WONDERFUL!!!! WONDERFUL- The best service and the most beautiful place! The food was amazing too.
We came for our 15th wedding anniversary. This would be my 26th Ritz Carlton I've stayed at. For some reason the price point was doubled for the time we selected to stay. Everyone was really nice. The staff was great but I definitely have some grievance. When I checked in I let them know it was a special day for us. I'm a gold bonvoy Marriott member and I'm use to getting upgraded upon arrival. I was...
Very good, the best choice for skiing and staying.
Good food, beautiful environment
Very good, looking forward to booking next time
Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! Food was good fresh and on time. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated.

We liked being able to walk to activities like the gondola and dining.
The location was great for skiing. The village was lacking a good place to hang out in the evening after dinner hours. The food prices were insane, but to be expected at the village, although they weren’t any better when we went to Truckee. Parking the car underground near our place was great, and not being charged extra was even better.
Awesome ski/snowboard mountain with a world class terrain park. More trails than you could ask for will keep you busy riding different parts of the mountain. Vast terrain park caters to all levels of riders. Halfpipe was cut beautifully and one of my favorites I've ridden.
I'm rating the bike park. It's great riding especially in good conditions (otherwise very loose and dusty). Took one star off because they can do better as a bike park providing water everywhere (not just at the top of the lifts) and also the mechanics shop seems to be closed every time I've been there. What kind of bike park doesn't staff at least 1-2 mechanics? For the price of admission could try...

Northstar has been my go to resort for over a decade. It's got a great sized mountain and excellent runs. The facilities are top notch. Ticket prices are crazy expensive these days but that goes for all the resorts. I've been snowboarding for over 18 years now. If you like technicals I'd recommend squaw and alpine meadows is good for an another nearby resort with a less crowded atmosphere but Northstar...

The staff are beyond kind and attentive and the warm pool and hot, hot-tub was amazing. Yummy breakfast too; I just wish they served it till a little later in the morning. Great hotel!
I do not like that we have to pay extra for the parking, even though the parking lot is virtually empty.
Great location, clean, fresly baked cookies upon chekin, and nice complimentary breakfast. The interior of the hotel and rooms are well used and not as fresh as other best western plus locations. We just came from the Best Western Plus in Carpinteria with newer beds, carpet and bathoom so the location in Tahoe felt dated. Still a decent hotel at an affordable price.
Bought wine from the hotel and they didn’t have a bottle opener- and were pretty lackadaisical about the whole thing :(
While very dated, the property is clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast provided is much fresher and nicer than most “free” hotel breakfast set ups.
Friendly staff. Broad and delicious breakfast. Pet friendly. This place is great for our stays in Truckee!

Charming entrance - when we walked into our BEAUTIFUL room from a day of traveling, they had the lights low with soft music playing from the television, and there was a sweet gift basket to welcome our family. Captivating views from the spacious room and balcony. Easy to access nearby hotel with additional amenities, village below, and all activities. Knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and top-notch concierge...
Best place to stay at . Really nice . Very convenient.
I bought a trailer and joined my friend in the Constellation Residences. The staff are very friendly, not only help park my trailer but also allowed me to stay one extra night on Sunday(when all repair shops closed) in the parking lot when our trailer plug broke so I can go to auto repair on Monday. The experience inside are pretty awesome too, rooms are huge and sofa is cozy. Highly recommend!
Very nice but not worth the price. Having said that, the concierge was outstanding.
What an experience! A 170m2 luxurious apartment surrounded by the ski atmosphere and the Lake views. Must be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised. It was much more affordable than other places in the area which normally means you sacrifice/suffer. However, the rooms were clean (and I have a pretty high standard/am really picky) and the staff were nice. I passed on the breakfast but it seemed like many guests were enjoying it. Overall, if you’re looking to be in a beautiful area...
Nice hotel, location was decent if you have transportation. Room was spacious and well kept. The desk staff was super accommodating. The best was the service at breakfast. The woman running the breakfast bar was amazing, friendly, and was willing to go out of her way to make sure you had a pleasant meal. I regret not catching her name because she deserves to be recognized. Needless to say if I had...
Loved our stay last weekend! Rosario (the lady working during breakfast) was the sweetest worker we have ever met! Her service was amazing, and we are so grateful. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The air conditioning was nice and strong during a hot weekend outside. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!
Needed a place to stop on the way to bay area, this was an absolutely wonderful place. The area is beautiful and the hotel is well-kept, the staff were extremely friendly, even at 1AM when we ended up arriving, we had a great chat with the guy at the desk. One thing I wasn't aware of when I booked the place is bears!!! If you packed a lot of food in your car just plan to remove it or else a bear might...
Personally, the location was amazing. The food and drinks and service was great! If I were to ever travel again I'd pay to come back and stay there.
Most efficient check in ever! The room was clean but the heater thermostat seemed to be broken. Ended up having to leave the window open. I didn't try the breakfast, but from what I saw of it that might be for the best. Overall fine if you need to spend a night in Truckee.

