THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. And it frequently lands on top lists for various reasons, whether that's for it's two seriously cool bar/lounge areas, for it's status as Seattle's oldest functioning hotel, or for it's internationally known hauntings on the fourth floor. This place is just cool. And it's really affordable, which is the icing on the cake. Also, the staff are lovely.

We had a wonderful experience. We walked everywhere from this location. The complimentary wine hour was an unexpected pleasure from 5-6 pm. The reception staff and valets were especially kind and helpful. The hotel has a luxurious feel a touch of history. We will definitely staff here again.

Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great. We stayed at the inn for 9 days after I had knee replacement surgery. We love the character of the inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The inn is older but has lots of charm. A *very* high end hotel tucked away in between some of downtown Seattle's tallest skyscrapers. Lotte Hotel Seattle offers 189 luxury rooms and shares the F5 building with the F5 Networks offices. If you might be worried about encountering homeless folks during your stay at Lotte, you are in luck, because for whatever reason they don't frequent the area around the F5 tower at all. Enjoy!

The building is very unique looking with its blue glass. The staff have all been very nice and will help with anything you need. The Hotel itself is very clean and quite. The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. If there was anything I would want it would be a microwave in the room but it isn't a must have. All and all it was a great place to stay.

I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

Incredible stay at a very reasonable price. Rented a 2 bed/2 bath suite for the weekend to partake in some Halloween festivities. Very basic hotel, very old pretty building. It is within walking distance to quite a few things. Right up the road, there is this awesome park, right up the road. There is no parking, and the hotel is kinda musty.

First time at Bernard's. My boyfriend and I had drinks at the bar. Fantastic happy hour, and our bartender rocked. Signe was fast and friendly, and super-smart with her humor. Will definitely return.

Exelent costumer service. Hard to find if not familiar with the area and hard to find parking but calling the front desk they will do there best to let you know how and where to go. Very appreciative! Very close to attractions and restaurants. Cheap stay and cheap room but extremely quiet and quaint.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions. There is plenty of seating in the lobby, and there is a well-stocked convenience store next to reception.

It's a nice hotel and met my simple needs for a two night stay related to work. It's an older building that has been upgraded is what I felt but that doesn't take away from much. People we're helpful, valet great, rooms nice. Overall I would stay again.
