Hyatt Regency Seattle, Seattle1 / 50

Seattle, 808 Howell St 🧭 Map
I had great 3-nights stay at Hyatt Regency. Not a single problem during my stay. Great location, helpful staff, room was clean and quiet (definitely choose quiet room in your reservation and you get a room far from elevator). Breakfast at Market could go with bit more variety, but it was ok in the end. Will definitely come back.
What an amazing hotel in the downtown area of Seattle! This is a very tall Hyatt with guest rooms spanning from floor 9 to 45! The lobby and the public areas are very beautiful with tall ceilings! Even the rooms are very well built with materials from the surrounding area matching the Seattle theme! The fault i could find with the room is that there is no shower curtain and is done "European style...
This Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations in terms of service and location!! The valet staff immediately helped with all of our luggage and the front desk checked us in early! We arrived around 11:00 am and we weren’t expecting to even get into our room until the early afternoon, hats off to you Hyatt! Overall the staff was extremely resourceful and always presented the best attitude throughout...
We REALLY enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Seattle. This hotel is beautifully kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The concierge (Don- thank you!) was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me with my request. Housekeeping kept our rooms remarkably clean. You receive a $15 resort credit every day to spend at their market which had a great selection of food and drink...
The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. As a Globalist member, I was impressed by how the Hyatt team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special thanks to Marisol Robles, the VIP Coordinator, who made sure our stay was exceptional. Even though I had used my suite award prior to booking...
The hotel was amazing 🤩 from the excellent location to the amazing view. We really enjoyed everything about it and its customer service as well!
Fantastic staff, fantastic hotel, super nice and clean! I have absolutely no complaints :) Couldn’t try the options for dinner because they were 21+, and one of my guests was under 21. Breakfast, however was awesome! Starbucks coffee and super yummy food options. Room exceeded my expectations. We had a view of the water, so could see all of downtown, the Ferris wheel and the ferry’s coming in! The...

Staff quickly accommodated us with a microwave on request. Staff were helpful with inquiries. Location was in a great spot, walking distance to most things we wanted to be close to. Rooms are really nice, beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve had.
I want to start this off by thank Gary at the front desk! He made a last minute accommodation for my son who has autism. This trip was supposed to be a quick getaway for me and my wife. We decided last minute we wanted to bring our son, Gary was absolutely phenomenal. When I tell you the best customer service, I’ve experienced I mean the best. He moved us to a quiet area upgraded our room, gave my...
I didn’t have the best view, but the large bathroom made up for it! From the check-in to check-out, I had a wonderful experience. This hotel was conveniently located near the conference I was attending which was very nice. The hotel was within walking distance of many points of interest. It’s a short 20-25 minute car ride to the airport. There is a Starbucks and deli located on the first floor. I also...
We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt as the location is convenient although there are vagrants and drug use in the area so we only wondered about during the day time. We had travelled all day and arrived around noon so we understood we wouldn't be able to get into our rooms until 4 pm which we were fine with. I was told that I would receive a text once our rooms were ready however, when it was...
There is a lot to like about the Grand Hyatt, the location is great. Right downtown, right near the convention center and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The service was great! Everyone was friendly and quick to help. They were willing to watch my luggage on the day I checked out until my meeting finished in the afternoon. My cons have to do with style and my room, style wise -...
Best experience I’ve had at any hotel in Seattle! Greeted and welcomed right from the valet staff, bellhop and front desk. Tyler from the front desk was professional and efficient with my early check in process. Room was clean and view was absolutely perfect! Front desk and room service was top notch and quick. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt team! Keep up the the...

