One night in Andorra
Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. The hotel carpark is down a steep alleyway and looked very scary to navigate into. The carpark was full so we parked in the shopping centre accross the road. Be warned it is a very steep climb up to each level and the exit has an extreme angle downwards down a very narrow cobbled street with an extreme bend on a camber. My nerves were in tatters when we got to the bottom. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but is worth knowing if you are planning to drive especially with a low or a long car.

After we made the reservation, they told us there were no rooms left and arranged a shabby hotel for us.

Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre.
Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city.
The hotel is pets friendly, however the soundproofing is poor. Might be worth considering sleeping with earplugs.
Loved the L’Isard restaurant - great service, delicious food, nice ambiance.
Surprised with relatively low prices for such an amazing food and service.
I’d Recommend to try beef tartar, prepared in front of you.
We had for 2 a starter to share, mains, dessert and 2 glasses of wine, total 60 EUR.

We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor.
Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages.
Service is good. Location is awesome....center to lots of food outlets, shopping! Pyranees is just opposite.

Great hotel conveniently located in an area full of shops and restaurants. Rooms are big and comfortable, although they could improve their toiletries selection.

Two major pluses v. One major negative
Very good for the Price and excellent for Location. But our room was slightly tired and had no windows to the outside world , just into a dark recess area. The AC only blew hot air so we turned it off. No coffee or tea making facilities which I think misses an opportunity. But it was clean and we slept well.

We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

Stayed here during my holidays in Andorra. The service is overall good, breakfast is ok, bed is comfortable but the first day I got to my room I noticed the floor was a bit dirty, that's the only downside I noticed. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

Location is unbeatable! Lobby area looks promising, but rooms are more simple. But you will have everything you need: AC, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Staff is friendly. Didn't tried breakfast, but restaurant looks nice. Just in the center of capital, close to the central shopping area. Recommended!
