Nice hotel in a good location in Seattle and easily walkable to main attractions. Room was nice and check in process easy
The location is accessible to public transport and the Parks. Most of the area to visit is walking distance.
Just staying for a nite for Cruise next day. Easy to check-in & check-out. Nearby Seattle Pike Place Market.
The location is good and we can walk to the Pike Public Market for only 10 mins, so it’s really convenient!!!
We arrived the hotel very early at 9am after disembarking from the NCL cruise and the hotel allowed early check in due to available room at no extra costs, much appreciated! The bed and pillow was also very comfortable, the room was very large compared to the hotel rooms near Pike's Place and it's about 15 mins walk to Pike's Place, great hotel!
Warm service and nice location to visit most of views , will stay here again if come seattle

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks,...
Good location and walkable to key attractions. However, the rude front desk staff made the experience horrible. Will not stay at this hotel again
The bath tub is clogged during our first day here. We called the room service and the staff quickly came here and fixed everything. I am giving 5/5 for the service. The view outside the window is nice.
Good location. Very clean room. Walking distance to Pike place, waterfront, restaurants, coffee shops, etc
The room and bed are one of the reasons why we stay at this Sheraton . The king size bed is so comfortable and the room is very spacious.
Locations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft...
We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much
Everyone was so friendly but your concierge Ted was amazing
The room is large and spacious, with good lighting on the high floor, and you can clearly see the nearby street view and the seaside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the attractions, convenient for walking, and the monorail is only a three-minute walk away, which is suitable for travelers who do not drive.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the light rail and monorail stations, and is very convenient to the airport and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities are average, but the beds are comfortable. All the hotel staff are very friendly. Because the hotel is on the roadside, it is relatively not so quiet. But the location and service are worth choosing.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after...

We stayed here for two nights, we like the W hotel chain so we thought we'd give it a try. Although some designs of the room seem a bit outdated, the overall stay was nice, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The room service food wasn't really good though the everything else was fine. It was a pricy room because it was. corner room though it faced the parking lot. Overall it was a pretty...
Love this hotel! Location was perfectly positioned between my conference at the convention center and all the other things I wanted to enjoy. A quick stroll and I was right where I wanted to be, regardless of the agenda. The staff was fantastic!! Friendly, engaging, helpful and all-star.
Great experience. Rachel at the front desk is amazing and upgraded my partner and my room for a better view for our anniversary. Great room. Amazingly comfortable bed. The lounge could use an improvement to their audio quality - it’s rough - but that’s the least of my concern as a guest at a hotel. Great stay.
Overall a great hotel. The location is wonderful. A quick walk TO Pikes Market and only a building down from the library. Our room was a corner room. You must get a corner room. It was very large and had a wonderful view. Everything was clean and the staff is friendly. On Friday night they have live music. It's very very LOUD. It doesn't go late but just a warning.
Guess I'm a bit country and not big city anymore. This place was extremely nice and very different than any other place I've stayed. Would've been nice if staff would've explained the hotel a little bit so i knew what to expect. Me and my 12 year old were staying there and in town for a football game. I did love it. I love Seattle and the view from our room was awesome. It was in the perfect location...
I've stayed here several times. The front desk is always helpful and courteous. This past stay I got a great room on the 23rd floor. Fitness room is small, but equipment is state of the art and robust. Parking is pricey, but the central location is great. The Seattle public library is also next door.

Great hotel, clean property. Enjoyed the amenities
The rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. We arrived very early, coming off a cruise ship. Thinking we could at least check our bags, but yhey did better snd got us a room, 6 hours before we were due. We were so appreciative and grateful. Front desk staff was so amazing, food from room service delicious!
Loved staying here and will again. We were offered a dining credit if billed to the room and we didn't receive that when we thought we had redeemed correctly but our stay was wonderful and the staff were all very very professional and kind
Great location for access to the cruise ports and to Pike Place Market. Staff was great and very helpful.
The room is comfortable, the hygiene is good, and the service is friendly. The airport is very convenient
Overall, I spent the money for a five-star hotel but stayed in a three-star standard hotel. Apart from the good location (near the seaside and the central pier), the other hardware and software of the hotel are really not good. Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.
Good location, but a bit dated hotel.

Perfect stay.....no complaints at all. Housekeeping was excellent....beds so comfortable.
The hotel is good for us. And safe. The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip. Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window.
Good location to stores and restaurants
Hotel is clean and presentable. Room is big for a couple. Toilet and bath is newly renovated with all you need for a bathroom. Large TV with working table. We we're given a room with a great view of I-5. Located 10mins away from Pike Place Market.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean except for a small deodorant made up in the bed. Staff were very helpful and their restaurant was very good
Very Good location Good services Clean room and facilities
Excellent location from market, SAM, two blocks from the monorail and lite rails. Across the street from two of the best cafes in the city. Facility is modern with great views of the sounds. Only complaint is pricing, demand must have been high while we were in town, easily paid over 50% more than I should have.
We had a very easy check in and they allowed us straight in our room at 12pm. We were given free happy hour drinks and credit for food which was a nice extra. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee. Our room had a good view. Highly recommend for location in the heart of downtown. Elephant and Castle pub below the hotel.
The only thing that was rather a hasstle was the construction underway and finding the buffet restaurant.  It was very inconvenient!  On top of all that they gave us option of a $15 credit on top of a $25 resort fee per DAY which wiped out our $15 credit FOR A MEAL.  I would have preferred during construction period to wipe out resort fee or offer the $15 buffet credit for our inconvenience.  Everyone...