This place was a really cool hotel. Great location, staff was super helpful and the whole place was clean. Its within walking distance to Pike's Market, Monorail and other public transportation if you dont want to walk too much. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the walls are VERY thin, I could here the neighbors pretty clearly. Overall, I would recommend this place and stay again.
Stayed at this unique hotel for a few days while in town for a concert and it was just fantastic. The young guy looking after the valet parking was super friendly and answered all our questions. From the moment we walked in to the hotel and walked to the front desk we were greeted with big smiles from happy employees. Brandon (I believe his name is) was helping us check in and had such a happy positive...
This hotel is in the perfect location! Walkable to many modes of transit like the bus around the city, the monorail to the Space Needle and museums, or a train to SEA airport. It was also very easy to get to on a bus from the Amtrak Station to the hotel after we took the Coast Starlight train. Plenty of food options nearby and shopping as well as great places to see (the pinball museum was our favorite...
It is an old hotel so the rooms are very small and the furniture and bathroom were old fashioned too. The main reasons that I gave it 3 stars are because the room smelled pretty bad and the carpet was old and very dirty. The amenities were fair in quality, not what I expected for $200 a night. On the positive side, the staff was very nice though they forgot to clean our room after we specially requested...
Really love this hotel. It is unique and beautiful and classy all at the same time. The downstairs bar that serves the most amazing drinks. We stayed here for a short 3 day stay. It is in the center of everything. Easy to get on the monorail over to Seattle center and the Space Needle and chihuly gardens. Short walk to the Pikes Market and Seattle Aquarium. We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant...
Absolutely LOVE Mayflower Park! Concierge service, valet included, beautiful, the world was on lockdown when we arrived but they made every effort to make our stay worth it. I 100% recommend Mayflower Park!

A great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The compact rooms do not have a place to work, or to sit and relax, other than the bed. Although there are comfy seats in the lobby.
Hotel Theodore in Seattle stands out as a beacon of hospitality. From the moment you step into the lobby, the friendly staff greet you with genuine warmth, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is seamless. Additionally, the hotel’s location is remarkably convenient, offering easy access to the city’s vibrant attractions. The rooms at Hotel Theodore are a haven of cleanliness and comfort. Each space...
The hotel is in an older building, but the rooms are newly refurbished. Very clean, but quite small. Bed and pillows are comfortable but not form enough for my liking.
We have loved this hotel stay so much but… I will say it was incredibly sad not to have access to the hotel bar. It required us going out of the actual city center to find one. We know Covid is in effect but it’s something we absolutely were looking forward too. Outside of that we LOVE the lobby. Welcome cocktails were amazing, bikes for rent rocked & location to the Link, bus, monorail transportation...
We stayed there overnight and it is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to needs. There was an option for a free cocktail every night around 5, which was free. There was a small cafe in the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. The location was amazing for Pikes Palace Market, the Space Needle and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel because I know we...
One of the best hotels I've had. The staff helped me reschedule to better view and appreciate, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and the staff themselves are very polite and helpful making this a memorable stay. 12/10 will stay here again!!

Good sized rooms, and even though it was boutique sized it had all the amenities important to me - gym, valet parking, bistro attached. We had 4 adult men sleep in the 2x queen room and we were all comfortable.
Beautiful hotel in a nice part of Seattle. Very near to the Space Needle and waterfront/Pike Place market. EXCEPTIONAL staff members, very professional and friendly. Spacious rooms, perfectly clean and nicely appointed. Great location to experience Seattle and really be close to it all but feel relaxed and comfortable back at your hotel. Again it must be re-mentioned: the staff was Uh-Mazing/fantastic...
Nice, new and good located hotel. Room was clean and trendy designed with the view of Amazon buildings and Monorail. Unfortunately hotel’s rooms are just till 10th floor even building is much higher. Breakfast is terribly expensive, you will have to wait an extremely long time for it, but it is very tasty. The coolest person in the hotel is doorman, who is always smiling and very nice.
Great staff. Great view of the Space Needle from our "view room". Large spacious rooms. In the middle of everything (needle, pikes market, metro, etc) but not next to anything. Took off one star due to having to ask for the room to be made up. They had signs stating that you had to request the room to be serviced and claimed it was to not disturb the guests, but we all know this is really a cost...
Absolutely amazing stay. The rooms are clean and the decor is modern and cute. It's a Hilton so there's a level of standard that is expected and it was met! Also it's right in the middle of everything. 10 min walk to the space needle and 7 minute walk to Pikes Market. Would stay again and recommend to any of my friends or family.
Stayed here for two nights and it was an awesome stay! Ten minute walk to Pike Place/Space Needle. Very clean, very modern furniture/great interior design. We loved that we were able to text our needs/questions with the customer service reps (they respond very quickly)! Free waters, beautiful views. I also really appreciated that we could leave our luggage with them while we waited for our flight!...

