Hyatt Regency Seattle, Seattle1 / 30
9.1
Seattle, 808 Howell St 🧭 Map
I had great 3-nights stay at Hyatt Regency. Not a single problem during my stay. Great location, helpful staff, room was clean and quiet (definitely choose quiet room in your reservation and you get a room far from elevator). Breakfast at Market could go with bit more variety, but it was ok in the end. Will definitely come back.
What an amazing hotel in the downtown area of Seattle! This is a very tall Hyatt with guest rooms spanning from floor 9 to 45! The lobby and the public areas are very beautiful with tall ceilings! Even the rooms are very well built with materials from the surrounding area matching the Seattle theme! The fault i could find with the room is that there is no shower curtain and is done "European style...
This Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations in terms of service and location!! The valet staff immediately helped with all of our luggage and the front desk checked us in early! We arrived around 11:00 am and we weren’t expecting to even get into our room until the early afternoon, hats off to you Hyatt! Overall the staff was extremely resourceful and always presented the best attitude throughout...
We REALLY enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle. This hotel is beautifully kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The concierge (Don- thank you!) was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me with my request. Housekeeping kept our rooms remarkably clean. You receive a $15 resort credit every day to spend at their market which had a great selection of food and drink...
The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. As a Globalist member, I was impressed by how the Hyatt team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thanks to Marisol Robles, the VIP Coordinator, who made sure our stay was exceptional. Even though I had used my suite award prior to booking...
The hotel was amazing 🤩 from the excellent location to the amazing view. We really enjoyed everything about it and its customer service as well!

Loved the room, nice space, and a quiet room with no external or internal noise. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable I have slept in, bathroom and all of the lotions and gels were of a very high quality.
I love these rooms. simple yet elegant. the pool and fitness centre are a great amenity but mundane. unfortunately AYS takes too long to answer the phone and the internet is expensive and too slow to be usable. Staff service is good however, and they try to make the stay better
I came for a business trip. I had requested a handicap room with roll-in shower. When I checked in, my assigned room was not ready. The clerk asked me questions about what I could tolerate being six weeks out of Achilles tendon repair and she worked to get me into a room that was ready. The bell team was super helpful getting me settled as well. The room is nice and bed seems like it will be comfortable...
When you walk into the hotel, it's like a white marble with a caramel swirl for the floor and the giant pillars.Great location and the room was clean and comfortable. They give only one complimentary bottle of water a day for two guests. They advertised a made-to-order breakfast, but when we arrived, only a buffet was offered. The Fountain Lounge was fantastic for dinner! I will definitely stay there...
An honest review from someone who enjoys 4+Star hotels. Sheraton Grand was a great value for the price paid...I'd pay it again!! I stayed 7 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. I felt comfortable, safe and taken care of. Great job Sheraton and Thank You.
This was my first time in Seattle and I’m so grateful I booked here! This hotel made my first stay in Seattle incredible! The hotel is stunning, perfectly located and the staff and service are top notch. I usually stay at very good hotels but this has to be one of my favorites! I’ll be booking here again anytime I’m back in Seattle! :)

Seattle, 1900 Fifth Avenue 🧭 Map
I lived in downtown Seattle for 2.5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels. It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent. The rooms are nice, but not that great and the bathroom is pretty outdated. The service is ok, but not at the level of the Fairmont or other hotels. For instance, I had an incident...
The hotel is a little dated but the location is perfect. I found the rooms to be a bit small but the view makes up for the size. The beds were too soft for my taste and I didn't like the fact that housekeeping has to be requested otherwise your room will stay dirty/unmade. We're done with Covid, please do better!
The hotel is centrally located, comfortable and very well appointed; but what sets it apart is the excellent customer service. Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough. From an upgrade, a gift and the royal treatment for our doxies. Our little family cannot wait...
Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great. A walk to Fish market and the shore excursions' docks about 15 minutes normal pace. Walk to Space Needle about 20 minutes. Taxis and Uber readily available.
We only stayed the one night before our cruise. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded our room and had a large room with a fantastic city view. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. It appeared that the WiFi in the room, you had to pay for. It was free in the lobby. Only downside, there was an ice bucket on the room, unfortunately no ice machine to be found, there were...
I really loved this hotel! I was there for the weekend for a work conference in February. The staff is really nice and it has a classic feel to it. Food is AMAZING! I got room service twice. First a wonderful veggie burger and the second time the most incredible meatloaf experience you’ll EVER have. Yum! ? Furthermore, the two cylindrical towers are so cute in the skyline, and they help you get back...

