Not good value for the price. Not recommended
We stayed at the Mercure Andorra Hotel for a few days and, overall, had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the center of Andorra la Vella, within walking distance of the main shopping streets and with easy access to restaurants and attractions.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is very complete and varied, with high-quality sweet and savory options. The hotel also has good facilities, including a pool, spa, and gym, which is a great way to relax after a day of shopping or mountain activities.
However, we did find one minor drawback: there are no power outlets near the bed, which can be inconvenient if you need to charge devices like your phone or laptop at night. This would be a detail that could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.
The spa and location are the best things about this hotel !! Great to relax and being well located.
However the room needs massive improvement:
- no power plugs near the bed
- old curtains are with hole on them
- toilet is so near the wall that you can hit your knees at the wall while at the toilet
- bathroom curtain was old / dirty and needed to be replaced
Breakfast is OK with the exception of the noise the toaster machine was making (you can hear it at distance).
Dinner buffet is over priced for the quality and variety of the food.
Very well located in the city center.
The services and staff were excellent.
I recommend it.
