The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle

Great room (spa suite) and great service from the staff. The hotel was very quiet and safe, even though we were in the city center. Parking is expensive, but it's worth it because your car is always there when you need it, especially since parking in front of the hotel during the middle of the day is prohibited. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 5 nights with family. Great service. They work hard to keep customers happy. A round of applause to Christina at the front desk - for her outstanding support and for making us feel at home.

My wife and I stayed here recently to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond during our stay and we were so happy to see a bottle of wine as a gift when we arrived. Check in was seamless and the room was well equipped with everything we need. We stayed in a spa suite and the soaking tub was quite excellent and we took advantage of it during our stay. The location is perfect as well near all the Seattle attractions and great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the Alexis and would love to stay again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here last weekend for our 20th anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We stayed in one of the spa rooms with a partial view of Puget Sound. It was spacious and lovely. The soaking tub was amazing and my favorite thing about the room. We will definitely be back!

Can’t be more satisfied with our stay of 3 nights. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff/ managers were more than amazing in contacting me about my special request to help me surprise him with a little birthday set up in our room upon arrival. The setup was perfect and he was definitely surprised. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to everything. The spa room we stayed in was lovely and very clean. Will definitely stay again for any future trips. Highly recommend.

We chose this hotel for a trip down to Seattle from Vancouver, BC for my partner's birthday and to attend the NHL Winter Classic. This hotel has a great location and is within walking distance to T-Mobile Park as well as Lumen Field, and is only two blocks from the pier. Such wonderful service from the hotel - Bryon provided us with complimentary valet parking and a room upgrade for our stay. Super kind - we appreciated that so much. When we arrived, there was no room in their parking lot unfortunately (which was no fault of the hotel's) but fortunately there was free parking all weekend on the street. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with no noise at all from any neighboring rooms. Looking forward to our next stay here!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Robert at the valet desk went out of his way to make decaf coffee for me (they usually provide regular complimentary coffee at the main lobby area).

Andrew at the front desk fulfilled my requests with a smile. I asked for a measuring tape which I didn't think they would have but he did and saved me lots of time trying to find it at a nearby store.

Rooms are clean. Housekeepers did a great job. We were overall very pleased with our experience.

Very nicely renovated interior. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. There's complimentary coffee in the morning and wine during happy hour. Our room (spa suite) had a nice view of the water and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom.

Beautiful room and love the artwork. Fantastic location as we could walk everywhere we wanted to go as tourists. The big things are wonderful. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the wine hour tasting as we waited for our ride to dinner. It was little things that brought it down a star. Given it is an old building, it is a bit noisier. Was woken by upstairs guest at 4 am, then housekeeping upstairs at 8 am. Towels are very rough, hair dryer needs cleaning for better air flow, and did not expect cheap bulk supply shampoo and body wash in bathroom.