Such a clean and tidy place was a great place to spend your free time. Five star satisfaction rating for this place. I would definitely recommend and recommend your services to anyone without any hesitation. Best!
We had a great price for our room at the time. It was convenient in terms of location, cost, features and services. The overall service was very satisfactory and all staffs were very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back!
I had a long stopover in Seattle and was incredibly lucky to stumble upon this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very friendly, kind and immediately made me feel welcome. If you are lucky enough to meet Brandon Martinez, who worked at the front desk at the time, he will make your stay even more incredible. Thanks again for your help, Brandon! In addition, the location and facilities of the hotel...
Great hotel and great staff! Hotel seems pretty up to date with the times. Got upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views. 28th floor has a lounge with even better views. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely come back here!
Great newly renovated hotel in downtown Seattle. The club lounge (for Gold and Plat elites and open to the public weekend nights) on the top floor provides a breath stunning view of Seattle. The standard king rooms are big, comfortable and newly updated for a great modern feel.
Everything about my hotel stay here was wonderful. The staff was pleasant. The room was comfortable and they were even able to get us extra pillows. The 515 had a great breakfast buffet as well. Will look forward to starting again.

Staff quickly accommodated us with a microwave on request. Staff were helpful with inquiries. Location was in a great spot, walking distance to most things we wanted to be close to. Rooms are really nice, beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve had.
I want to start this off by thank Gary at the front desk! He made a last minute accommodation for my son who has autism. This trip was supposed to be a quick getaway for me and my wife. We decided last minute we wanted to bring our son, Gary was absolutely phenomenal. When I tell you the best customer service, I’ve experienced I mean the best. I didn’t have the best view, but the large bathroom made up for it! From the check-in to check-out, I had a wonderful experience. This hotel was conveniently located near the conference I was attending which was very nice. The hotel was within walking distance of many points of interest. It’s a short 20-25 minute car ride to the airport. There is a Starbucks and deli located on the first floor. I also...
We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt as the location is convenient although there are vagrants and drug use in the area so we only wondered about during the day time. We had travelled all day and arrived around noon so we understood we wouldn't be able to get into our rooms until 4 pm which we were fine with. I was told that I would receive a text once our rooms were ready however, when it was...
There is a lot to like about the Grand Hyatt, the location is great. Right downtown, right near the convention center and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The service was great! Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.
Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.
Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.
Guess I'm a bit country and not big city anymore. This place was extremely nice and very different than any other place I've stayed. Would've been nice if staff would've explained the hotel a little bit so i knew what to expect. Me and my 12 year old were staying there and in town for a football game. I did love it. I love Seattle and the view from our room was awesome. It was in the perfect location...
I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location. The staff at check in were really friendly and attentive. The room was huge with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. It's just a short distance to Pike Place Market and the harbour so it's an ideal location to explore Seattle.
The Fairmont Olympic is a beautiful hotel and I enjoyed my stay there! It's within walking distance to a lot of sites around Seattle. I got flowers from Pike Place and staff even let me borrow a vase! The fitness room and jacuzzi were great. They had refrigerated towels with peppermint oil that felt amazing after my workout and sauna. Natalie at the front desk was fantastic - very helpful and friendly
My wife and I stayed at the Olympic for a couple of nights, earlier this week. We arrived by train, just a few minutes after noon, but were nonetheless immediately checked into a suite, which was a complimentary "upgrade to the upgrade"! The room was large and immaculately clean, and featured one of the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in a hotel. After enjoying drinks and a light meal...
Outstanding. Everything about this hotel is top notch. Our room was 400 square feet of bliss! Room service was fast, beautifully presented and delicious. BUT in this case you get what you pay for and more. Door staff was...
The hotel staff were friendly, and responded promptly at check in and out (even with a 6:30am out on a Saturday they were up to pick up our bags and had our car in 10-15 min). All of our interactions with them were great. Regarding our room, the bed was very comfortable, but some minor upgrades were needed considering it was a junior suite. Rafaela provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and hospitable. Great room and great view from our balcony. The bed is not as soft, but not a problem. Good location. Not too far from the pier and Pike Place.
Good location. Great room with a great view. Online they called this room (partial view). There is a small balcony. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator where you can store desserts and drinks. Friendly staff, very professional and informative.
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions. There is plenty of seating in the lobby, and there is a well-stocked convenience store next to reception.

