Everything was excellent, I would come back a thousand times.

The staff was very nice. The restaurant was very good. The room was decent. The heating was very noisy, so we had to turn it off.

The service was very good, the buffet breakfast was also great and they were very attentive.

Good the only problem we had was that the room attendant left a wet rag on our bed under the sheets. When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice? Second thing the room is made very well but we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such

After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on a popular site while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Hotel in a good location in the very center of the capital of Andorra. Clean room

The air conditioner in my room was noisy all night, and on top of that, it wasn't even cool. They charged for my dog for it's supplements, but nothing was given, even the water bowl. The parking fee is more expensive than the nearby public parking lot. Most of all the male staff we met was unfriendly. The breakfast buffet was soso. The only good points are the swimming pool and the sauna.

An old fashioned hotel, ok for a short stay and the price paid. Was a bit difficult to access, as the front was being blocked by cars. On arrival our room smelled of tobacco, despite a non-smoking policy, but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Bathroom shows signs of needing update. Located close to the main street. Nice view from the roof, pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna at the to floor. You can see the hotel was built many years ago. The underground garage is complicated if you want to park with some bigger car, you need patience for this part of your stay ;)

The hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

We stayed at the Grand Plaza for two nights on our way to Spain. The hotel is right in the middle of town, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff couldn't have been more helphul - highly recommended

Every year we come back to this hotel as everything is perfect. The location is great we walk to all shops & restaurants. As soon as we arrive from Spain we are welcomed by the bellboy, Felipe recognizes us as well as Julio. They park our car and at the receptionist José is always super polite and friendly. For our family it is like coming home here.

The hotel is well located, the facilities and cleanliness are correct. It's a bit old but quality-price is fine. Of course, the walls must be made of paper because I could hear snoring from the next room. It doesn't bother us to sleep.

Walking distance to main shopping street (2 min), no more than 5 min to other attractions. Almost perfect location. Great breakfast buffet. Offers goodies for any taste. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. We stayed for 1 night and 2 days in Eurostars Hotel in Andorra recently. The location of the hotel is the best in the city. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The hotel also offers parking. We had a pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay in this hotel close to amenities and shops. Parking in addition and recommend because parking outside is very expensive and not much space in the public parking lot. I recommend the hotel for a weekend getaway, no more. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, I can't say enough good things. The spa is great, but I find the water isn't very hot. However, I find it quite expensive, considering that breakfast and parking aren't included. Parking costs €26 and breakfast costs €16 per person.

The facilities were very clean and fantastic, the room was very clean. The only drawback was that we requested a double bed and were given two separate beds, even though we specified this when booking. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Unfortunately, I was unable to visit Andorra because the road from France was closed during my trip. But based on other reviews, I believe that this is a very good hotel.

I am giving the hotel 4 stars because the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were loads of hair leftover from previous guests. When I complained about this to the front desk they acted fast and organized extra room cleaning. Apart from this mishap the hotel was, we were very satisfied with breakfast. Great location too.

Delightful old-fashioned hotel with a great view of the mountains. Huge rooms with generous balconies. Also has a nice spa complex (fee to use) including a large pool. Very good hotel, a little bit expensive, the pool costs almost 10E for person per day. The breakfest is very taste, especially the shef food. The workers of the hotel was very nice. I have been there between friday to sunday and haven't heard any of the construction.
