Nice hotel in a good location in Seattle and easily walkable to main attractions. Room was nice and check in process easy
The location is accessible to public transport and the Parks. Most of the area to visit is walking distance.
Just staying for a nite for Cruise next day. Easy to check-in & check-out. Nearby Seattle Pike Place Market.
The location is good and we can walk to the Pike Public Market for only 10 mins, so it’s really convenient!!!
We arrived the hotel very early at 9am after disembarking from the NCL cruise and the hotel allowed early check in due to available room at no extra costs, much appreciated! The bed and pillow was also very comfortable, the room was very large compared to the hotel rooms near Pike's Place and it's about 15 mins walk to Pike's Place, great hotel!
Warm service and nice location to visit most of views , will stay here again if come seattle

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks,...
Good location and walkable to key attractions. However, the rude front desk staff made the experience horrible. Will not stay at this hotel again
The bath tub is clogged during our first day here. We called the room service and the staff quickly came here and fixed everything. I am giving 5/5 for the service. The view outside the window is nice.
Good location. Very clean room. Walking distance to Pike place, waterfront, restaurants, coffee shops, etc
The room and bed are one of the reasons why we stay at this Sheraton . The king size bed is so comfortable and the room is very spacious.
Locations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

I lived in downtown Seattle for 2.5 years and now that I live 50 miles away I periodically visit the city and stay in hotels.
It was a while that I wanted to check the Westin, but the wait was not worth the money spent.
The rooms are nice, but not that great and the bathroom is pretty outdated.
The service is ok, but not at the level of the Fairmont or other hotels. For instance, I had an incident...
The hotel is a little dated but the location is perfect.
I found the rooms to be a bit small but the view makes up for the size. The beds were too soft for my taste and I didn't like the fact that housekeeping has to be requested otherwise your room will stay dirty/unmade.
We're done with Covid, please do better!
The hotel is centrally located, comfortable and very well appointed; but what sets it apart is the excellent customer service. Keisha and team are exceptional at creating warm and lasting experiences for their hospitality guests. Thanks for making this birthday extra special and I can’t thank y’all enough. From an upgrade, a gift and the royal treatment for our doxies. Our little family cannot wait...
Everything you need in a hotel is here. You will not be disappointed in anything. Service is great, rooms are modern and clean, location is great. A walk to Fish market and the shore excursions' docks about 15 minutes normal pace. Walk to Space Needle about 20 minutes. Taxis and Uber readily available.
We only stayed the one night before our cruise. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded our room and had a large room with a fantastic city view. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. It appeared that the WiFi in the room, you had to pay for. It was free in the lobby. Only downside, there was an ice bucket on the room, unfortunately no ice machine to be found, there were...
I really loved this hotel! I was there for the weekend for a work conference in February. The staff is really nice and it has a classic feel to it. Food is AMAZING! I got room service twice. First a wonderful veggie burger and the second time the most incredible meatloaf experience you’ll EVER have. Yum! ? Furthermore, the two cylindrical towers are so cute in the skyline, and they help you get back...

We stayed here for two nights, we like the W hotel chain so we thought we'd give it a try. Although some designs of the room seem a bit outdated, the overall stay was nice, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The room service food wasn't really good though the everything else was fine. It was a pricy room because it was. corner room though it faced the parking lot. Overall it was a pretty...
Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.
Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.
Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.
Guess I'm a bit country and not big city anymore. This place was extremely nice and very different than any other place I've stayed. Would've been nice if staff would've explained the hotel a little bit so i knew what to expect. Me and my 12 year old were staying there and in town for a football game. I did love it. I love Seattle and the view from our room was awesome. It was in the perfect location...
I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

Rafaela provided excellent customer service. She was very nice and hospitable. Great room and great view from our balcony. The bed is not as soft, but not a problem. Good location. Not too far from the pier and Pike Place.
Good location. Great room with a great view. Online they called this room (partial view). There is a small balcony. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker and a small refrigerator where you can store desserts and drinks. Friendly staff, very professional and informative.
Very friendly staff, very helpful. The concierge goes out of their way and although Concourse M was closed due to the pandemic, we enjoyed walking to all the nearby city center attractions. There is plenty of seating in the lobby, and there is a well-stocked convenience store next to reception.