The building is very unique looking with its blue glass. The staff have all been very nice and will help with anything you need. The Hotel itself is very clean and quite. The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. If there was anything I would want it would be a microwave in the room but it isn't a must have. All and all it was a great place to stay.
Lovely well appointed, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are great, only marginally let down by a lack of power connections by the bedside table (twin room) and a lack of breakfast tea option. The shower and bathroom is well designed. Breakfast option is quite limited but the hotel recommend some great options nearby. All in all a great experience.
One of my favorite hotels in Seattle. We immediately were upgraded to a larger suite when checking in, which was totally unexpected. Beautiful hotel with plenty of fantastic amenities. The hotel looks a bit old from the inside, some renovation would make it perfect. People working there are very nice and helpful, I had some trouble with payment and invoice, everything was solved in a friendly manner. The manager was very helpful with my invoice problem, I am really impressed with the level of service here :) Also great location and view from my room.
This Hotel is very dated and need to be renovated. The room we had was on the 8th floor and the bathroom was very small and had a hole in the ceiling where I think a sprinkler system would go. Even though the hotel was old the room was very clean and the front desk people were very polite. We arrived about 2hrs early and was allowed to go to our room. The hotel is in the middle of everything we caught...
I stayed 4 nights at the Warwick and overall I had a good experience, still not worth the 250$ a night tough. The main negative aspect was the cleanliness of the room; the floor wasn't clean at all and smelled very bad all the time. The bed mattress could have been more comfortable. But the location was great and I had no major issues during my stay so it's a 4/5 for me.
This was our 2nd stay at the Warwick Seattle. The location, cleanliness of the room and atmosphere were beyond excellent! The staff were top notch! I want to personally thank Les and all of his staff for making this a wonderful stay. That was the start to an awesome vacation from this Texas family. And Margaux's is absolutely great. Good food, drinks and coffee! If you're wondering if you stay...
Friendly and attentive staff! The jacuzzi was great - a welcome respite for a road weary motorist. We had a great view from our balcony of the space needle! Two little things made the room exceptional:1) a soft close door meant that there were no slamming doors in the hallway and 2) a black out window shade made the room 100% dark. Staff was great. We found no faults with this hotel. We will be back.
Conveniently located, within walking distance to Pike Market, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena, we found it very easy to navigate the downtown core. We stayed 3 night’s here and we’re upgraded to a King room with a view of the space needle. Very comfy bed and spacious room. This is a really good hotel, in downtown Seattle. Everything is in walking distance of the hotel, for the most part. The staff is amazing, and they get 5 stars, full stop. Hotel was clean. Easy walk back and forth to the convention center, I even snuck in a quick sightseeing walk because it was all so close. I cannot emphasize enough about how friendly the staff was. Everybody was incredibly nice and went out of their way to let us know they appreciated us staying. The hotel sent text messages letting me know I could ask for things I needed if I wished. Hotel was great, neat, and just blocks away from Pike's market. Would gladly stay again.
Super comfortable, clean, and the staff is really friendly. I like how modern the hotel looks inside + out. My only problem is the fact that the fridge doesn't seal shut very well (at least in our suite) or have a temperature adjuster (minus the "instant cold" button). Washroom space and room space were perfect though!
While I do miss the old E&C, the new one has it's own charm. The staff there is wonderful and the food has gotten better. My only real compliant is the back bar area gets unbearably warm when it fills up with groups. Between the hot lights and zero air movement, everyone just ends up sweating back there. It is an old hotel so the rooms are very small and the furniture and bathroom were old fashioned too. Very basic hotel, very old pretty building. It is within walking distance to quite a few things. Right up the road, there is this awesome park, right up the road. There is no parking, and the hotel is kinda musty.

We know Covid is in effect but it’s something we absolutely were looking forward too. Outside of that we LOVE the lobby. Welcome cocktails were amazing, bikes for rent rocked & location to the Link, bus, monorail transportation...
We stayed there overnight and it is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to needs. There was an option for a free cocktail every night around 5, which was free. There was a small cafe in the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. The location was amazing for Pikes Palace Market, the Space Needle and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel because I know we...
One of the best hotels I've had. The staff helped me reschedule to better view and appreciate, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and the staff themselves are very polite and helpful making this a memorable stay. 12/10 will stay here again!!

Stayed here during my solo trip to Sea Town. It's a really good walking distance from all of the attractions, food, and beauty Seattle has to offer. I talk about my solo travels on my podcast "Ersatz Era Podcast" free everywhere! The guy that greeted me was so nice and welcoming which was different as seattle folks can be quite cold so it was a pleasure. He even let me choose the room with the best...
Genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I stayed with my partner for a week and didn't want to leave! Nothing was too much trouble with the staff, all really polite and friendly. The room had a cool modern vibe, comfy bed and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely. Fab location, walkable to pike place market and the space needle and other attractions. Would stay again!! Thank you to all...
I stayed here for several days for a business trip. The hotel has a good vibe and a very inviting common area. Goods: * Great decor in common area. * Nice location. * Friendly and helpful staff. * Liked the ambient lighting in the room. Bads * There's no parking available (it's called out on their website). Nearby parking options can get expensive and scarce. Street parking is available free of cost...
Absolutely perfect spot for a couples weekend getaway. Rooms are smaller, but we'll thought out and effective. The price for what you get is unbeatable. Staff was by far the most friendly I've ever talked to at a hotel. The bar / living space is beautiful, and the drink prices are good. Parking is the one downside, with there being no on-site parking, but other garages aren't too far away and we didn...
My partner & I decided to stay here for our overnight getaway to Seattle, and will be staying here again for our next trip! Location is great, It’s about a 15 minute walk to Pike’s Place & Space Needle and has a handful of food + coffee options nearby. Booking, check in & check out were easy + simple. All staff members were helpful, friendly, and overall enjoyable. The environment / atmosphere both...

