Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. Visit the English pub in the hotel to be served by Mathias who is a bit of legend. Cozy booths, pub games and plenty of Guinness, as well as the happy hour made our time there (we spent every night at the bar for a whole week) unforgettable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, We came for a skiing trip and the hotel is situated right opposite the gondola in La Massana to the slopes, they have lockers for all of your ski gear too. Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!

It is the norm for hotels to provide a kettle, coffee and tea bags, tissue paper etc. For my room type, none of these were provided, causing me great inconvenience. The hotel description dis not say that these amenities would not be provided. It just said what it would provide. But because these amenities are the norm, one would not expect that they would not be provided!