we really liked our stay at this hotel. Everybody was so nice and especially Ruben at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. There was nothing to complain about.
Amazing place. Friendly staff, great bar and service. Also great location that is near all the Seattle downtown attractions.
I really like the rooms and that they gave you a welcome bag with water instead of forcing you to pay $5 a bottle or something. The pool room was nice and the hot tub. And the front desk was very helpful and really nice especially considering that we called and asked for blankets and pillows more shampoo Etc and they accommodated and even wrote a personal note Thanking us for staying with them.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Walkable to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Nice rooms. Good restaurant. Great pool and hot tub with workout room. The in-house restaurant is quite good! We had wings, crab bisque with a grilled cheese, pizza and the appetizer shrimp with sausage. Everything was really good!!!
Receptionist who checked us in was definitely not as friendly as other Hiltons my husband and I have stayed at. The other receptionist was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I also think that $49 is a little insane to valet park per night. The room only had 1 regular coffee pod for 2 people in the room, I shouldn't have to call the front desk for this. Staff in the bar area were very friendly...
Nice hotel, expensive breakfast with little warning. The hotel itself is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a pizza place that delivers for free to the hotel nearby and is open late. The breakfast however is not labelled well that it is not included in your stay and is $18. There are other options around better and less expensive than that. The breakfast was GOOD, no doubt, but not...

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is big and clean also. Check-in was quick and friendly. Room package include parking and gift card for breakfast. Location was convenient. We just stayed here for the weekend and it was nothing short of wonderful. We arrived early and the front desk gave us access to the 5th floor patio and got us into are room early. My family and I had a wonderful stay here in August. Nice room with an awesome terrace. The staff were all amazing. Probably the nicest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. Very helpful, friendly, and caring. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
In making this a surprise return visit to Seattle ( we had lived 10 years at the market on Virginia Street) I chose the Inn at the Market having heard great things about the Inn during our years living literally down the alley! Even ten years later this advice was on point! What a wonder and relaxing visit, from our greeting by the valet and sign in at the front desk by Nate , then daily help from...
Had a wonderful stay at Inn at the Market. Excellent location for being so close to Pike Market. I stayed in an ocean view room and it was amazing! Highly recommend that room type. The room was spacious, the bathroom spacious, and the views can't be beat. I was afraid the room would be dated but I did not find that to be the case. The shared outdoor deck was a great place to unwind with plenty of seating...
Amazing view from room and roof patio. Room was spacious and layout was great. Only complaint was toilet was right inside bathroom door, so when someone is on it, nobody can enter. Besides the little issue it was amazing.

