I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ramada Hotel in Ajman! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home

Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping team was so accommodating, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch service

It felt like a personal touch that made dining here so much more enjoyable. The beach staff were also exceptional, always attentive and eager to ensure my comfort by the sea

A special shout-out to the chefs, who not only prepared some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had but also took the time to engage in warm and friendly conversations

Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference and made my experience even more enjoyable

Overall, my stay at Ramada Hotel was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service!

An okay hotel. Nice private beach. Almost all guests are Russian. Staff friendly, especially Yohan at the pool bar.

I found that 2 baggages are not loaded in my car and are still in hotel reception The hotel team is trying to solve this issue since bagages were with one ticket and staff forget to put in my car

I have been here for last 25 days, it a place to be and a nice place to stay as far as the room staff is concern a guy name GAUTAM has been taking care of our room since we are here he has been very good and efficient in his job

I remember Balaguru n i think Asif n few others who gives VIP treatment. Never do they stop ensuring we get everything such as the omani delicacies n the detox drinks. We are practically treated like royalties

It made our trip more comfortable. The place is very clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are good as well. Coming to the food, the breakfast buffet was nice, but the coffee is great

Golden Sands managed to groom the best employees be it from the bell boy to the waiters, the staff who greet us n the room service staff n excellent housekeeping. I personally give them ten over 5

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

The rooftop pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. The hotel is also well located, close to many supermarkets and restaurants

The room and bathroom was clean, the amenities were nice and the coffee shop at the lobby was very fast and delivered straight to the room. As mentioned above, the staff was extremely helpful and professional

Very efficient and friendly reception staff. I was checked in within 3 minutes and had the key in my hand right away. My room was spacious, comfortable, and included a desk with a nice skyline city view

This review is regarding my stay in July 2023 I was very happy with the location because I wanted to see a different part of the UAE however I had no idea that it was so difficult to get to during peak hour traffic - which in this area seems incessant

Occidental Sharjah Grand was the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. The hotel has a calm atmosphere with plenty of space to unwind, both by the pool and on the beach

The reception was wonderful, and the hotel celebrated our special occasion. They also upgraded our room as a gift. It truly deserves five stars — excellent location, responsive to requests, and very clean

We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!! Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach

There are two pools, including a dedicated kids pool with a play area, and the highlight was definitely the private beach. They even provided complimentry birthday cake for us, which made our stay extra memorable

Everything in this otele great. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Clean. Sauna, fitness free. One drawback - the sea is not enough sunbeds. And us ladies have to look for them and carry. This is one big minus.
