TV was well-positioned. The bathroom set up with a separate toilet room was very good. Location walking distance to restaurants, night life great!
One of the nicer hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking me in and out. Parking was an issue, it says valet but the place where you would pull up was full so I had to do a loop around a few blocks to get back on track. Luckily if you go down the road a half a block or so there is a garage that was adequate. Big perk of this place is its within...
An upscale hotel close to Pikes market place (only 2 blocks) and Target is just 1 block down the road too. Positives: ✅Comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. White linen and goose down pillows. ✅The showers were perfection. Big showers with 2 spray heads. ✅The staff were friendly and helpful ✅Elevators were prompt- Just use your key card to access your floor ✅The gym was well equipped and usually vacant...
Great location, near the Seattle Public Market, and the hotel seems new, fresh, and modern. The rooms are very nice, and it has good amenities that included a gym, spa, restaurant, and a bar on the top floor. I also liked the added security feature of reqiring your room card to select a floor when you get in the elevator. Unfortunately, It's a good feature to have, as the surrounding area has a...
I have stayed at the Charter Hotel for many nights. It has become new favorite! You would think because they are downtown near everything right? Maybe the rooms are extremely nice. It is the customer service mixed with hospitality and personalized experience for me. Ms. Candice from the overnight shift makes sure everything is perfect. Candace greets me by name to having my normal snacks ready for...

Lovely old stately hotel in a nice neighborhood. Public area ambiance was wonderful. Kris and Stephen (concierge) were both top notch- bellmen too. Bartender in the Dunbar needs a happy pill & and desk personnel could have been more welcoming. We had a suite so room size was not a problem & bedding & pillows were delightful. Our biggest complaint and the only reason why we would not stay there again...
I'm not a great connoisseur of hotels. Generally I stay in 2-3 star inns and motels based on price. I've been in a 4 star hotel maybe once or twice before. I say all that to let you know that I don't have a large basis of comparison. The main reason I chose to stay here was because I was booking about 1 week ahead of our stay, and this place was cheaper than the other 3 star hotels in the area, and...
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. And it frequently lands on top lists for various reasons, whether that's for it's two seriously cool bar/lounge areas, for it's status as Seattle's oldest functioning hotel, or for it's internationally known hauntings on the fourth floor. This place is just cool. And it's really affordable, which is the icing on the cake. Also, the staff are lovely.
We had a wonderful experience. We walked everywhere from this location. The complimentary wine hour was an unexpected pleasure from 5-6 pm. The reception staff and valets were especially kind and helpful. The hotel has a luxurious feel a touch of history. We will definitely staff here again.
Very different and beautiful hotel. Service is top-notch. Another bonus is their restaurant and bar, very nice.
Helped plan a bridal shower event held here. The event staff was gracious and super accommodating during planning. The space is gorgeous. The day off staff was amazing as well.

