It's a nice 4-star hotel. It's pretty popular and busy. The staff are not even trying. Some of them could be nice as their nature. The rooms are clean, but maintenance may be an issue. We've been there on Christmas ? 2019. It's a real flat what is very convenient. Supervisors are good, but some stuff in the restaurant can be unfriendly. Good food, but wasn't red meat at all, so we I bought food for me in a Supermarket. But in general various fruit, salads, sweets. Seafood also good. Minus -no territory for kids. Junior suits are right above the road, we had to stay on the 6th floor, the hotel was fully booked and there were no other options. So we couldn't sleep the whole night coz of car noises. Was a good place to have a midday coffee with colleagues and friends. The AC was not the best. Weather was humid and requires to park close to the entrance. Walls are ceilings to floor glass which allow natural light and make the place looks spacious. I will visit it again for sure to meet some of my friends.

Good hotel but location and parking is extremely bad. Location is notorious for tailbacks almost 24/7 and the hotel is in a very peculiar location. Parking is blocked with barriers and guests must suffer for the same. Rooms are good though and cozy. If parking issue is resolved then this hotel is good and location remains a never-ending problem.

I stayed in Sharjah Palace Hotel from Tuesday, 9 April to Saturday, 13 April 2024 and it was a great experience. The staff was really nice and I would especially like to thank Mansoor, Qurratulain and Irene.

Restaurant is poor, food doesn't taste as it should be in hotels (not fresh). Service is low Location is poor due to the traffic area. Pool is not fansy but it will do. Price is fine as I reserved a full suite for almost 800 AED.

I was a bit hesitant when i read previous reviews initially. However, place is great. Clean, neat, easy check-in process. They may not have the best design award, but you get more than you paid for! Kudos to all team!

Recommended hotel. We were there in sharja for a wedding 👰💍🤵💒 stayed there for 3nights . The rooms were spacious and super clean with everything available on call. Pretty basic relatively cheap hotel. Rooms are ok, food is fine — lunch and dinner can be purchased separately for 50 AED and we are there regularly, my whole family liked what was offered. Very friendly staff and location is great if you come for the beach — the free public beach is just 5 minutes away. Not much else around, supermarket and aquarium are nearby, for all other locations you would need...

This place for the price is a jewel You're not on the beach but you can walk across the street to the beach The rooms are clean not the greatest but clean and the staff is wonderful. For the money I can't think of a better place to stay

Trusted staff. I forgot my iPad charger last October and still got it back last Saturday Nov 24. I called them about the charger 2 weeks after our last check out from the hotel and the staff keep it for me. Nice and grateful to them. Thanks to Mr. Vandish at the reception, he was very helpful.
