Hesperia Andorra

On the Eastern end of the city centre this hotel provided a great base for a short stay in the city and I’d certainly consider again. It looks more like a modern office from the outside but the spacious lobby and bar as soon as you enter always gives a good welcome when you arrive back. There only ever seemed to be one member of staff working the reception desk, so on occasions the queues to check in built up, but otherwise arriving was seamless enough.

My room was on the third floor and directly opposite the lifts, which fortunately didn’t cause any disturbance during the night as I originally feared. The room was a good size and although a little basic and dated provided a comfortable stay, along with a nice view towards the centre of the city. The bed was large with a good number of electric sockets at both sides, there was a large desk and although the mini bar was empty there were complimentary bottles of water provided. The bathroom was also a bit dated but perfectly clean and the shower head above the bath was decent. No gowns but the towels were nice enough along with the toiletries and the room gave a decent few night’s sleep.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the roof top bar, so it was a shame this remained closed throughout my stay despite the weather being glorious. Although there’s some nice seating, reading material and the fireplace, the bar on the ground floor isn’t quite as impressive and it’s also a shame it closes promptly by 11pm, despite a member of staff still being there to staff reception.

It’s a decent hotel in a good location, surrounded by good restaurant options and walkable to the main spots. With the value it offered I’d recommend and would certainly consider staying again.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a prime location! Cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spotless and the service is exceptionally pleasant, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast here is a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel provides its own parking lot, which, although at an extra cost, is a major advantage given the difficulty of finding parking in Andorra. A standout feature is the rooftop terrace, which houses a lovely restaurant, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

I have been staying in the hotel during the first week of July. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the personnel are very kind and ready to help for anything you need. I highly recommend:-)

The most important plus was the value for money. It was very good quality for the price I had to pay.

It all gave a very good and clean impression. The staff was very helpful, very friendly and they spoke very good English.

The bar served delicious food until rather late which was very welcome as we had skipped dinner.

The room was spacy and clean. The shower was good.

But where they got most of my score is their private parking space. Yes, it costs extra but if you have several trips on 1 day it beats parking on the street and paying ticket after ticket. Andorra is very crowded and the streets are narrow. Even better that they also had electric charging. Super!

The only negative thing I can come up with is that the swimming pool was in maintenance the week we were there.

+ Walking distance to main shopping street (2 min), no more than 5 min to other attractions. Almost perfect location. Great breakfast buffet. Offers goodies for any taste. Great support for any problem. Room had very limited daylight. Reception was very supportive to provide alternative rooms for video calls.
- Cleanliness of the first three days room service. Sink was used to clean toilet cleaning utensils. Many rooms have limited daylight. Benefit, it is absolutely quiet.

Great hotel. Worth the money

The hotel is good, not too expensive and offers a good breakfast. On the downside, the beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms tend to become very hot. Turning the AC on with the lowest cold setting still pumps hot air into the room, we had to open our windows and let the freezing air in.

It's fair value for money. It's clean and cosy. People are very helpful. You might have some difficulties if you do not speak Spanish though.
