Where to stay in Andorra La Vella

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the shopping district of Andorra. Good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. The restaurant has great set menus and the breakfast buffet was stunning.

Super centric Hotel on the heart of the commercial area of Andorra la Vella. You can arrive by car to the Hotel Parking (partnership with Saba) and enter directly from the parking. Reading the reviews prepared for the worst. It turned out to be the other way around. A huge room (we were placed in a deluxe room, although we had booked a regular one), located on a pedestrian street. I would especially like to mention the dinners and the restaurant staff. Wow, if you have to stay in a hotel that puts you in the middle of everything representing Andorra , this is it. It is a beautiful, high end hotel. Staff are great and very helpful in discovering the best of the area. Waking up to the mountain views can't be beat! Cheers!

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. I also highly recommend the hotel’s restaurant The Pergola, located in the garden with excellent food and service.

We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service and staff are fabulous, giving that true sense of a 5-star hotel. Gym is small but well equipped, the interior pool includes the Sauna and Turkish bath (The outdoor pool was closed due to being off-season). First time getting a massage as well and was pretty nice. Excellent breakfast buffet; the food selections are amazing! The rooms are modern. The hotel is on the hill side, so views are awesome. Dinner was very romantic.

Good the only problem we had was that the room attendant left a wet rag on our bed under the sheets. When we went to sleep we found it and the bed was wet We really could not figured out how come he/she did not notice? Second thing the room is made very well but we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned as such

After a drink in the main square we just went over to this hotel and booked it there and then on a popular site while standing in the lobby with the hotel’s Wi-Fi. The hotel has a parking which unfortunately was full but we had parked in one of the many public parking (paid spaces). Quality/Price the hotel is very good. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast and dinner (buffet type) are more than fair. Just 2 problems: 1) In general the staff is nice but there are some few cases in which unfortunately they are not as friendly as they should. 2) They used to have a much better deal that included the skiing pass for Vallnord. I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel. They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses). The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well.. it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that. As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. It’s a pity...

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping area, and overlooks the river. The view from our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly staff. We didn’t use the spa area during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean place, with good size rooms and great bathroom to relax after skiing (bathtub). You have all you need in the room, starting toothbrush and finishing slippers. Very friendly and helpfull staff 🥰 and lovely spa downstairs 😍 (had it all just for myself). You can have quite a few diferent procedures for a reasonable price. I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was actually staying at a hostel but with a raining afternoon I asked if they had availability at the spa. They did and for 15€ I was able to enjoy the small but adequate facilities that included a sauna, hamman, and a jacuzzi filled with the thermal waters for exactly one hour alone luckily. Not much more is needed. I then stayed in the lobby to watch the tennis match...

Good steam room, Jacuzzi clean, the staff friendly. Massage makes Filipino understanding of his craft. The rest is very good.

Great place. I park my car here (5762 FKF ) everyday for free. The staff are such gullible rats🤣🐀. I would recommend everyone park here for free, every time you’re near by.

Pleasant hotel and nicely situated. The staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast. The room was clean, no view out of the window as on the "in side" but not really missed as in the heart of the town.

The whole place and the rooms are a bit old and in need of renovation. The room had a weird smell and there was dust under the beds. On the positive side the location is good, the aircon worked well and the food in the buffet was very good for the price.

We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Service is good. Location is awesome....center to lots of food outlets, shopping! Pyranees is just opposite.

Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre. Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city. The hotel is pets friendly, however the soundproofing is poor. Might be worth considering sleeping with earplugs...

We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

Stayed here during my holidays in Andorra. The service is overall good, breakfast is ok, bed is comfortable but the first day I got to my room I noticed the floor was a bit dirty, that's the only downside I noticed. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

Location is unbeatable! Lobby area looks promising, but rooms are more simple. But you will have everything you need: AC, comfortable bed, good bathroom. Staff is friendly. Didn't tried breakfast, but restaurant looks nice. Just in the center of capital, close to the central shopping area. Recommended!

The hotel is very close to the city centre, you can easily reach it by foot. The bedroom was a bit noisy, because of both the road outside and the other rooms. Overall, it was a good room for the price. The breakfast was tasty and with many options. The staff was really nice and always tried to help even if sometimes it was hard to communicate in english. This place was great! For starters, it is in an excellent location and everything in town is walkable from there. The staff was also very helpful on every level and they gave great recommendations of things to do and how to get around. I was there for 2 weeks, so I did one of the apartments stays and I loved. Stayed here for a few days whilst staying int he area. The check-in and check out process was fantastic. The apartment was really roomy - we have a 3 bedroomed apartment with terrace. Clean and tidy, but could do with a bit of a refresh. Photos made it look a lot better than it was. However, it was a great value stay for us. Close to the "centre" and convenient for the bus services.

The hotel is all right, in the city center. Car parking costs 18 euros per day, which is kinda expensive. We rented a family room/ apartment and it had kitchen, which is unusual for a hotel, but it was really nice. The apartment was huge.

The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Spacious, modern room and clean room(deluxe family room). Parking was great, direct access to the building and as we arrived early, we managed to get a place. Otherwise would had been worse as it’s nearly impossible to park on street.

On the Eastern end of the city centre this hotel provided a great base for a short stay in the city and I’d certainly consider again. It looks more like a modern office from the outside but the spacious lobby and bar as soon as you enter always gives a good welcome when you arrive back. The most important plus was the value for money. It was very good quality for the price I had to pay. It all gave a very good and clean impression. The hotel is good, not too expensive and offers a good breakfast. On the downside, the beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms tend to become very hot. Turning the AC on with the lowest cold setting still pumps hot air into the room, we had to open our windows and let the freezing air in.

It's fair value for money. It's clean and cosy. People are very helpful. You might have some difficulties if you do not speak Spanish though.

Stayed at the Plaza on a half-board basis during a skiing trip and couldn't recommend it enough. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. Supper was top notch with enough choice to satisfy even the pickiest eaters! The spa was also superb and great value at €25 a day. Overall we had a great time and would gladly give back again!