Brand new hotel near downtown that has very clean and well appointed contemporary rooms. Great service from reception staff as well!
What a great find! The location is perfect for exploring multiple neighbourhoods, sites, restaurants and shopping in Seattle. We walked everywhere from here, no taxi or uber needed. The rooms are very well designed even for longer stays (we stayed 5 nights) and the beds ultra comfortable (even the little pullout couch). But the highlight is the staff. Engaging, helpful, smiling ... They really...
Great hotel that fit my conference needs, essentially it's downtown close to public transit. Great rooms and beds!
Built with the guest in mind. From beautiful, modern rooms to a quality breakfast. They go as far as to include device chargers in every room in case you forget your phone charger. Highly recommend.
Great hotel!! Nice lobby and even nicer rooms, completely updated and top of the line amenities. A must stay in Seattle!!

Location: Absolutely top-notch! The Hilton Seattle is right in the heart of downtown, close to everything you'd want to see and do. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and theaters. Rooms: They've recently refurbished the rooms, which makes a big difference. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the city. Executive Lounge: As a Hilton Honors Diamond...
Had a room with view down to the water, on the high floor, room was nice, location is also good, with main attractions being reached quickly, room didn't have a shower, but a bathtub. Elevators turned up to be sometimes a problem, as sometimes it took longer until they arrived and then they stopped at many floors. Had access to the executive lounge, which was nice, particularly during the breakfast...
Cons: unfortunately, our room's AC was broken. Luckily we could open the windows for some cool air, but that also meant hearing the sirens all day and night. The shower head had pretty low water pressure, and that's coming from someone who usually likes to turn shower pressure down. Pros: The beds and bedding were super comfortable, and the staff was SO helpful. Location is also great being right near...
The staff here are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms on the floor we were on appeared to be recently refreshed and the views are amazing. Breakfast was very good as well. Definitely will be back. Probably the only annoying thing is that the parking is expensive, but the hotel doesn't own or control the parking garage. So like many other urban areas, it is what it is. It's also a little hard...
While the rooms are clean, and the staff is super nice, attentive, and very helpful. If this was only a review of the service I'd give it a 5 star. But the rooms feel dated, aren't very soundproof, and feels like could definitely be better. The price is right... But I wish there was more.
We found this hotel to be the perfect place for our stay in Seattle! We decided not to rent a car, which was completely fine because the hotel had almost everything we needed. For example, it was a 3-5 minute walk from the Link Light Rail station, 10-12 minute walk to Pike Place. Clean rooms available. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here before cruise departure. Beds were HORRIBLE!!! If you have a bad back or are 40+ yrs, the bed is not good unless you like super soft, no support. Night agent during check in hardly looked at us and was not friendly at 9pm checkin on 10/4. Ate dinner in the restaurant. Food was good but overpriced which was somewhat expected with proximity to the market. Mary, server in the restaurant...
An exceptional hospitality experience at The Charter on our "short" Seattle weekend trip. We arrived early and the staff accommodate our requests in a very warm welcoming way. The rooms are TOP NOTCH! There is not much city-view from the room due to the neighboring buildings, the hotel however is placed in the heart of Pike Marketplace and walkable to almost all attractions in downtown. The room was...
Absolutely loved our stay at The Charter Hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 9am with the expectation that our room wouldn’t be ready yet, but were pleasantly surprised when we were able to go up to it immediately. The front desk team is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely with beautiful lighting, comfortable beds, and ample charge ports. Additionally, the shower was one of the best...
Stayed for one night post cruise. Great location to pike market and easily walkable. Also not a bad walk to the pier. After dark it gets a bit sketchy but that’s all of Seattle. Great service from the front desk staff especially Sara and Sarah. Rooms are very spacious with a huge bathroom and were very clean. Easily fit our family is 4. Bit pricey but worth it for what we got.
TV was well-positioned. The bathroom set up with a separate toilet room was very good. Location walking distance to restaurants, night life great!
One of the nicer hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking me in and out. Parking was an issue, it says valet but the place where you would pull up was full so I had to do a loop around a few blocks to get back on track. Luckily if you go down the road a half a block or so there is a garage that was adequate. Big perk of this place is its within...