Friendly and attentive staff! The jacuzzi was great - a welcome respite for a road weary motorist. We had a great view from our balcony of the space needle! Margo now uses a limited menu, but not a limited quality. The chicken fettuccine was hot, fresh, tasty and filling. I stay here every time I go to Seattle and will continue to do so!
Wonderful hotel. Excellent staff. The bed was comfortable. Clean rooms. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. I liked that it was within walking distance of the Space Needle Market and Pike Place. I would recommend staying here!
Great hotel. good for a weekend. movie theater right across the street, a CVS right across the street. it was quiet and clean. bar was a great hang out. only bad no bars are open past 1am around 12 they start closing. staff was very helpful and accommodating, they have valet. no elevator from parking structure, you have to use stairs
I had it been in Seattle in maybe 40 years. We drove down for the day and decided to book this hotel about a week earlier. Great choice! We came down for our anniversary and believe it or not they upgraded our room to a suite. Unbelievable . Great suite. Spacious with two washrooms and a bed you could die for. Great view of Seattle Hotel is located right in the heart of the city . Concierge Bill and...
Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is a clean and conveniently located hotel. They have room service. Tried their burger. It was restaurant quality good. For some reason the fridge was empty. Overall it is a good hotel. I may stay there again. It is very close to Amazon glass spheres.
Great hotel in a great location. You can walk to a lot of places from here, just bring the proper shoes. The parking garage and lobby are not wheelchair friendly. The rooms are nice and well maintained. Staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel was amazing 🤩 from the excellent location to the amazing view. We really enjoyed everything about it and its customer service as well!
The room was clean and up to date. One of the nicer Hyatts that I've been too. Hotel staff was super nice! I landed really early to take a tour but did not want to carry my luggage on the bus. They have a storage/check in just for this reason. They did offer me a room that was available to check in but I declined. It was a great offer though and much appreciated. I didn't have a chance to check out...
Probably the best place to stay in Seattle if you look at things from a price to value perspective. First, this hotel seems newly built — and it shows. The building looks new as do the rooms, which were extremely clean when I checked in. I also appreciated that the most of personal hygiene amenities were not single use bottles but refillable; it’s so much better for the environment! Overall, the hotel...
The staff are very polite and helpful. We asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate us. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The have a coffee machine in the room and give you bottles of water which we love. The gym is very modern with up to date equipment. We had drinks one evening at Rick's Whiskey bar. Our server was super friendly and the manager even came out to chat with us. I...
Modern rooms. We had a great view of Mt. Rainier for about 1 hour (rainy weekend). The shower only has glass across half of the opening, which I've never seen before. The mirror light has a dimmer (very cool and useful for applying makeup). I was grateful for the little coffee maker in the room which I used on the day I had an early start. I wish the room had a microwave so that we could heat up leftovers...
It's a nice business hotel in downtown Seattle. My room was spacious and very comfortable, featured 2 queen beds, a desk, a mini fridge and coffee maker, and a lounge chair. The bathroom was also spacious and in general well equipped. The water pressure in the shower could have been better but it's probably standard in the US. On my arrival I was offered a room a few hours before the standard check...
Fantastic staff, fantastic hotel, super nice and clean! I have absolutely no complaints :) Couldn’t try the options for dinner because they were 21+, and one of my guests was under 21. Breakfast, however was awesome! Starbucks coffee and super yummy food options. Room exceeded my expectations. Loved the room, nice space, and a quiet room with no external or internal noise. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable I have slept in, bathroom and all of the lotions and gels were of a very high quality.
I love these rooms. simple yet elegant. the pool and fitness centre are a great amenity but mundane. unfortunately AYS takes too long to answer the phone and the internet is expensive and too slow to be usable. Staff service is good however, and they try to make the stay better
I came for a business trip. I had requested a handicap room with roll-in shower. When I checked in, my assigned room was not ready. The clerk asked me questions about what I could tolerate being six weeks out of Achilles tendon repair and she worked to get me into a room that was ready. The bell team was super helpful getting me settled as well. The room is nice and bed seems like it will be comfortable...
When you walk into the hotel, it's like a white marble with a caramel swirl for the floor and the giant pillars.Great location and the room was clean and comfortable. They give only one complimentary bottle of water a day for two guests. They advertised a made-to-order breakfast, but when we arrived, only a buffet was offered. The Fountain Lounge was fantastic for dinner! I will definitely stay there...
An honest review from someone who enjoys 4+Star hotels. Sheraton Grand was a great value for the price paid...I'd pay it again!! I stayed 7 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. I felt comfortable, safe and taken care of. Great job Sheraton and Thank You.
This was my first time in Seattle and I’m so grateful I booked here! This hotel made my first stay in Seattle incredible! I lived in downtown Seattle for 2.5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels. It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent. The rooms are nice, but not that great and the bathroom is pretty outdated. The service is ok, but not at the level of the Fairmont or other hotels. For instance, I had an incident...
The hotel is a little dated but the location is perfect. I found the rooms to be a bit small but the view makes up for the size. The beds were too soft for my taste and I didn't like the fact that housekeeping has to be requested otherwise your room will stay dirty/unmade. We're done with Covid, please do better!
The hotel is centrally located, comfortable and very well appointed; but what sets it apart is the excellent customer service. Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough. From an upgrade, a gift and the royal treatment for our doxies. Our little family cannot wait...
Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great. A walk to Fish market and the shore excursions' docks about 15 minutes normal pace. Walk to Space Needle about 20 minutes. Taxis and Uber readily available.
We only stayed the one night before our cruise. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded our room and had a large room with a fantastic city view. My husband and I stayed here last weekend for our 20th anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We stayed in one of the spa rooms with a partial view of Puget Sound. My wife and I stayed here recently to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond during our stay and we were so happy to see a bottle of wine as a gift when we arrived. Check in was seamless and the room was well equipped with everything we need. We stayed here at the end of December 2023. Amazing location close to everything. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Had a 10 day stay. Room was comfortable. Staff nice and accommodating, all very friendly. Older building but convenient to all areas of the hospital. Reasonably priced rooms. Wish the Rhododendron Cafe was still open.
This place is fine for a few nights. Comfortable bed, a hot shower and a nice view of downtown Seattle. It is very dated though, badly needs a refurbishment. The Wi-Fi is also terrible.
I stayed here because my hubby was having surgery at the hospital. I was not planning to stay, and didn't have a reservation, but the hooked me up and I think gave me a discount because of it. I read a review somewhere that the street facing rooms were better, so asked for one and got it. It's very clean, big enough, some city noise from outside but otherwise peaceful. O m g. So glad I did this...
We stayed at the inn for 9 days after I had knee replacement surgery. We love the character of the inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The inn is older but has lots of charm. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The food was great priced and tasted very good during the week. The only complaint is not having hot food on the weekends. Otherwise, we had a great experience.
A nice, older hotel. Don't expect the latest renovations, but the room is comfortable and charming. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
It was a clean place to stay with a very friendly staff. It is also located in what seemed to be a pretty calm area of the city but close enough to walk most places. It didn't include some amenities such as a fridge, microwave, or a hotel parking lot which made my trip a little more difficult. Really enjoyed our stay here, would stay here again next time we are in Seattle. Great locations.
Had happy hour and dinner with friends at Stoneburner. Our server was great. The food was a little pricey for the portion sizes.
Great 2 night stay at Hotel Ballard. Great location with a ton of places to visit by walking. Excellent hotel, clean & comfortable. Complimentary access to the 3 story gym next door. Would highly recommend staying at Hotel Ballard.
We ate at the Stoneburner restaurant. We had amazing service and great drinks, but the food left much to be desired. Both my wife and I had upset stomachs afterwards. Probably won't be back.
The restaurant was a bit crowded and noisy but the food was delicious. The pizza was amazing and the staff was very attentive. I did not stay in the hotel but walked through part of it which was nicely decorated and maintained.
The stoneburner restaurant was great, very accommodating and informative for the (many) dietary restrictions of my group over what to eat and what could be changed. The food was all delicious, and service was overall very friendly.