Booked this hotel through VISA Luxury Collection program and it seems like the staff is not trained on the benefits. The building is very unique looking with its blue glass. The staff have all been very nice and will help with anything you need. The Hotel itself is very clean and quite. The rooms were very accommodating and comfortable. If there was anything I would want it would be a microwave in the room but it isn't a must have. All and all it was a great place to stay.
Lovely well appointed, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are great, only marginally let down by a lack of power connections by the bedside table (twin room) and a lack of breakfast tea option. The shower and bathroom is well designed. Breakfast option is quite limited but the hotel recommend some great options nearby. All in all a great experience.
One of my favorite hotels in Seattle. We immediately were upgraded to a larger suite when checking in, which was totally unexpected. Beautiful hotel with plenty of fantastic amenities. The Motif is amazing! Sleek and modern hotel. The suite was spacious with a killer view of the waterfront. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was polite and courteous. We had an excellent bottle of red wine and chocolate covered strawberries when we entered our room! It was a wonderful weekend and we definitely will stay here again!
Hotel was clean. Easy walk back and forth to the convention center, I even snuck in a quick sightseeing walk because it was all so close. The elevators week not working right leading to serious congestion in the morning. It took over a week for the charges to show up correctly on my card. I pay with debit, so that is stressful for me. I cannot emphasize enough about how friendly the staff was. Everybody was incredibly nice and went out of their way to let us know they appreciated us staying. The hotel sent text messages letting me know I could ask for things I needed if I wished. Hotel was great, neat, and just blocks away from Pike's market. Would gladly stay again.
Super comfortable, clean, and the staff is really friendly. I like how modern the hotel looks inside + out. My only problem is the fact that the fridge doesn't seal shut very well (at least in our suite) or have a temperature adjuster (minus the "instant cold" button). Washroom space and room space were perfect though!
While I do miss the old E&C, the new one has it's own charm. The staff there is wonderful and the food has gotten better. My only real compliant is the back bar area gets unbearably warm when it fills up with groups. Between the hot lights and zero air movement, everyone just ends up sweating back there. We stayed for 3 nights at this property and it was perfect for our family. Lots of amenities for kids (pool, play room, playground) and adults (gym, sauna, etc.). Incredible stay at a very reasonable price. Rented a 2 bed/2 bath suite for the weekend to partake in some Halloween festivities. Location: Absolutely top-notch! The Hilton Seattle is right in the heart of downtown, close to everything you'd want to see and do. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and theaters.

Had a room with view down to the water, on the high floor, room was nice, location is also good, with main attractions being reached quickly, room didn't have a shower, but a bathtub. Cons: unfortunately, our room's AC was broken. Luckily we could open the windows for some cool air, but that also meant hearing the sirens all day and night. The shower head had pretty low water pressure, and that's coming from someone who usually likes to turn shower pressure down.

It's a nice hotel and met my simple needs for a two night stay related to work. It's an older building that has been upgraded is what I felt but that doesn't take away from much. People we're helpful, valet great, rooms nice. Overall I would stay again.

A great hotel, with helpful and friendly staff. The compact rooms do not have a place to work, or to sit and relax, other than the bed. Although there are comfy seats in the lobby.
Hotel Theodore in Seattle stands out as a beacon of hospitality. From the moment you step into the lobby, the friendly staff greet you with genuine warmth, ensuring that every aspect of your stay is seamless. Additionally, the hotel’s location is remarkably convenient, offering easy access to the city’s vibrant attractions.

The hotel is in an older building, but the rooms are newly refurbished. Very clean, but quite small. Bed and pillows are comfortable but not form enough for my liking.
We have loved this hotel stay so much but… I will say it was incredibly sad not to have access to the hotel bar. It required us going out of the actual city center to find one. We know Covid is in effect but it’s something we absolutely were looking forward too.
Outside of that we LOVE the lobby. Welcome cocktails were amazing, bikes for rent rocked & location to the Link, bus, monorail transportation...
We stayed there overnight and it is a wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to needs. There was an option for a free cocktail every night around 5, which was free. There was a small cafe in the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. The location was amazing for Pikes Palace Market, the Space Needle and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel because I know we...
One of the best hotels I've had. The staff helped me reschedule to better view and appreciate, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and the staff themselves are very polite and helpful making this a memorable stay. 12/10 will stay here again!!
