Big room, the mattress was slightly tired, and the heating was really too much, and can not be regulated (old-fashion central heating), so we had to sleep with the window open in winter. Otherwise, nice and dog friendly, good free parking, not far from the city, nice breakfast, nice staff, jacuzzi and sauna were also nice, and we had it to ourselves, after reservation.

It's not bad for a two star hotel .. the breakfast is a big continental , very good .. strange thing .. you can make a cup of tea but the kettle is in the lobby and you take the cup back to your room .. but it's ok .. the walk to town is about five minutes ish away , down hill all the way .. did not take too long to get back ..

Lovely hotel that's well maintained and quite. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony and the attentiveness of the staff. They also offer a breakfast (€7 per person) and dinner (€15 per person). We took advantage of the breakfast to start our day during our stay. Parking is convenient and the staff is very helpful.

Great hotel with lots of activities in the resort area and close by. The rooms are very spacious and clean, only minus is that there was no AC but even in July we didn't need it. Fuimos con mi esposa a pasar una noche. Cenamos en el restaurante y desayunamos, el personal fué muy amable. La comida no estaba mal. Las habitaciones eran cómodas. El personal de recepción no tuvo empatía, al menos con nosotros. Ni un buen viaje, ni preguntar si hemos estado bien, ni nada similar. Para pasar una noche es correcto, para más noches, hay otras opciones. No se si volveremos.

We had a awesome time here. Super friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Laundry facilities were easy to use and lots of help if you need it. I have now visited several hotels in Andorra and this is by far my best. The staff has a level of service that I have rarely seen and experienced. Had a week skiing and this was our base. Very close to the main gondola, around 50 metres, which lead you to the slopes. Hotel was very clean, staff are attentive, food is good. Great experience

We have just returned from a stay with Hotel Rutllan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and friendly, We came for a skiing trip and the hotel is situated right opposite the gondola in La Massana to the slopes, they have lockers for all of your ski gear too. Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Overall is a great choice.

Nice staff, good location in town, parking was not an issue. For me, the hotel feels like it is stuck in the 1980s. Our room was a little worn, slightly yellow bath water, cheap bedding. I do recommend the hotel however - just don't expect a modern hotel experience.

One of the few hotels in Andorra in which the people who live there are an essential part of the soul of the place! Warm, welcoming and full of good energy.

Central and ok The hotel was ok - not horrible, not terrific, but ok. After adjusting to the breakfast setup it was actually great and service good. Note there is not AC in the rooms, so either there is the sound from the ceiling fan or the noise from the street.

Excellent location, close to the center and next to the big department store - Pyrenees. The hotel has a beautiful garden and convenient parking. The staff is super nice. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a great view. The breakfast was great. We had a lovely experience at the Andorra Park hotel. Reception was super friendly and helpful with directions/recommendations. The spa is very nice! There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, and dry sauna - you do have to reserve a time, which was not an issue at this time of year. We also got a massage and facial with Fatima and Laideys, which were both fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again...

Expensive for what it is We had a half board - breakfast was ok and dinner was interesting - 3 course meals - dessert and starters are always superb but main is a bit touch and go - the meat can be too dry without sauce and lack of vegetables. The location was great! The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When I got off the bus, I did not have the Internet access but I remember the hotel was close to the famous bridge by the river so I followed the river and found the hotel easily. The room where I stayed was just in front of the bridge!

Hotel location is good and convenient, right next to shopping centre. Though the hotel is a bit old, but the room is tidy and clean. Hotel staff is polite and helpful.  Carpark is available at €24 per night.