Everything about this hotel is magical! No complaints. The best hotel I've stayed in over the last 5 years.
A *very* high end hotel tucked away in between some of downtown Seattle's tallest skyscrapers. Lotte Hotel Seattle offers 189 luxury rooms and shares the F5 building with the F5 Networks offices. If you might be worried about encountering homeless folks during your stay at Lotte, you are in luck, because for whatever reason they don't frequent the area around the F5 tower at all. Enjoy!
Beautiful hotel with world class service. I've never stayed in a hotel anywhere else in the world where they asked how to pronounce our last name when booking the room and then every employee afterward said it correctly. Great hotel in a walkable, convenient location. Easy front desk check in, with secure garage parking for a fee. Room had small mini- fridge, microwave, kettle. Bathroom has lots of shelving to place items. Didn't have to wait long for hot water in the sink or showers. Very clean. Rooftop terrace has amazing view of sunset.
The rooms are great and the staff are awesome, but the elevator was busted for a chunk of our stay while the other elevator was constantly crowded. We were there for New Year's so I understand things happen, but it was just a word of mouth from other guests that it was even being looked into or dealt with. Also, the neighborhood around it is less than ideal at night time. We were there for the view...
We started here in New year's eve. It was so convenient to walk to Climate Pledge and the space needle for the show. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery all in a short walking distance. We just needed a place to stay after an evening at Climate Pledge Arena. We are so delighted that we found The Mediterranean Inn. Everything is so clean! I stayed in the Mediterranean Inn for a work event recently and it was a great experience overall. It has a secure parking garage which was great (there is a daily parking fee, I believe it was $27 a day), and the entrance is in the alley on the backside of the building. The building is very unique looking with its blue glass. The staff have all been very nice and will help with anything you need. The Hotel itself is very clean and quite. The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. If there was anything I would want it would be a microwave in the room but it isn't a must have. All and all it was a great place to stay.
Lovely well appointed, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are great, only marginally let down by a lack of power connections by the bedside table (twin room) and a lack of breakfast tea option. The shower and bathroom is well designed. Breakfast option is quite limited but the hotel recommend some great options nearby. All in all a great experience.

Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.
Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.
Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.

I cannot emphasize enough about how friendly the staff was. Everybody was incredibly nice and went out of their way to let us know they appreciated us staying. The hotel sent text messages letting me know I could ask for things I needed if I wished. Hotel was great, neat, and just blocks away from Pike's market. Would gladly stay again.
Super comfortable, clean, and the staff is really friendly. I like how modern the hotel looks inside + out. My only problem is the fact that the fridge doesn't seal shut very well (at least in our suite) or have a temperature adjuster (minus the "instant cold" button). Washroom space and room space were perfect though!
While I do miss the old E&C, the new one has it's own charm. The staff there is wonderful and the food has gotten better. Very basic hotel, very old pretty building. It is within walking distance to quite a few things. Right up the road, there is this awesome park, right up the road. There is no parking, and the hotel is kinda musty.
First time at Bernard's. My boyfriend and I had drinks at the bar. Fantastic happy hour, and our bartender rocked. Signe was fast and friendly, and super-smart with her humor. Will definitely return.
Exelent costumer service. Hard to find if not familiar with the area and hard to find parking but calling the front desk they will do there best to let you know how and where to go. Very appreciative! Very close to attractions and restaurants. Cheap stay and cheap room but extremely quiet and quaint.

Such a clean and tidy place was a great place to spend your free time. Five star satisfaction rating for this place. I would definitely recommend and recommend your services to anyone without any hesitation. Best!
We had a great price for our room at the time. It was convenient in terms of location, cost, features and services. The overall service was very satisfactory and all staffs were very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back!
I had a long stopover in Seattle and was incredibly lucky to stumble upon this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very friendly, kind and immediately made me feel welcome. If you are lucky enough to meet Brandon Martinez, who worked at the front desk at the time, he will make your stay even more incredible. Thanks again for your help, Brandon! In addition, the location and facilities of the hotel...
Great hotel and great staff! Hotel seems pretty up to date with the times. Got upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views. 28th floor has a lounge with even better views. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely come back here!
Great newly renovated hotel in downtown Seattle. The club lounge (for Gold and Plat elites and open to the public weekend nights) on the top floor provides a breath stunning view of Seattle. The standard king rooms are big, comfortable and newly updated for a great modern feel.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a sanatorium. This website will compare thousands of booking sites and will usually offer rates much cheaper than others! You'll thank me later! This resort has one of the highest ratings in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Good location. Great room with...
Rafaela provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and hospitable. Great room and great view from our balcony. The bed is not as soft, but not a problem. Good location. Not too far from the pier and Pike Place.
Good location. Great room with a great view. Online they called this room (partial view). There is a small balcony. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator where you can store desserts and drinks. Friendly staff, very professional and informative.
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions. There is plenty of seating in the lobby, and there is a well-stocked convenience store next to reception.
nice view, unobtrusive service, clean.

The staff, although understaffed. We're exceptional! Everyone from the bar and restaurant, to front desk, to Bell and valet service. A highlight of our trip was Marc. He took care of our Bell and valet service and was just above and beyond. The room was nice and very clean. Hotel was in a more upscale area of downtown. Close to great bars restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay...
I stopped in here last minute to escape the heat. From the moment I got to the front desk, Becky was so sweet and easy to talk to (not to mention she checked me in very efficiently!). The room was beautiful, the bath was heavenly and the hotel was very quiet. The room service was A+ - including the very friendly people at the front desk who answered my calls *and* the lovely people who delivered the...
A hidden gem in the center of Seattle. All the staff were professional and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. The room was amazing and the balcony was private with a great view.
Great hotel for a business stay in Seattle. The hotel is conveniently located at the northern edge of downtown which ensures a short commute. Staff is really friendly and always ready to help. They also provide a fitness studio and a whirlpool to relax after your workout. Water and fruit are provided during the entire stay and rooms are always spotless. Would definitely stay here ago an if I'm in Seattle...
Excellent service, nice and clean room, cozy bar, perfect location... do I need to continue? Every time I come to Seattle, I stay here. One of my favorites hotels. Highly recommended!
It's a nice hotel and met my simple needs for a two night stay related to work. It's an older building that has been upgraded is what I felt but that doesn't take away from much. People we're helpful, valet great, rooms nice. Overall I would stay again.
