional sports teams. Maybe a mile from both stadiums
Nice clean rooms. Everything smells so nice. Extremely friendly staff willing to get me anything I need. Good hot breakfast.
It doesnt have a lot of the qualities that 5 star hotels have, but It's a great place to stay for the money your spending. Nice friendly people working there

Other hotels without a proper restaurant for breakfast would offer a credit to use in the take out cafeteria. So I asked Jon if I would get a credit to use at their Bagel Shop which I knew having breakfast options
Only later, I saw the charge for the lattes appeared on the invoice and the $25 credit never applied. It's not a lot of money compared to the US$440/night room charge. However, it's a matter of principal
He said no and I could use the $25 credit instead. Fired an email to VISA Luxury Hotel support and they assured me two breakfast entrees and beverages were included and would be taken off the bill
Appreciate Tonia for her quick response. It shows this hotel does care about customer's feedback. My faith in this hotel is restored and will definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle
This poor experience with VISA Infinite Privilege booking is nothing but VIP. It made me feel like I am paying extra to beg for benefits. The location of the hotel is excellent though
We did not arrive at the hotel until 3pm the day prior and we only ordered anything from the Bagel Shop once! Anyways, she reversed the charge without further argument

Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda
Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go but not as hectic as a few blocks west. Room was perfect for our family. Parking is kind of expensive ($60+)
Although some designs of the room seem a bit outdated, the overall stay was nice, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The room service food wasn't really good though the everything else was fine
A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music
The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel
Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary

The bed was comfortable and if your a tv watcher there was one right at the foot of the bed. We really liked having a separate living room for our stay with a full kitchen! We used the 24 hour pool area one night
The location was perfect as we could walk to the arena for a hockey game, and to Seattle Center/Space Needle. A very nice, safe neighbourhood with great restaurant options and convenient for pretty much everything
Beds were comfy, and the amenities were top notch. Special recognition for the rooftop pool and hot top. The gym is also incredibly well appointed. Will definitely be staying here again
We stayed for 3 nights at this property and it was perfect for our family. Lots of amenities for kids (pool, play room, playground) and adults (gym, sauna, etc
They have everything you could ask for two pools one indoor one outdoor, two hot tubs one indoor one outdoor they even had a cold plunge pool
After a long day of walking it really helped my aching feet! There was also a steam room and a sauna in the pool area if that’s up your alley

Hard to find if not familiar with the area and hard to find parking but calling the front desk they will do there best to let you know how and where to go. Very appreciative! Very close to attractions and restaurants
Great hotel for a concert night, very decently priced. A girlfriend and I got lost a time or two between the 2 or we swear 3 stairways lol, may have had a drink or two
First time at Bernard's. My boyfriend and I had drinks at the bar. Fantastic happy hour, and our bartender rocked. Signe was fast and friendly, and super-smart with her humor. Will definitely return.
We loved the very chill atmosphere of the basement bar from stairwell 2. We had a blast, hotel desk person was more than helpful with directions
It was an all around good time, full of drunken memories and songs by Social Distortion! Would return if in the area

I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Online they called this room (partial view). The room is clean, the bed is comfortable
Rafaela provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and hospitable. Great room and great view from our balcony. The bed is not as soft, but not a problem. Not too far from the pier and Pike Place
This website will compare thousands of booking sites and will usually offer rates much cheaper than others! You'll thank me later! This resort has one of the highest ratings in the area
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions
Online they called this room (partial view). The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator where you can store desserts and drinks

Very modern, comfortable hotel. Great rooftop hot tub and pool, wonderful staff. The desk chair and the lounge chair in the room are both very comfortable. Kitchenette is convenient. Aveda bath products are my favorite!
The cleaning service was top knotch and left extra tissues when I left a note about my bad allergies. The pool has a full-length section which I appreciate and the gym was what I expected
I world definitely recommend staying here. Next time I'll bring a bikini to enjoy the top floor pool
The spa is a hot tub in the pool room, unless I'm confused, but very enjoyable
Parking is in a garage under the hotel but I never had an issue finding a spot on P2, and there was still an additional level below that! Plus this hotel offers FREE shuttle service every half hour from out front to different points of downtown Seattle
At one point my friend and I called from Pioneer square and even though that was not a designated pickup location, they said they'd be happy to come to us and a van was there in 10 minutes

Our room had large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower (not those travel size) and enough towels for a family and there was only two of us
Great location which is basically a 10mi. Walk to Pike Place, 2 min to the express to the Space Needle, etc. Clean rooms that were spacious and great staff. Only problem is that you can hear a lot of the road noise
Once we sorted out the goofy ice situation, we had a wonderful stay. Great location, short walk to most places, and only a block from the city transit bus exchange if you need to go farther
I’ve stayed at this hotel on three different occasions. The rooms are clean and bedding is absolutely heaven. It is walking distance to Pikes Public Market and most public transit options
Great location with easy waking access to all the area attractions and amenities. Clean boutique hotel with an amazing staff that enjoys the art of customer experience and appreciation
Loved the location of this hotel. Just outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything. We loved walking to South Lake Union and First Hill

This extends from front desk, to valets, to cleaning staff and to staff working both ground floor and roof top bar. We felt the design and standard of maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas was excellent
Very nice conference room and roof top lounge area, great selection of drinks in the room fridge and incredibly clean rooms, gym and lounge. The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. While in Seattle were the homeless rates are a little high you don’t see many around this area and your right of the pike place market and art museum
Had a great stay! Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were great. Could not beat the location. Would definitely stay again. Worth the price.

Excellent hotel right on the waterfront. Interesting history with all the rock stars that have cycled through, fishing from the windows
They had a cute little store in the lobby that has incredible gifts, but more importantly, they had awesome late night healthy organic delicious unique snacks to eat. ?? And the view was incredible!
The first floor rooms were a bit cold at night, especially the stone floors in the bathrooms, so book another level if that's a concern. Overall highly recommend, will return when my work brings me back to Seattle
Really appreciate their attention to every detail. They are like the Starbucks of the Seattle Hotels; the BEST staff, service, and always make us feel like family
My wife and I got engaged in front of the Edgewater in 1994, then spent our honeymoon there. We stay there for our anniversaries, and getaways, and LOVE their Hospitality