I loved being able to walk right out of your room and put your paddle board in the water and be on the lake.
Great location from ski resorts like Boreal mountain and Tahoe Donner. 5 minutes driving from Truckee Downtowns where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. The sofa-bed is not very comfortable, but good enough to sleep there a couple of nights. The bathrooms are old but clean.
Mindy and Paul have really opened their home to their guests - enjoy the amazing breakfast as well as the afternoon tea if you have a chance
Right after 2022 winter storm, many feet of pure white snow cover donner lake, this is one of most beautiful secret corner in winter California. My trip is for snowboarding at Boreal and it’s 15 minute drive there. Hot water came out right away that really help me to recover long hour snowboarding muscle pain. Service is not very good may be it is due to manpower shortage. If you are looking for great...
Beautiful lodge by the lake. Now it's interesting because on Google maps this place is considered a 2 star hotel but that's not accurate, this place is at least a 3 star maybe even 4 depending which room you book. The rooms are clean and very nice. There's an awesome fireplace lobby overlooking the lake. It's just beautiful. Keep in mind this is more like a lodge, so there's no food service. The run...
One of the best location to stay in this area. Highly recommended. Go for few extra bucks and take the lake view rooms. You deserve this nature's treat. The rooms are good (not great). Room furniture including Sofa bed was old and not very comfortable. But when you can watch a gorgeous sunrise on the lake from the comfort of your bedroom what else you need in a vacation. I would come back again here...

Great spot ! The rooms were clean and perfectly set up for a comfortable stay. Loved being close to the lake and shops and restaurants in Tahoe City. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future!
Cute and clean rooms for a decent price. We booked a single room with a king bed for 3 nights and paid $650. The staff was nice and friendly and Commutative. We got there after 10 pm when their lobby was closed and their after hours check in process and instructions were easy. There was free parking available. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they didn't offer any housekeeping during...
Basecamp was a great place to stay. Cozy and quiet rooms with a casual “fish camp” theme/decor. Great for families. I would suggest the carpet be replaced. Delicious mocha coffee was my go to treat each morning. Amazing location across the street from Safeway and CVS. Walking distance to all the town shops, restaurants and the lake. I would stay here again.
We really enjoyed our Basecamp experience! Our family stayed in the "Great Indoors", and the kids got a huge kick out of the pretend campsite and having their own bunk space. The hotel provided a space heater and we did need it to keep the kids room warm. Also bring slippers, the flooring is AstroTurf. We made heavy use of the fire pits for s'mores, and all of the staff were very friendly.
Very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Jenny for all the tips!), location was great to walk to some restaurants in Tahoe city and close driving distance to some wonderful beaches and hikes.
Basecamp Tahoe City is the perfect hotel for couples and families traveling to Tahoe during ski season. Quaint, clean rooms. A well stocked common area has the friendliest staff in Tahoe. Highly recommend!

