We had another great stay at the Piolets Soldeu Centre. Since the refurbishment, the rooms are very nice and the hotel is our favourite place to stay in Soldeu which we visit 3 or 4 times a year. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention must go to Cesar and Lorena, the bar staff. They were very friendly and gave excellent service.

Lovely last minute stay. Woman at front desk and the manager were both extremely helpful and spoke English very well which I appreciated. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I return to Andorra. They had a restaurant with a buffet but we didn’t eat there.

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our 7 night stay. The position is amazing-just a short walk to ski lifts and the bus stop is across the road. Our room was very clean and comfortable, looking out to the gondola and ski runs. The breakfast included was absolutely amazing- easily the best meal of the day! Also recommend doing the snow shoeing activity- its free with the hotel and lots of fun!...

Perfect location, fantastic room looking out to the gondola, bus stop right outside the hotel, amazing breakfast! Hotel Piolets is amazing. We had a triple room with balcony facing the slopes. Room was large and well appointed. The staff at this hotel are beyond fantastic. Every need is met with kindness and professionalism. The spa is super and well deserved after a days skiing. It isn’t busy in the spa and you can swim on the pool watching the gondala go up and down and the black run skiers race down. Lovely...

Excellent staff, location, price and food

This is a good place to stay while skiing. A gentle walk of about 150m to the gondola. The hotel has spacious ski locker room, although there is another at the gondola (€55 for 6 days!). Food here is fine with plenty of choice. Staff friendly.

Excellent stay at the Sport Village. Ideal location by gondola and chair lift, and 2 minutes from ski lockers and ski hire shop. Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Juan on the bar, who was always cheerful, incredibly attentive and observant and all round a perfect hotel employee. Beds were comfortable, Molton Brown toiletries were replenished daily and there was a good variety of food

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely food, very close to gondola and ski hire. The only issue was that we ordered a vegetarian picnic for the homeward journey and it didn't materialise. We were told to let reception know any dietary requirements, so I gave them a sheet with room number, name and a request for vegetarian food.

Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. If you are travelling in the summer season it can be quite quiet, so worth trying in the ski season also as the atmosphere...

Great location for skiing Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest. Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it.

Returned to this hotel, having last been here approx 25 years ago. Was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean the rooms were. Hotel with an excellent location when you come to ski! At the foot of the gondola where there are also 2 ski equipment rental companies. Good hotel in a great location.

Hotel well located, but aging. We spent a week there. BE CAREFUL during hot periods (summer): no air conditioning, it is very hot in the attic rooms for the family rooms, on the 3rd floor! intolerable ! A stone's throw from France, the staff does not speak French, and does not make the effort! Most of the staff are friendly, but at breakfast it's hard to get a smile! And the end time is the end time...

Let's keep it simple with a pros and cons review! Pros: cheaper than many other hotel considering position and season (ski season), free ski lockers, 30mt from gondolas (cable car), big, varied and tasty breakfast, nice mountain hotel-like mood with a nice hall with fireplace, pool table books and bar. It is becoming rare to find a good address like this for a family with children. We were warmly welcomed throughout the week of our ski vacation. The owners were very attentive to our various requests and did everything they could to meet them. I cannot thank them enough for their support when my vehicle broke down. They reacted as if I were a member of their family. We will come back next winter....

Nice aparthotel. The two bedroom apartment is really cosy, with ample shared space comprising a living room, kitchen and dining room. The bathroom is large and has a nice shower. Beds are comfortable, although they don't have light tables.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!

Staff simply great, you are with a family which takes care of you completely. Food is amazing, well worth the price. Views are great and the room id great as well. If you want to ski in Grandvalira this is the place to stay.

The food was good and similar to that of other bordas. However we had to wait a lot of time between the starters and the main course. In the end we left without dessert or anything because we were already tired. They apologized a lot, but at the time of paying they did not have any gesture of apology. I don't think we will go again.

The owners are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food delicious. Our group enjoyed lamb chops, onion soup, carpaccio, escudella, tart tatin and a brownie. Everything was flavourful and well prepared. Do make a stop after you’ve enjoyed a nice hike on Coll d’Ordino!

Great stay! We had the family suite which includes a bunk bed in a Snow White themed room. Absolutely everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fondue was delicious! The kids loved the spa pool. Definitely recommend!

The outdoor bar with seating that faced the valley was delightful. The best spot we found in Andorra to enjoy a view. The bartender promised that his cocktails were really good and he was right. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. Our apartment was spacious as it contained three bedrooms, but it did not have much of a balcony (room to stand only) and the master bedroom bathroom had a toilet with phantom flush.
