New experience to live in a traditional UAE traditional house which is renovated into modern motel with modern touches but maintaining the traditional simplicity and spirit of UAE traditional house’s personality.

Reasonable at the cost of 240 aed for 4 nights but I had to pay extra 180 due to agoda app scam.

I have stayed in 5* hotels from America, Europe, and Japan. I had the private room. All it had was 2 beds, a dresser, a cubby, wall outlets, AC/Heat/fan, a private sink, toilet, and shower, wifi, no window; This is 100% the best place I've ever stayed in my many travels. Staying here was one of joyful days I have spent in Sharjah. I like skipping the noise of life by coming to this peaceful and quiet spot.

I have been to bedspcaes in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.... This is the best so far. Best rates,Clean and organised,near public transport,Big departmental stores,Lulu village and Madina mall.Its a walk away to Sharjah and near the Dubai international Airport.

We had to book an room for one of our manger on immediate basis, they gave us room hassle free and the environment, ambience, maintenance of the property was great 👍 thanks guys

Breakfast need to improve, reception people are so friendly and helpful. Place is close to the metro station and lulu hypermarket good price and clean rooms.

Economical place for singles to stay with facility of single bed space and rooms with internet and air-conditioning. Wonderful infrastructure and located in mid of town. There is always que of booking so it's more appropriate to book in advance and keep credentials along. So far my experience is concern the staff is not much friendly and would pretend they are not English literate also will keep ignoring...

It's a good reasonable hotel for staying on short terms ,well cleaned and nearest to Airport.

Stayed there for one month with All inclusive package. Looking at the google review I was hesitant initially but as I have got the best price I decided to go ahead. However I was amazed with the 1 month experience I had, Room was big, very neat and clean, they clean it everyday, I recommend to have more and clear regional channels on TV for long stay peeps, food was okay nothing great. Easy access...

Nice area and clean but the problem is.. everytime the housekeeping arrive in the area where i stay its very noisy.. and i can hear also some voice from the other room... But over all this hotel is okey and good...

Hotel is good. Clean and very friendly cooperating staffs. Stay was nice. Cozy bed and old furnishings. Parking is really congested. Hard to get inside and go out specially with big cars.

Tulip building is a nice residence tower, It was a Hotel apartment before (Tulip Inn Hotel). Located at Ajman Corniche the best tourism area in Ajman. Facing waterfront and rare side towards the city of Ajman. Offering all amenities. Many free parking spots close to the building. It's skyline!!

It's a neat and clean place for stay in Sharjah at a comparatively lower expense. The surroundings are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were more than satisfactory. Overall, it's a great place.

Ok place. Area has everything you need. Pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket are walking distance. Acceptable facilities available. Try to negotiate on rates after walking in and you may get good deal. Free parking outside but it's not paved so your car may get dust.

Great location, quiet with no pool music, great breakfast and pool. We loved the shady grass area near the sea.

Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. checked in with the attentive Egyptian duty manager, she noticed I was exhausted from the long trip and kindly express checked me into a nice room. Ajman is a modest laid-back Emirate in comparison to the other bigger globally linked Emirates, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The local Shaikh of this small Emirate of Ajman developed the beach...

It was an hotel 3 years ago but now converted to residential building. It's a nice apartment building with dedicated parking and located heart of city. Very calm area and close to mosque and super markets and groceries. I personally advise it's good residential building and budget wise and facilities wise.

I had stay Room No 202 and i give him 8 out of 10 marks my Family Love to stay there and like to stay again when ever Come again on visit Ajman

The bedding is white which means it's not that clean. Also we are staying here for 3 weeks and the night we came in they were already asking for the rest of the payment when we just came off an 8 hour flight. There are tons of insects amd cockroaches too. But it's a place to sleep for cheap money.