Great location, wonderful partnership with Hyatt amenities and adequate accommodations.
Beautiful place to stay, lakeside condos we have stayed in everytime we have been here have become seriously overpriced, an extra $1000.00 a night, we've never paid close to that. Sad to say, but true.
Nice place to stay for a week!! Staff was SUPER Helpful with our many questions. It's nice area if you have a car and don't want commercial aspects like near Northstar and Heavenly. BUT not a lot of amenities at this place, had to go to the Regency next door for events, the fire pit, restaurants, activities, etc. But did enjoy our room, the fireplace, and billiards room.
The resort is nice, but the staff not so much. Trying to get help, even asked for the GM. The staff followed by the GM, decided it would be easier to dump me onto the 1-800 number. Not answering or helping me with my questions. Then thinking maybe the guest services were briefed by the GM on the 1-800 number that the GM dumped me onto would answer the questions, nope not helpful. I've been to all the...
Love it here. Have a timeshare in middle of July. The rooms are nice with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Private beach access, with watercraft, and cabana rentals. Relatively small casino with the typical slots, video poker, and traditional...
Beautiful place to stay, we had a wonderful time. If you get the chance to rent one of these private residences take it, lots of room, an awesome fireplace, large kitchen, and a beautiful setting all just steps from the restaurants and casino at the Hyatt.

The Spa was wonderful. We came to the Atlantis for a girls trip and never left the hotel. Great restaurants at the hotel so no need to leave if you don’t want to.
Went to the sports bar for a few drinks and a bite to eat. The happy hour prices were excellent and the service was good. Even though the place was pretty busy we didn't wait more than 2 minutes for a waitress. Excellent selection of beers also. Would definitely go here again.
High Rollers Poker Room; 'nuff said. Haven't seen the rooms but the pool and spa are top shelf. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy sitting out by the fountains to relax and reboot between games. They always seem to have good live entertainment as well if you appreciate that like I do. Thumbs up for sure!
I was the only member of my March Madness group to stay at the Atlantis. The rest of us stayed at another large casino right down the road. During my stay, I interacted with the bell desk and valet a lot, and I have to say, this resort has the best support staff out of all the places I interacted with in my latest trip to Reno. Chad from the bell desk was consistently upbeat and helpful where ever...
The Atlantis is one of the nicer properties in Reno. It is cleaner than most and has great parking for a Casino. This is a full service resort and has everything you need. It is also located close to stores that you can purchase anything you left behind. In my opinion it is in the top 3 for Reno resorts. Very convenient in and out. I like the fact that you don't have to walk through the entire...
Great looking place, but atmosphere is rather dull. The buffet was great. But the it seemed as if there's absolutely no life in the casino / game area. Spent over $100 and during my hour on the floor I was only offered and brought one drink. No fun here! The room was nice, but the furniture seemed a bit rundown.

The food is excellent. The staff, all of them, are awesome. The casino is very well laid out and is always clean. The comps are good, I have never paid for a room. I live in Reno but always take advantage of the coupon saying I have earned two free nights!
Check-in and check-out was a little rough depending on who you have helping you, but the staff are all very friendly. Planning a large event here also has some struggles. Definitely need some experience hosting events before booking here. Terrific cleaning staff and bellhop staff. The rooms in the Tuscany side are very nice. The Peppermill Tower rooms are a little dated and you have a higher chance...
We visited here with family to play the slots and explore the amenities. Parking was good but almost full on Saturday afternoon. The air quality was good. Light and bright interior. Stopped here during Hot August Nights to check out the cars and decided to grab a quick bite at the Deli inside. Service was fast. Prices were high for a sandwich spot. Quality was below average. Edible since we were hungry. The hotel and Casino itself is nice and well maintained. Better ventilation than most so it's not as smokey indoors. No luck on the slots here though. We did not stay overnight...
Very nice resort with one of if not the best pool/hot tub setups in the area (I have not seen GSR'S new pool). The rooms are nice and the resort is clean. I prefer the Tuscany tower as you don't have to go through any of the Casino to get there. Parking is pretty easy. The only downside is that the restaurants are priced higher than most of the other resorts.
Wonderful experience for myself on a business trip. The staff is friendly, the food is flavorful and the amenities are plenty. Good place to bring kids in the daytime. Interesting eye candy for adults in the evening. Not enough time to enjoy all of it, got to come back.

