The best hotel in Encamp. We have been here 7 times already. The location, the view from the window, the rooms, the food, the attitude of the staff, the pool and sauna are all top notch.

Great hotel with a very professional and kind staff. They explain you everything you need to know. Very helpful for the first time. A hotel with a lot of facilities and excellent location. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable.
We will definitely come back again!!!

We stayed here for a skiing holiday and loved it.

Access: The Andbus from Barcelona airport dropped us at the bus stop just across the way, and the free Funicamp Gondola shuttle bus picked us up each morning from the same stop.

We rented a locker at Funicamp and walked back in the evenings as a nice cooldown — come out of the Funicamp building, turn right down that slope alongside eSports Everest, follow the little street until it meets a road, turn right down that road and then turn left when you reach some steps past a carpark and it takes about five minutes.

Staff: Reception staff are brilliant and covered all the information we needed to make full use of the pool, games room and the bar. Bar staff were friendly and quick to serve us, too. We were very impressed by the maid service, who came in every day and did a great job.

Food: The hotel restaurant was shut while we were visiting, but the bar was serving a limited array of food. We ate there twice and loved the leek soup in particular. Most of the restaurants in Encamp are within easy walking reach of the hotel, with two supermarkets less than three minutes away on foot.

Rooms: No kettle makes my British heart bleed, but the room was perfect otherwise, with hanging space, a fridge, a nice balcony and a large bathroom with bidet, tub and shower. The bed was enormous and very comfortable.

Facilities: Covid procedures kept us from using the sauna, but on the flipside, reduced numbers and a booking system gave us the pool and jacuzzis virtually to ourselves. The games room was a lot of fun; €1 to play snooker with a €10 deposit for the cues.

Very clean. Staff excellent. Nice pool and hot tubs. Lovely gardens. Decent restaurant. Only negative that it's very hot in the rooms and no air con or fans available.

It's a really nice place. The staff is extremely helpful. Near the Funicamp it takes me 5-7 minutes to walk. I will deffinately come here again! I stayed in Coray few years ago, Guilem is a way better- you feel among friends here. Breakfast is good and sauna is nice. There's a huge area to relax, play table games and other games with kids. The room rate is also pleasant, not very high.

Set in the heart of Encamp this hotel is clean comfortable and modern with excellent facilities including a Spa. The breakfast buffett was very good with a large choice. The Restaurant offered a lovely evening meal with the menu in 4 languages and example dishes set out so you could see what was on offer. The menu was of exceptional value and the quality of the wine available was good. There are facilities for ski storage- the free bus to the cable car is a short walk from the hotel and car parking is available- highly recommended