Nice room but the location is just all right as lots of homeless around. The parking fee isn’t reasonable($60/day). Generally it was a good hotel for the family trip.
Perfect location if you are arriving or departing by Train from the King Street Station.
The location if the hotel is fantastic. Right next to King Station ( for train traveller) and close to public transportation for local sightseeing. Breakfast is good and service is attentive.
Great location and liked the restaurant next door very much. The motel was within walking distance of many of the things one comes to Seattle to see.
I do not recommend this hotel. They represent it as a top notch hotel, but there're some cons I found: 1. There's no shower gel. There were shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no simple shower gel!!! 2. There is no electric kettles. What? Why? I do not drink coffee. I prefer hot tea. I asked at the reception twice. Housekeeping service needs to be scheduled. While the location is good, some facilities were prone to breaking down. Staff were also very slow to respond to repair requests; for example, a faulty power outlet in my room was still not fixed by the time I checked out.
Small but perfectly formed. The room is compact, but perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler. While the facility maintenance isn't quite up to New York standards, I'm generally satisfied.
The service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is superb, putting many popular attractions within easy walking distance. My only minor gripe was how tiny the room was, haha!
This is an amazing spot in a great location. The room was small but comfortable, clean and just what you need. The bar and lobby are gorgeous! We were a bit disappointed by the food and the service at the bar. We ordered fries and it seemed to take forever to come out. Location: Absolutely top-notch! The Hilton Seattle is right in the heart of downtown, close to everything you'd want to see and do. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and theaters. Rooms: They've recently refurbished the rooms, which makes a big difference. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the city. Executive Lounge: As a Hilton Honors Diamond...
Had a room with view down to the water, on the high floor, room was nice, location is also good, with main attractions being reached quickly, room didn't have a shower, but a bathtub. Elevators turned up to be sometimes a problem, as sometimes it took longer until they arrived and then they stopped at many floors. Had access to the executive lounge, which was nice, particularly during the breakfast...
Cons: unfortunately, our room's AC was broken. Luckily we could open the windows for some cool air, but that also meant hearing the sirens all day and night. The shower head had pretty low water pressure, and that's coming from someone who usually likes to turn shower pressure down. Pros: The beds and bedding were super comfortable, and the staff was SO helpful. Location is also great being right near...
The staff here are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms on the floor we were on appeared to be recently refreshed and the views are amazing. Breakfast was very good as well. Definitely will be back. Probably the only annoying thing is that the parking is expensive, but the hotel doesn't own or control the parking garage. So like many other urban areas, it is what it is. It's also a little hard...
Good sized room, fairly quiet, very clean, has a covenient tunnel to the convention center
While the rooms are clean, and the staff is super nice, attentive, and very helpful. If this was only a review of the service I'd give it a 5 star. But the rooms feel dated, aren't very soundproof, and feels like could definitely be better. The price is right... But I wish there was more.

We stayed here before cruise departure. Beds were HORRIBLE!!! If you have a bad back or are 40+ yrs, the bed is not good unless you like super soft, no support. An exceptional hospitality experience at The Charter on our "short" Seattle weekend trip. We arrived early and the staff accommodate our requests in a very warm welcoming way. Stayed for one night post cruise. Great location to pike market and easily walkable. Also not a bad walk to the pier. After dark it gets a bit sketchy but that’s all of Seattle. Great service from the front desk staff especially Sara and Sarah. Rooms are very spacious with a huge bathroom and were very clean. Easily fit our family is 4. Bit pricey but worth it for what we got.
TV was well-positioned. The bathroom set up with a separate toilet room was very good. Location walking distance to restaurants, night life great!
One of the nicer hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels. The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking me in and out. Parking was an issue, it says valet but the place where you would pull up was full so I had to do a loop around a few blocks to get back on track. The hotel and every one working there were wonderful. The fresh fruit was delicious. The room was great. The view was meh, but the fountain was nice and relaxing to listen to, but the surrounding area views were excellent. I world definitely recommend staying here. Next time I'll bring a bikini to enjoy the top floor pool.
I spent over 10 nights here while in Seattle and cannot say enough kind things about this hotel. The king bed was ridiculously comfy. I stayed here three nights and it was very comfortable, clean, and has a good location literally walking distance to the stadium. I had a room facing the fountain and it was quiet without any city traffic noise. The front desk was also very helpful and friendly too.
Beware of the suite that 'sleeps five.' This is only true if three of the five are children who can sleep together in a king bed and the other two are a couple who are happy sharing a saggy pull-out double couch. Honest! Beware also of the parking fees; fee for one night turns out to be over $50 'with taxes and fees.' Instead park overnight next door in a lot that charges only $20. Beware of costly...

We came to Seattle for a wedding and stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco because we've stayed at other Kimpton Monaco's and they've been great. This was no exception. Upon arrival the hotel lobby was in the middle of some sort of remodel, but it wasn't loud, just kind of chaotic. It was resolved within a day or two. We got checked in, the folks were super nice. I got to my room and was not pleased...
The room was nice and new, and the location was great, with lobster rolls within walking distance. The only downside was parking, which was a hassle. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so valet parking is available. However, because it's on the street, there's a traffic light, so it's easy to miss it. It can also be a hassle if there's too much traffic and no place to park.
The email informed me that the hotel would make noise due to renovations. I would stay one night and leave the next day because I arrived at night, so I thought it would not have much impact, so I was not happy to change it. I didn't expect that it was not just a little renovation after I arrived, but a big fuss. There was only a small bar in the lobby, the corridor smelled like burnt wires, and the...

Convenient transportation, parking spaces are a bit insufficient, we parked our car in a nearby underground parking lot 🙁The hotel is in a very good location 👍Nice night view 👍The room is a bit small, but well-equipped,
The room is old and needs a quiet environment. I was first given a room next to the garage. After changing the room, I was given a room next to the street. The internet speed is very slow at night.
