Fabulous friendly welcome. All staff were superhappy and friendly and spoke perfect English which was extra helpful. Slept very well, comfy room, great balcony and great location. Would recommend.
Only downside, no air con, which made it difficult at night.

Amazing hotel! We booked through SunWeb for a 5 night ski break. Location - The hotel is steps from the gondola up to the Pal ski area, which is also where the ski rental shop is. It was about a 4 hour transfer from Barcelona airport in a coach, direct to the door. There were bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Room - We were in room 607 on the top floor with a large balcony overlooking the town and mountain which was stunning. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is nice & modern. Housekeeping did an amazing job and kept the room spotless throughout our stay. There were plenty of pillows, a sofa bed and loads of space to hang up wet clothes after a day skiing. There is also a ski storage room & each room has its own secure locked area. Food - breakfast is in the hotel which was a good continental and hot cooked buffet. The coffee is great. Dinner is at the nearby Hotel Magic Ski (less than 2 minutes walk) and was really good for a buffet - plenty of hot options including freshly grilled meat, great salad bar, soups and pastas and delicious deserts. As far as buffets go, it was really good. The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely & really great, they couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a great stay. Overall for the price we paid I was expecting a fairly budget hotel but I was really pleasantly surprised by the room, the facilities, food, everything! Would definitely recommend & we hope to return. Thanks!

Great location right next to the ski lift, with loads of ski shop, good restaurants, I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a couple for a weeks ski trip and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The location to the gondala was fantastic, only a few minutes walk across the road. The rooms looked to have been recently refurbished and were spotless. There could have been more storage but we managed just fine. Couldn't fault the food, there was always something to choose from. There wasn't a kettle in the room but luckily I have a travel kettle and there were plenty of well located plug sockets. The shower was so nice after a days skiing, plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, very kind and offered a wealth of knowledge. Thank you to the reception team, cleaners and restaurant staff.

The room was very nice. The staff were very friendly and the lady at the reception allowed us to check in several hours earlier than the check in time according to the reservation.

This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!
