Reviews
We stayed at the Omni Tucson National for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful — peaceful, spacious, and right on the golf course, which made for incredible views and quiet mornings.
We really loved the remodel — the updates give it a fresh, modern feel while keeping that relaxed desert vibe. The staff was kind and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had that cozy desert-luxury vibe without trying too hard.
Being able to walk right out onto the course was a huge bonus. Whether you’re into golf or just want the serene backdrop, it’s worth it. The whole environment felt calm and perfect for recharging.
I’m really hoping to make it back soon for one of their wellness events like a floating sound bath or yoga on the lawn — sounds amazing!
Would absolutely return. Great service, beautiful setting, and a much-needed break done right.
— A happy guest
They had events for the 4th of July, including a barbecue, which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you’d expect; TV, comfy bed, and it was close to the pool and the golf course. The pool was actually really good too, clean and a good vibe.
There’s a lot of parking and the location is solid. It’s close to food spots, CVS, and pretty much anything else you might need while in Tucson.
Just a heads-up: there’s a 24% service fee added to your bill. but honestly, the service overall was worth it.
I give it a five. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice spot to relax in Tucson.
This is a great getaway even if you never swing a club. Scenic backdrops and all the amenities make for a relaxing stay.
Unfortunately, I have to update this review because my spa experience has become quite frustrating. I had one massage, but I was charged twice. As I walked up to checkout of the hotel, I was assured by Chelsea that the extra charge would be refunded in 5-10 days. I've yet to receive any refund. $374 is a bit too much for 1 50 minute basic massage, so I'll now have to dispute the extra charge through my bank.
There's a major weakness in the spa. It's at the reception desk. That's why my 5 stars for service has become 3, and that's really sad considering how hard everyone else worked to make our stay nice. I'll be calling to see if anyone can fix this again for me, but I shouldn't be thinking about this weeks after my trip for something that was supposed to be relaxing.
The whole staff was excellent and very friendly. And older property but still very nice We would definitely stay here again.
Staying at Omni Resorts was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and shockingly discriminatory. My partner and I were treated like second-class citizens—completely ignored.
To make matters worse, they put us in a room with no heat in the middle of the night. When we complained, instead of addressing the issue properly, they made us switch rooms at 4am. No apology. No compensation. Just cold indifference. It was clear they couldn’t care less about our comfort or safety.
This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Omni Resorts clearly has no interest in treating all guests with respect and dignity. If you value being treated like a human being, look elsewhere. This place is all about catering to a certain type of guest—and if you don’t fit their mold, prepare to be ignored and mistreated.
Would you