The rooms are totally adequate and have everything I need. The decor is on the older side, but I don't have any real complaints. The staff are all super nice! The free coffee is surprisingly great. It would be nice if there was milk rather than creamer. The neighborhood (especially the block to the east) is not the nicest, though it is convenient to get to downtown.
Cozy room, very clean! Staff was outgoing and friendly and that's so rare these days, sadly. We stayed one night, no issues whatsoever and there are so many great places to eat and grab a drink nearby that we would definitely consider staying next time we're in Seattle. The rooftop was clean and such a nice spot to catch a sunset or bring a snack or drink up to just to soak in some city views. I was...
We have had the best time at the Belltown Inn, the staff are all so incredibly caring, welcoming and helpful. We had issues with paying the full, so they split our bill and let us figure out bank stuff for the first night. All very caring and helpful for every step of your trip. I stayed here in August for one night. I would have been happy staying longer. The rooftop deck was great for meeting and eating takeout with family who were also staying in the hotel. Loved the room, nice space, and a quiet room with no external or internal noise. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable I have slept in, bathroom and all of the lotions and gels were of a very high quality.
I love these rooms. simple yet elegant. the pool and fitness centre are a great amenity but mundane. unfortunately AYS takes too long to answer the phone and the internet is expensive and too slow to be usable. Staff service is good however, and they try to make the stay better
I came for a business trip. I had requested a handicap room with roll-in shower. When I checked in, my assigned room was not ready. The clerk asked me questions about what I could tolerate being six weeks out of Achilles tendon repair and she worked to get me into a room that was ready. The bell team was super helpful getting me settled as well. The room is nice and bed seems like it will be comfortable...
When you walk into the hotel, it's like a white marble with a caramel swirl for the floor and the giant pillars.Great location and the room was clean and comfortable. I lived in downtown Seattle for 2.5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels. It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent. The rooms are nice, but not that great and the bathroom is pretty outdated. The service is ok, but not at the level of the Fairmont or other hotels. For instance, I had an incident...
The hotel is a little dated but the location is perfect. I found the rooms to be a bit small but the view makes up for the size. The beds were too soft for my taste and I didn't like the fact that housekeeping has to be requested otherwise your room will stay dirty/unmade. We're done with Covid, please do better!
The hotel is centrally located, comfortable and very well appointed; but what sets it apart is the excellent customer service. Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough. Everything about this hotel is magical! No complaints. The best hotel I've stayed in over the last 5 years.
A *very* high end hotel tucked away in between some of downtown Seattle's tallest skyscrapers. Lotte Hotel Seattle offers 189 luxury rooms and shares the F5 building with the F5 Networks offices. If you might be worried about encountering homeless folks during your stay at Lotte, you are in luck, because for whatever reason they don't frequent the area around the F5 tower at all. Enjoy!
Beautiful hotel with world class service. I've never stayed in a hotel anywhere else in the world where they asked how to pronounce our last name when booking the room and then every employee afterward said it correctly. Absolutely gorgeous hotel!! Staff was the most accommodating I’ve ever had in any hotel. Highly recommend the premier suite; beautiful layout with soaking tub and shower in bathroom.
At the Lotte Hotel Seattle, every detail was thought out and it showed at every turn. The rooms are great and the staff are awesome, but the elevator was busted for a chunk of our stay while the other elevator was constantly crowded. Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.
Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. I cannot emphasize enough about how friendly the staff was. Everybody was incredibly nice and went out of their way to let us know they appreciated us staying. Super comfortable, clean, and the staff is really friendly. I like how modern the hotel looks inside + out. My only problem is the fact that the fridge doesn't seal shut very well (at least in our suite) or have a temperature adjuster (minus the "instant cold" button). Washroom space and room space were perfect though!
While I do miss the old E&C, the new one has it's own charm. The staff there is wonderful and the food has gotten better. We got in really late the first night, so it was a bit of a struggle to get checked it. The key card system was down so we where unable to get keys to our room. But the staff was incredibly helpful and escorted us around the hotel that night. The next morning they brought keys up to our room so that took care of that issue. We love to travel with our puppy. The hotel has a pet relief area on the second...
We love this property - great location and facilities. This was our second visit. Gym area, outside pools - mid/level and on the roof. Accommodation is spacious,
We stayed a few nights during our recent trip to USA and we had a good stay here. We were doubting of booking this place as there are quite a few negative reviews but fortunately we did not experience any of shortcomings mentioned in previous reviews. If you expect 5* hotel service then I think it is not your place but if you want to have a nice home while travelling then you should give a try. The...
Incredible stay at a very reasonable price. Rented a 2 bed/2 bath suite for the weekend to partake in some Halloween festivities. The room is gorgeous, with a balcony right in the middle of the Seattle skyline. Beds were comfy, and the amenities were top notch. Special recognition for the rooftop pool and hot top. The gym is also incredibly well appointed. Will definitely be staying here again.
Three stars is being generous for this property. Overall I do not recommend it and will choose another location next time. The positive: 1. Good location 2. Nice gym 3. Nice decor 4. Friendly desk staff 5. Comfortable king bed 6. Beautiful music practice room with a piano and drums 7. Full sized washer/dryer The negative: 1. The alarm system had a "test" which started at 7:30 am on Labor day. It...