Amazingly kind staff, good location, and nice facilities. I do not hold many high expectations for any sort of lodging, however I do hold fire safety and maintenance of safety equipment to high regard. My smoke detector was disabled and covered with a plastic bag. Fire safety is a priority for me, seeing that and having to mitigate the issue myself was not ideal. Thank you for the kindness and assistance...
I was so pleased when we got to your motel six in Reno. We got a handicap room. It was so clean and everything was just right. One thing I really loved is that the parking was right at our door. This is the closest I have ever had to my room. The host were great too. Even called our room to see if everything was ok. Will tell others about our great stay.
I was satisfied for the most part it was clean didn't smell and they are very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely recommend this particular motel 6 to others. I would choose this motel 6 over the others that are located in the same city.

This is being sold as a 4 star hotel. But it is Not. Its a very nice 3 star with lots of good food/ restaurants. Great cafe also. But the pool is tiny and offers limited shade protection. There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.
Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...
I love my stay there. Went to visit family and got a room. Room was clean but not as big as I would have liked. Video poker machines were hot for me. The VIP Gold room had awesome drinks too. Friendly staff.
Very clean, beautiful inside, pet friendly. Must I add there's a starbucks on the casino floor. All the staff was super friendly and didn't have a problem answering my questions in depth. A lot of restaurants and bars to go to inside connected with Circus Circus so you can let your teens go to arcade area. The rooms were quiet as well I never heard my neighbor and we had connecting doors. I highly...
We stayed there for 3 days because my son’s karate competition was held at a resort next to it. Stayed here for a night. We checked in at 3 pm and were informed that check out time is around 12 pm the following day. The staff were nice. The room we got at the 20th floor was cozy, the outside view was nice.We paid $96 in total for a night at this room with two queen beds.
Despite the intensely confusing structure of this hotel and its conjoined siblings, I enjoyed my stay here. This is mostly thanks to the bell staff, Lukas and Chase, for not only bringing helping me with my luggage, but explaining the layout of the hotel. Lukas even guided me through check-in and provided a map. My main complaint is that according to the staff, there are no microwaves or ways to...
We stayed for one night while traveling to California. The first thing I would say needs improvement is having better signs in the parking garage on where to go for checking in. When we did get to the front desk the self check in kiosks were useful, but it did take us a couple of times to find a kiosk that worked. The hallways to the rooms smelled fresher than down by the front desk/casino/arcade area...
The room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard but that is my feeling on it, I like a soft bed. Pillows were great. Check in was easy as well as check out. When we were there there was alot of people so checking in had a long line. It moved pretty steady. Otherwise a nice weekend stay and I plan on being back this summer.
We stayed at Circus Circus for the Battle Axe & Tracks concert held at San Rafael Park since they were offering a discount, however when we asked about the shuttle to the park no one knew anything. Our room was roomy and clean and housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating when we needed anything. We were in the Sky Tower which was a good walk to our room since the shuttle wasn't running. Good place for gambling. Clean decent rooms. Affordable. They are owned by Caesar’s though so expect to pay $100 deposit and roughly $45 resort fee on top of what you are already paying. But the front desk lady who helped me was absolutely amazing!! She even helped later for something of an issue I was having at the cafe. She was right behind me in line and was very helpful even while off the clock

Miss Mina is amazing I’d come back just because of her
The hotel is affordable, and although the facilities are old, it is clean and sanitary, with Dove in the bathroom, and it is next to ******. There happened to be a classic car tour that night, which was a feast for the eyes.
The place was clean and the room was clean also. Unlike some of the reviews I read there were no signs of any kind of smoke on the 8th floor. I did not see anyone begging until I was leaving. Overall My stay served its purpose without any issues.
