Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can easily reach it by foot. The bedroom was a bit noisy, because of both the road outside and the other rooms. Overall, it was a good room for the price. The breakfast was tasty and with many options. The staff was really nice and always tried to help even if sometimes it was hard to communicate in english. Recommended.

This place was great! For starters, it is in an excellent location and everything in town is walkable from there. The staff was also very helpful on every level and they gave great recommendations of things to do and how to get around. I was there for 2 weeks, so I did one of the apartments stays and I loved. It had everything I needed to cook, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable overall....

A big hotel with a big bar and a separate restaurant. What they lack in modern comfort/facilities, they make up in their service. I was initially given a room (#111) that reeked of cigarette smell. I opened the one window and it had no view, but a concrete square where you could see the windows of 3 other rooms. And the ground was littered with cigarette butts. Great location, 20 minutes drive from El Tarter. Nice staff, everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! And you are located at the city. The public parking just outside its really handy and not too expensive. The hotel private parking is very narrow for big cars.

Overall good. Clean and neat. Rooms are cleaned for free every day. Breakfasts are fine, can take some meal with you as well. Good location in terms of skibus stops. The only problem as for skier - no specific dryer, heater in bathroom is not enough for boots and gloves. Also, elevator is often overloaded, have to go by feet.

Good for snowboarders. Lockers for snowboards provided, breakfast is somewhat boring but still good enough, rooms and bathrooms ideally clean, quiet place, bus stop is 2 min walk.

The location is perfect! The rooms are clean and comfy - no AC or fans though. The service is friendly, honest and helpful. The quality of the bar/cafe service is a bit unpredictable and somewhat hindered by the language barrier, but starts at 8am which is wonderful!

For the price we paid, this is great. Our room was the economy one, so no air-conditioning but a fan. The walls are thin, you can hear conversation, but nothing that could be done about that. Also, there seem to be some lights that come on automatically when people are walking by our window. Just wear an travelling eye cover, and sorted. A good hotel to spend your holiday

We don't stay at hotels usually, so it is hard to compare, but it was clean with a descent room. Our stay also means it was a descent price. There is a restaurant in the building, but it didn't look to work during our stay. It is also not far from the city center and bus station. The only downside was that there were no WiFi in the room.

Clean, comfortable and complete with a friendly welcome. The WiFi is limited to shared areas and the sound proofing wasn't great, but the shower was brilliantly hot and powerful and that's was what I really wanted after a week of skiing! I'd also recommend the attached pizzeria. We dropped in the day after our hotel stay without enough time to finish/savour our pizzas but they were absolutely delicious...

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything is a little dated but I slept well and felt at home. WiFi reached my room on the 3rd floor but was intermittent. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Great little Hotel, very close to the centre. Easy access to the Ski Bus and main Bus Terminal. Everything is a very short walk away. Very friendly staff. Oldy hotel which would need a refurbishing but for the price we paid and since we just wanted to sleep and take a shower we can not complain! Very helpful and kind staff. The pizzeria looks good. We may come back.

Easy to get to, parking at € 10, the area only has paid parking with a municipal ticket or other establishments, so little to say. The car park is outside, about 200 meters ahead, there is a shopping area with paid underground parking which is well worth it. As for the hotel, so very fair, I think the 3 stars they put there are nowhere to be found, maybe when it first opened many, many years ago yes...

The attention given by José Ramón is invaluable. He gave us many tips in order to face our holidays here and even took time to book us a restaurant and a taxi given that we didn't have coverage.

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway and although it didn't seem to start well, in the end the stay improved. They gave me a fairly small twin room, where there was hardly any maneuverability, quite small, and the bathroom the same or worse. Alot of noise because we got a room facing the very busy street (despite agreeing way in advance that we will get a river side room if available upon arrival). Central and ok The hotel was ok - not horrible, not terrific, but ok. After adjusting to the breakfast setup it was actually great and service good. Note there is not AC in the rooms, so either there is the sound from the ceiling fan or the noise from the street.

So this hotel is good apart from one thing. The obsessive non stop cleaning. They vacuumed outside my room 6 times in the space of 4 hours, which makes this hotel unsuitable for anyone looking for peace and quiet or for business. We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre. Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city. The hotel is pets friendly, however the soundproofing is poor. Might be worth considering sleeping with earplugs...

We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

Stayed here during my holidays in Andorra. The service is overall good, breakfast is ok, bed is comfortable but the first day I got to my room I noticed the floor was a bit dirty, that's the only downside I noticed. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

Location is unbeatable! Lobby area looks promising, but rooms are more simple. But you will have everything you need: AC, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Staff is friendly. Didn't tried breakfast, but restaurant looks nice. Just in the center of capital, close to the central shopping area. Recommended!
