This place is awesome. People are great, bars and restaurants are everywhere, and there is a lot of places to shop!

Everything was great during my visit: high speed chairlifts, good snow coverage, lots of lunch options, no lines. One imperfection was that you have to walk through "the village" to get on the slopes from the shuttle busses. It would be much better to not have to do that walk and be dropped off slope side instead.

Went snowboarding for the first time of the season and had a great time. The staff were all very kind and pleasant and luckily the conditions were pretty good! Our friend started feeling like she might pass out at the top of the mountain and the medics were professional, helpful, and didn't pressure us into anything at all. Overall just a great experienc.

Generally, the hotel was above expectation. Congrats! Food was good fresh and on time. The new rooms were tastefully done and renovated.

Awesome hotel with a great staff. Right up at the mountain, great place to relax, reenergize and recovery from a busy life. The gym has everything you may need for a good workout. Very close to the villa where you can go shopping and dining, hotel has shuttle available you don't have to worry to drive. And fore the best thing is that hotel is very pet friendly!

This property is amazing, great amenities. You are able to enjoy the gym (full equipments) and other cool staff. The property is surrounded with so much nature!!! I love it. It was built in the perfect spot. Anywhere you look around, there is always a perfect view. The food is great and the staff are so kind and make you feel special, definitely recommended

My stay at Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe was an absolute dream. My family and I stayed on the club level lounge making it very convenient for a quick bite to eat or a cocktail. What truly made our stay so memorable was Eliza, Teodora and Gus. The service was outstanding!! Nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to come back to the beautiful property tucked away in the mountains.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised. It was much more affordable than other places in the area which normally means you sacrifice/suffer. Loved our stay last weekend! Rosario (the lady working during breakfast) was the sweetest worker we have ever met! Her service was amazing, and we are so grateful. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfy. The air conditioning was nice and strong during a hot weekend outside. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Needed a place to stop on the way to bay area, this was an absolutely wonderful place. The area is beautiful and the hotel is well-kept, the staff were extremely friendly, even at 1AM when we ended up arriving, we had a great chat with the guy at the desk. Personally, the location was amazing. The food and drinks and service was great! If I were to ever travel again I'd pay to come back and stay there.

Most efficient check in ever! The room was clean but the heater thermostat seemed to be broken. Ended up having to leave the window open. I didn't try the breakfast, but from what I saw of it that might be for the best. Overall fine if you need to spend a night in Truckee.

The location was great for skiing. The village was lacking a good place to hang out in the evening after dinner hours. The food prices were insane, but to be expected at the village, although they weren’t any better when we went to Truckee. Parking the car underground near our place was great, and not being charged extra was even better.

Awesome ski/snowboard mountain with a world class terrain park. More trails than you could ask for will keep you busy riding different parts of the mountain. Vast terrain park caters to all levels of riders. Halfpipe was cut beautifully and one of my favorites I've ridden.

I'm rating the bike park. It's great riding especially in good conditions (otherwise very loose and dusty). Took one star off because they can do better as a bike park providing water everywhere (not just at the top of the lifts) and also the mechanics shop seems to be closed every time I've been there. Northstar has been my go to resort for over a decade. It's got a great sized mountain and excellent runs. The facilities are top notch. Ticket prices are crazy expensive these days but that goes for all the resorts. I've been snowboarding for over 18 years now. Great ski resort with diverse terrain for ski/ snowboarder of all levels. Good variety of blue runs for beginners to gain more confidence, before venturing to a nice long green run down "Main St" and challenging your first blue run with "Cascades". Not super crowded so shorter lift wait than Squaw valley, good selection of F&B options. The view is pretty spectacular once you can head up to the summit

Excellent hotel. It's conveniently located next to a couple of restaurants and a brewery (also a restaurant). Like most BWs, the decor is straight outta the 1980s, but that adds to the experience. Also, the pool is heated and there's a really nice and large hot tub. Both are outside in a nice courtyard that was quite happening in the evening. Breakfast was excellent.

Had a great couple of nights here while on a ski trip. We got in very late after driving from San Jose, and staff were still friendly and happy to check us in. Beds were comfy and the Best Western free breakfast never misses. I’ve worked in the hotel industry for years and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this hotel. Check in was friendly. Offered complementary coffee, cookies, and dog treats. Great stay. Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Clean rooms. Excellent customer service. Nice breakfast too with hot food options and plenty of variety. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if in the area.

Food is good breakfast is early nice I like it. There is no curtain that can cover the window completely but this is no big deal to me. I bought a trailer and joined my friend in the Constellation Residences. The staff are very friendly, not only help park my trailer but also allowed me to stay one extra night on Sunday(when all repair shops closed) in the parking lot when our trailer plug broke so I can go to auto repair on Monday. The experience inside are pretty awesome too, rooms are huge and sofa is cozy. Highly recommend!

Had a great time! Room was beautiful and had everything we needed. It is a very nice resort with great amenities.

There were only two issues I had with staying the night here. The first was that, in order to get our parking pass we had to talk to the concierge, which means we had to hear a pitch about timeshare rentals. The second was that the noise between rooms was very loud. Beautiful resort! Great location next to the Village that has restaurants, shops and the gondola. The rooms were great, we had a 2bd Villa with lots of space, loved the big soaking tub! The only thing is I wish I could have stayed longer.

Looked at the Welk Resort for timeshare. Rooms are beautiful. Location is great if you are a skiier. Hot tub was nice and they have a large lap pool. Too pricey, didn't buy.

5 star rooms. Indoor jacuzzi overlooking the village. Vip access to the gondola. Staying here makes you feel like a rock star. 11 out of 10.

We stayed in a penthouse room during the offseason in 2022. The value was great. Not another soul was there, which was mainly awesome, but we did have to drive into Truckee for meals. I highly recommend, however, the pillows and beds were Motel 6 in quality.

Be sure to plan your trip according to the gondola schedule, otherwise you might find yourself lacking entertainment. It's just a basic inn for those who just want a place to spend the night. Breakfast is prepacked bagel or waffles. They have a coffee/cocoa machine running 24/7.

Wasn’t too bad. No elevator so had to carry my tools and suitcase up the stairs. Old rooms but cold AC.

Kinda expensive but a very comfortable stay, organic toiletries and the heater works great, breakfast was minimal but there was a waffle maker and the tv was premium.

Older place clean rooms refrigerator needed to be defrosted. Indoor hot tub and sauna but sauna is turned on by user so it takes about an hour to heat up.

I loved being able to walk right out of your room and put your paddle board in the water and be on the lake.

Great location from ski resorts like Boreal mountain and Tahoe Donner. 5 minutes driving from Truckee Downtowns where you can find a lot of nice restaurants. The sofa-bed is not very comfortable, but good enough to sleep there a couple of nights. The bathrooms are old but clean.
