Walked the Coronallacs and this hotel is right near the start/finish, comfortable and good location

The room was spectacular, with a king-size bed separated from the bunk bed by a latticework screen and two sofas facing the TV. The cleanliness is due to the cloudy screen, and everything else was pretty good, although the toilet paper ran out on the third day.

Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can easily reach it by foot. The bedroom was a bit noisy, because of both the road outside and the other rooms. Overall, it was a good room for the price. The breakfast was tasty and with many options. The staff was really nice and always tried to help even if sometimes it was hard to communicate in english. Recommended.

This place was great! For starters, it is in an excellent location and everything in town is walkable from there. The staff was also very helpful on every level and they gave great recommendations of things to do and how to get around. I was there for 2 weeks, so I did one of the apartments stays and I loved. It had everything I needed to cook, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable overall....

A big hotel with a big bar and a separate restaurant. What they lack in modern comfort/facilities, they make up in their service. I was initially given a room (#111) that reeked of cigarette smell. I opened the one window and it had no view, but a concrete square where you could see the windows of 3 other rooms. And the ground was littered with cigarette butts. So, I guess recycled cigarette smelling...

Good value for money hotel. Decent room, good breakfast, you can't ask for more for this price. One drawback is the parking problems during high season. At 5 p.m., the parking lot was full, and there was a 30-minute queue in the public parking lot across the street. A problem that exists throughout Andorra.

Affordable hotel in the centre of the city, close to historic district. Compact but clean and perfectly adequate. Car parks nearby and a McCafe next door for breakfast! Worth staying at.

Superb hotel. Bedding not confortable

This was already my second time at this place - 2 nights before a big hike and 2 nights after it. As I liked my stay in the beginning, I booked it again after the hike too. And i would suggest it to everyone. Simple, convenient, affordable.

Small cozy room, excellent for solo travelling! The only minus was that one of the electricity sockets didn't work.

The location is perfect! The rooms are clean and comfy - no AC or fans though. The service is friendly, honest and helpful. The quality of the bar/cafe service is a bit unpredictable and somewhat hindered by the language barrier, but starts at 8am which is wonderful!

Excellent hotel. I turned up looking a mess after a motorbike crash in the mountains and a hospital visit for ribs x-rays. Had to stay unexpectedly to recover before continuing my trip east. I stayed two nights in this affordable hotel and was very happy with it. The rooms are small but clean and quiet enough to allow a good night's sleep. The location is convenient and walking distance to town (plus close to the Caldea Spa) and the breakfast was good - lots of bread and pastry options, unlimited coffee, and a small meat and cheese selection. A good hotel to spend your holiday

We don't stay at hotels usually, so it is hard to compare, but it was clean with a descent room. Our stay also means it was a descent price. There is a restaurant in the building, but it didn't look to work during our stay. It is also not far from the city center and bus station. The only downside was that there were no WiFi in the room.

Clean, comfortable and complete with a friendly welcome. The WiFi is limited to shared areas and the sound proofing wasn't great, but the shower was brilliantly hot and powerful and that's was what I really wanted after a week of skiing! I'd also recommend the attached pizzeria. We dropped in the day after our hotel stay without enough time to finish/savour our pizzas but they were absolutely delicious...

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything is a little dated but I slept well and felt at home. WiFi reached my room on the 3rd floor but was intermittent. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

Great little Hotel, very close to the centre. Easy access to the Ski Bus and main Bus Terminal. Everything is a very short walk away. Very friendly staff. Oldy hotel which would need a refurbishing but for the price we paid and since we just wanted to sleep and take a shower we can not complain! Very helpful and kind staff. The pizzeria looks good. We may come back.

Easy to get to, parking at € 10, the area only has paid parking with a municipal ticket or other establishments, so little to say. The car park is outside, about 200 meters ahead, there is a shopping area with paid underground parking which is well worth it. As for the hotel, so very fair, I think the 3 stars they put there are nowhere to be found, maybe when it first opened many, many years ago yes...

The attention given by José Ramón is invaluable. He gave us many tips in order to face our holidays here and even took time to book us a restaurant and a taxi given that we didn't have coverage.

I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway and although it didn't seem to start well, in the end the stay improved. They gave me a fairly small twin room, where there was hardly any maneuverability, quite small, and the bathroom the same or worse. We went down to the reception to request the change, and thanks to the availability, despite being a weekend, we were moved to a room that was, without exaggeration...

Great location, excellent restaurant. The rooms are big but the beds are hard. The spa is small, and the attendant not so friendly. The front desk staff is not so good in English, so it helps to have basic Spanish or French.

The hotel is well located, the facilities and cleanliness are correct. It's a bit old but quality-price is fine. Of course, the walls must be made of paper because I could hear snoring from the next room. It doesn't bother us to sleep.

We have been there for a week and we have not missed anything. It is the second consecutive year that we go and we are delighted. Cleanliness, friendliness and above all good food. Ideal hotel to go as a couple, family or with friends. Yes, there were excursions but we have not heard them.

Alot of noise because we got a room facing the very busy street (despite agreeing way in advance that we will get a river side room if available upon arrival). At midnight there was a truck collecting the rubbish so the noise was way too much to ignore. Central and ok The hotel was ok - not horrible, not terrific, but ok. After adjusting to the breakfast setup it was actually great and service good. Note there is not AC in the rooms, so either there is the sound from the ceiling fan or the noise from the street.

I stayed here in May 2025. The building is a little old, but it has been renovated and I was able to stay comfortably. I used the parking lot, but it was hard to understand how to use it. It would be helpful if there was information on the website so I could check in advance.

Overall not bad, only downside are the paper-thin walls of the room. Location is perfect, you are in the centre. Breakfast sufficient/enough selection of meat and cheese, and freshly baked pastries. This hotel was chosen as part of a school ski trip. The rooms are basic but good. The bathroom was alright - had an odd set up with the shower curtain. Dining room is on the 6th floor. The food was good and had variety every night. Staff were very helpful.

One night in Andorra Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Service is good. Location is awesome....center to lots of food outlets, shopping! Pyranees is just opposite.

Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre. Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city. The hotel is pets friendly, however the soundproofing is poor. Might be worth considering sleeping with earplugs...

Great hotel conveniently located in an area full of shops and restaurants. Rooms are big and comfortable, although they could improve their toiletries selection.

Two major pluses v. One major negative Very good for the Price and excellent for Location. But our room was slightly tired and had no windows to the outside world , just into a dark recess area. The AC only blew hot air so we turned it off. No coffee or tea making facilities which I think misses an opportunity. But it was clean and we slept well.

We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

I recommend the hotel for a weekend getaway, no more. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, I can't say enough good things. The spa is great, but I find the water isn't very hot. However, I find it quite expensive, considering that breakfast and parking aren't included. Parking costs €26 and breakfast costs €16 per person.

The facilities were very clean and fantastic, the room was very clean. The only drawback was that we requested a double bed and were given two separate beds, even though we specified this when booking. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Unfortunately, I was unable to visit Andorra because the road from France was closed during my trip. But based on other reviews, I believe that this is a very good hotel.
