Great hotel. Worth the money

The hotel is good, not too expensive and offers a good breakfast. On the downside, the beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms tend to become very hot. Turning the AC on with the lowest cold setting still pumps hot air into the room, we had to open our windows and let the freezing air in.

Walking distance to main shopping street (2 min), no more than 5 min to other attractions. Almost perfect location. Great breakfast buffet. Offers goodies for any taste. Great support for any problem. Room had very limited daylight. Reception was very supportive to provide alternative rooms for video calls.

Super centric Hotel on the heart of the commercial area of Andorra la Vella. You can arrive by car to the Hotel Parking (partnership with Saba) and enter directly from the parking. Reading the reviews prepared for the worst. It turned out to be the other way around. I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel. They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses). The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well.. it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that. As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. It’s a pity...

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area, and overlooks the river. The view from our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly staff. We didn’t use the spa area during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean place, with good size rooms and great bathroom to relax after skiing (bathtub). You have all you need in the room, starting toothbrush and finishing slippers. I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was actually staying at a hostel but with a raining afternoon I asked if they had availability at the spa. They did and for 15€ I was able to enjoy the small but adequate facilities that included a sauna, hamman, and a jacuzzi filled with the thermal waters for exactly one hour alone luckily. Good the only problem we had was that the room attendant left a wet rag on our bed under the sheets. When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice? Second thing the room is made very well but we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such

After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on a popular site while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Pleasant hotel and nicely situated. The staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast. The room was clean, no view out of the window as on the "in side" but not really missed as in the heart of the town.

The whole place and the rooms are a bit old and in need of renovation. The room had a weird smell and there was dust under the beds. On the positive side the location is good, the aircon worked well and the food in the buffet was very good for the price.

Great hotel in perfect location for exploring town. Parking very difficult but managed to find free parking for motorcycle. Rooms small as expected but comfortable with good bed. Not sure how it claims to be a 4 star though as facilities are more akin to a 2 star. Very good value despite expensive but excellent breakfast (€12.5). Would definitely use again as plus points far outweigh any negatives

The hotel is okay, very close to the shopping street. The shower is a little inconvenient - the door is opening towards the inside of the shower and it is hard to get in - especially if you are a larger-sized person, I have no idea how you could even get in... Beds are made every day but tea and water are not refilled.

Absolutely lovely hotel! This 4star hotel gets all my 5 stars! Staff very friendly, all three ladies I talked to on different occasions, were just great, smiling all the time, helpful, just making you feel welcomed!
