The underground garage is complicated if you want to park with some bigger car, you need patience for this part of your stay ;)

Nice hotel in good location. The parking was a bit difficult to navigate.

Located close to the main street. Nice view from the roof, pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna at the to floor. You can see the hotel was built many years ago

Excellent location right in the center. The room was spotless and comfortable and equipped with all comforts. Illy coffee machine and free bottle of mineral water. Reception staff super efficient and very courteous.

Comfortable room with complete facilities, good living experience

The breakfast is very good, local products of very good quality, and very varied. I will return on my next trip to Andorra, it is worth it for the price-quality ratio

In my opinion one of the best 4* hotels in Andorra. It is very well located, both for shopping and for skiing. A luxury spa, quiet and with all services working

The staff is lovely, they made an open reservation for me because I couldn't go on the day booked, and they upgraded me for free to a suite with a balcony facing the square

It’s a very comfortable hotel. Be sure to ask the front desk for a toothbrush and razor. Very useful.

The hotel is all right, in the city center. Car parking costs 18 euros per day, which is kinda expensive. We rented a family room/ apartment and it had kitchen, which is unusual for a hotel, but it was really nice

Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!

Stayed here for a few days whilst staying int he area. The check-in and check out process was fantastic. The apartment was really roomy - we have a 3 bedroomed apartment with terrace

This place was great! For starters, it is in an excellent location and everything in town is walkable from there

Quality/Price the hotel is very good. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast and dinner (buffet type) are more than fair

It was the first time we were going. The guy who met us at the reception. Still, we went up to eat at the restaurant. Where also very attentive and pleasant staff. hotel where you come in and feel well-behaved

2) They used to have a much better deal that included the skiing pass for Vallnord. Now it is only Ordino-Arcalis which is a much small skiing resort

Just 2 problems: 1) In general the staff is nice but there are some few cases in which unfortunately they are not as friendly as they should

Recently re-done but some very cheap. Causing a few annoyances like the facet which goes full blast and gets soap everywhere. If I had to do it again I would stay in quaint town of Ordino, not here

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the shopping district of Andorra. Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant has great set menus and the breakfast buffet was stunning.

Great location on main shopping strip, though not a lot do do here other than duty-free free shopping and caldea spa (okay). Nice suite with kitchen, living, and bedroom. Pull out sofa bed very comfortable

A wonderful hotel near the bus station. We arrived at 12 midnight and walked to the hotel in 3 minutes. In the morning you can drink juices and champagne in the lobby. The room was huge, I want to go back there

The name has actually been changed and it is now a five-star hotel. At present, it has not been changed on Google Maps, and it is still called Holiday Inn. It takes less than a minute to walk from the bus station

Just turn right and walk to the end when you see the rainbow moka pot, which is on the right hand side. Turn left when you exit the hotel and walk to the twisted clock in the city center for 15 minutes

The room is long and slender, both beds are 1. There are windows that open to the outside, the bathroom is cleaned by L'Occitane, there is a sink, and there is even a stool

The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year

I have stayed here several times and I am very satisfied! The room is very big! The view is also very good! The hotel environment is very clean. The facilities are not very new, but the room maintenance is OK

Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice

We stayed at the Grand Plaza for two nights on our way to Spain. The hotel is right in the middle of town, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff couldn't have been more helphul - highly recommended

As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly

We had a truly delightful three-night stay at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Andorra. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming

The bathroom was also a bit dated but perfectly clean and the shower head above the bath was decent. No gowns but the towels were nice enough along with the toiletries and the room gave a decent few night’s sleep

Walking distance to main shopping street (2 min), no more than 5 min to other attractions. Great support for any problem. Room had very limited daylight

Great views from the rock. Hot chocolate in the evening. Private parking. Clean, calm and big rooms. But the way walking back from the city center... up the hill. If you like climbing, the hotel is great choice.

I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel. They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses). The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well

The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area, and overlooks the river. The view from our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We didn’t use the spa area during our stay

It’s a pity that you can book the spa visit only after arrival and that doesn’t leave you much choice of time slots. If you book a massage, I think it’s a mistake to book a shiatsu massage only for 30 min

it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that. As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi

satisfied with a hotel, however you must take into account that if you come to the center of Andorra by bus like me, there is no bus to this hotel, so you are obliged to walk or take a taxi

being a student, obviously i walked, but it is very steep. the hotel is in really pleasant and tranquil and the air surrounding it is absolutely fantastic

Great hotel. Located almost in the center of the city, near the bus stop. A lot of Russian tourists, but for us that's a plus. Excellent food, varied menu. Lobby bar, sauna plus a swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

The hotel is located in the historical part of the city where everything is close and small shops and large shopping centres and a bus stop, which provides easy access to the mountains

Great place. I park my car here (5762 FKF ) everyday for free. The staff are such gullible rats🤣🐀. I would recommend everyone park here for free, every time you’re near by.

Staff very friendly, all three ladies I talked to on different occasions, were just great, smiling all the time, helpful, just making you feel welcomed! Nice place to store my bike, great comfort in the room, fridge, bathtub in the bathroom, nice balcony, good view, and all of this on a very low cost

Could do with more power outlets as there was only 2 under the xressing table / desk which were for the tv and fridge, another at the side of the dressing table/desk for the lamp and the last one next to the door as you come through to the bedroom
