We've been there on Christmas ? 2019. It's a real flat what is very convenient. Supervisors are good, but some stuff in the restaurant can be unfriendly. It's in the city.Every thing you need is reachable. There is nearby park and lagoon. If you wish to go to Noor Island,it's just 10 minutes walk from hotel..The guest room is big enough for couple or family. It includes washroom,bedroom and living room .The sorrounding is very good for morning walk.

Was a good place to have a midday coffee with colleagues and friends. The AC was not the best. Weather was humid and requires to park close to the entrance. Walls are ceilings to floor glass which allow natural light and make the place looks spacious. I will visit it again for sure to meet some of my friends.

Best place for families..Very nice villas..Well maintained. Didn't got wifi there. But they extended our stay till evening for that. No other outdoor activities than swimming pool and a small play area..Resort location is in the city.So very easy to find. Recommended!

Ongoing construction, though the beach and the pool are accessable. It was specially pleasant that you offer real leaf tea at breakfast. I first time come across this. All FnB establishments in the UAE are aimed at coffee lovers, but you are one of the few who can please tea drinkers.

I had an amazing 2 night stay at this hotel in their new executive suite. The room were fabulous with smart features. Great ambience, amazing view from room and good hospitality. Staff friendliness. We have access to public beach, they have adults and kids swimming pool. Breakfast was good but need to have a good main course. Staffs at the reception are friendly and helpful.

Peaceful, calm and relaxing. We got a day pass to enjoy the beach and had complimentary waters and towels. The changing rooms are clean. The food was delicious. W The service was great. The property needs a complete refurbishment the carpet was too dirty. what is shown on the web and what is reality is chalk and cheese ..the management must get its act together. Everything about the hotel is ancient and completely wornout.. went for relaxation and came back stressed out. I spent 2 nights with my family. Hotel management were so nice and upgraded our room for free, so we a huge room with a sea view balcony. We enjoyed the pool and beach, pool depth vary from 120 cm to 230 cm, there is no (kids) pool, meanwhile the beach is well equipped with umbrellas, cafeteria, and showers. The underground parking is too small, so it is better to park your car in the free parking...
