Good the only problem we had was that the room attendant left a wet rag on our bed under the sheets. When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice? Second thing the room is made very well but we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such

After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on a popular site while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The hotel has a parking which unfortunately was full but we had parked in one of the many public parking (paid spaces). An old fashioned hotel, ok for a short stay and the price paid. Was a bit difficult to access, as the front was being blocked by cars. On arrival our room smelled of tobacco, despite a non-smoking policy, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Bathroom shows signs of needing update. Located close to the main street. Nice view from the roof, pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna at the to floor. You can see the hotel was built many years ago. The underground garage is complicated if you want to park with some bigger car, you need patience for this part of your stay ;)

The hotel room is large, the facilities are very good, the location and surrounding environment are very good, and it is convenient to travel. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very rich and has many kinds. It is recommended to stay.

Staff was honest. We forgot our phone charger in the room and they gave it back to us. There was bad smell near to our room and i guess There was some sewage blockage.

The air conditioner in my room was noisy all night, and on top of that, it wasn't even cool. They charged for my dog for it's supplements, but nothing was given, even the water bowl. The parking fee is more expensive than the nearby public parking lot. Most of all the male staff we met was unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was soso. The only good points are the swimming pool and the sauna.

Price and quality wise is very good hotel. It’s few minutes away from shopping street and the thermal bath. Receptionist was nice. Room was big and clean. This was our second stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location convenient, and the breakfast was good. However, the check-in process was quite slow — it took around 40 minutes. The receptionist was friendly but clearly inexperienced. It would have helped to have someone there to assist him, as he was working alone.

We booked this hotel bc it was close to the Caldea. The location is not the best otherwise but decent enough. The parking hall is small and was already full when we arrived. The room was ok, thin walls to the corridor though. Served an ok breakfast. There is a small spa in the rooftop. All and all no huge complaints.

We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.

I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel. They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses). The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well.. it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that. As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. It’s a pity...

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area, and overlooks the river. The view from our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly staff. We didn’t use the spa area during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean place, with good size rooms and great bathroom to relax after skiing (bathtub). You have all you need in the room, starting toothbrush and finishing slippers. The location was great! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!

It is the norm for hotels to provide a kettle, coffee and tea bags, tissue paper etc. For my room type, none of these were provided, causing me great inconvenience. The hotel description dis not say that these amenities would not be provided. It just said what it would provide. But because these amenities are the norm, one would not expect that they would not be provided!

Great hotel in perfect location for exploring town. Parking very difficult but managed to find free parking for motorcycle. Rooms small as expected but comfortable with good bed. The hotel is okay, very close to the shopping street. The shower is a little inconvenient - the door is opening towards the inside of the shower and it is hard to get in - especially if you are a larger-sized person, I have no idea how you could even get in... Beds are made every day but tea and water are not refilled.
