Wow, if you have to stay in a hotel that puts you in the middle of everything representing Andorra , this is it. It is a beautiful, high end hotel. Staff are great and very helpful in discovering the best of the area. Waking up to the mountain views can't be beat! Cheers!

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant The Pergola, located in the garden with excellent food and service.

We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Superb value at under 100 Euros. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Spacious well equipped rooms. Solid construction with sound proof windows. Nice location in the middle of the centre, you can't park the premises or get a free parking ticket.

Good the only problem we had was that the room attendant left a wet rag on our bed under the sheets. When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice? Second thing the room is made very well but we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such

After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on a popular site while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The hotel has a parking which unfortunately was full but we had parked in one of the many public parking (paid spaces). Quality/Price the hotel is very good. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast and dinner (buffet type) are more than fair. A big hotel with a big bar and a separate restaurant. What they lack in modern comfort/facilities, they make up in their service. I was initially given a room (#111) that reeked of cigarette smell. Very good hotel with very nice staff, especially considering the low price (~20€/night). The rooms even had floor heating which was great for walking barefoot or let the kids roam around the room. Super centric Hotel on the heart of the commercial area of Andorra la Vella. You can arrive by car to the Hotel Parking (partnership with Saba) and enter directly from the parking. Reading the reviews prepared for the worst. It turned out to be the other way around. Pleasant hotel and nicely situated. The staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast. The room was clean, no view out of the window as on the "in side" but not really missed as in the heart of the town.

The whole place and the rooms are a bit old and in need of renovation. The room had a weird smell and there was dust under the beds. On the positive side the location is good, the aircon worked well and the food in the buffet was very good for the price.

We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre. Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city. We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

Stayed here during my holidays in Andorra. The service is overall good, breakfast is ok, bed is comfortable but the first day I got to my room I noticed the floor was a bit dirty, that's the only downside I noticed. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

Location is unbeatable! Lobby area looks promising, but rooms are more simple. But you will have everything you need: AC, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Staff is friendly. The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can easily reach it by foot. The bedroom was a bit noisy, because of both the road outside and the other rooms. Overall, it was a good room for the price. The breakfast was tasty and with many options. The staff was really nice and always tried to help even if sometimes it was hard to communicate in english. This place was great! For starters, it is in an excellent location and everything in town is walkable from there. The staff was also very helpful on every level and they gave great recommendations of things to do and how to get around. I was there for 2 weeks, so I did one of the apartments stays and I loved. Stayed here for a few days whilst staying int he area. The check-in and check out process was fantastic. The apartment was really roomy - we have a 3 bedroomed apartment with terrace. Clean and tidy, but could do with a bit of a refresh. Photos made it look a lot better than it was. However, it was a great value stay for us. Close to the "centre" and convenient for the bus services.

The hotel is all right, in the city center. Car parking costs 18 euros per day, which is kinda expensive. We rented a family room/ apartment and it had kitchen, which is unusual for a hotel, but it was really nice. The apartment was huge.

The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Spacious, modern room and clean room(deluxe family room). Parking was great, direct access to the building and as we arrived early, we managed to get a place. Otherwise would had been worse as it’s nearly impossible to park on street.

The hotel is good, not too expensive and offers a good breakfast. On the downside, the beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms tend to become very hot. Turning the AC on with the lowest cold setting still pumps hot air into the room, we had to open our windows and let the freezing air in.

Stayed at the Plaza on a half-board basis during a skiing trip and couldn't recommend it enough. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. Supper was top notch with enough choice to satisfy even the pickiest eaters! The spa was also superb and great value at €25 a day.