Great hotel for a concert night, very decently priced. A girlfriend and I got lost a time or two between the 2 or we swear 3 stairways lol, may have had a drink or two. We loved the very chill atmosphere of the basement bar from stairwell 2. We had a blast, hotel desk person was more than helpful with directions. It was an all around good time, full of drunken memories and songs by Social Distortion...
Room was good and furniture was comfortable. Services was good. Great location. Staff were professional.
Very basic hotel, very old pretty building. It is within walking distance to quite a few things. Right up the road, there is this awesome park, right up the road. There is no parking, and the hotel is kinda musty.
First time at Bernard's. My boyfriend and I had drinks at the bar. Fantastic happy hour, and our bartender rocked. Signe was fast and friendly, and super-smart with her humor. Will definitely return.
Exelent costumer service. Hard to find if not familiar with the area and hard to find parking but calling the front desk they will do there best to let you know how and where to go. Very appreciative! Very close to attractions and restaurants. Cheap stay and cheap room but extremely quiet and quaint.

Location was great no shopping though just pike place
Such a clean and tidy place was a great place to spend your free time. Five star satisfaction rating for this place. I would definitely recommend and recommend your services to anyone without any hesitation. Best!
We had a great price for our room at the time. It was convenient in terms of location, cost, features and services. The overall service was very satisfactory and all staffs were very helpful and professional. We will definitely be back!
I had a long stopover in Seattle and was incredibly lucky to stumble upon this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very friendly, kind and immediately made me feel welcome. If you are lucky enough to meet Brandon Martinez, who worked at the front desk at the time, he will make your stay even more incredible. Thanks again for your help, Brandon! In addition, the location and facilities of the hotel...
Great hotel and great staff! Hotel seems pretty up to date with the times. Got upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views. 28th floor has a lounge with even better views. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely come back here!
Great newly renovated hotel in downtown Seattle. The club lounge (for Gold and Plat elites and open to the public weekend nights) on the top floor provides a breath stunning view of Seattle. The standard king rooms are big, comfortable and newly updated for a great modern feel.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a sanatorium. This website will compare thousands of booking sites and will usually offer rates much cheaper than others! You'll thank me later! This resort has one of the highest ratings in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Good location. Great room with...
Rafaela provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and hospitable. Great room and great view from our balcony. The bed is not as soft, but not a problem. Good location. Not too far from the pier and Pike Place.
Good location. Great room with a great view. Online they called this room (partial view). There is a small balcony. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator where you can store desserts and drinks. Friendly staff, very professional and informative.
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions. There is plenty of seating in the lobby, and there is a well-stocked convenience store next to reception.
nice view, unobtrusive service, clean.

We stayed here before cruise departure. Beds were HORRIBLE!!! If you have a bad back or are 40+ yrs, the bed is not good unless you like super soft, no support. Night agent during check in hardly looked at us and was not friendly at 9pm checkin on 10/4. Ate dinner in the restaurant. Food was good but overpriced which was somewhat expected with proximity to the market. Mary, server in the restaurant...
An exceptional hospitality experience at The Charter on our "short" Seattle weekend trip. We arrived early and the staff accommodate our requests in a very warm welcoming way. The rooms are TOP NOTCH! There is not much city-view from the room due to the neighboring buildings, the hotel however is placed in the heart of Pike Marketplace and walkable to almost all attractions in downtown. The room was...
Absolutely loved our stay at The Charter Hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 9am with the expectation that our room wouldn’t be ready yet, but were pleasantly surprised when we were able to go up to it immediately. The front desk team is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely with beautiful lighting, comfortable beds, and ample charge ports. Additionally, the shower was one of the best...
Stayed for one night post cruise. Great location to pike market and easily walkable. Also not a bad walk to the pier. After dark it gets a bit sketchy but that’s all of Seattle. Great service from the front desk staff especially Sara and Sarah. Rooms are very spacious with a huge bathroom and were very clean. Easily fit our family is 4. Bit pricey but worth it for what we got.
TV was well-positioned. The bathroom set up with a separate toilet room was very good. Location walking distance to restaurants, night life great!
One of the nicer hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking me in and out. Parking was an issue, it says valet but the place where you would pull up was full so I had to do a loop around a few blocks to get back on track. Luckily if you go down the road a half a block or so there is a garage that was adequate. Big perk of this place is its within...
