I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ramada Hotel in Ajman! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home

Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping team was so accommodating, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch service

It felt like a personal touch that made dining here so much more enjoyable. The beach staff were also exceptional, always attentive and eager to ensure my comfort by the sea

Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference and made my experience even more enjoyable

Tried it over the national day long weekend in Dec and the waves in the beach were so amazing, a mix of adventure and fun

A highlight of our visit was the prompt and thoughtful assistance we received every time we called reception for a wheelchair for my disabled mother. Their quick response and genuine care made a significant difference

The sea view from the hotel is breathtaking, and to our delight, there were fireworks on New Year’s, adding a magical touch to our stay

Next to the sea, the view from 16th floor conference hall was amazing.

We had half board and a standard double room on the 11th floor. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Cleaning was done every day, including changing towels

In the hotel, as already written, there is a good pool, jacuzzi in the open air and one more indoors with sauna and hamam. Everything is clean in good condition. The gym is small but everything you need is there

Beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, in twin room beds are large, one and a half. There are slippers and shower accessories, kettle, cups, spoons, tea and instant coffee, refrigerator

On the beach there is a bar, I bought a coconut there (not tasty). When we were there, the sea was just great - from complete calm to light waves, in which it is pleasant to dive, the water was clean

On my appetite food was always full and different, hot dishes changed. Cakes were surprisingly tasty. In general, I do not regret not a single dollar, we had a great vacation

There are a few restaurants and bars on location. Food is not bad but a bit pricey. Service is good and there is plenty of parking space

The room is good, although the bathroom is outdated and not suitable. The staff is cooperative and always smiling. The restaurant is wonderful, and the restaurant manager is more than excellent

The reception was wonderful, and the hotel celebrated our special occasion. They also upgraded our room as a gift. It truly deserves five stars — excellent location, responsive to requests, and very clean

The food is very good, although drinks at dinner are extra, but you can easily quench your thirst with watermelon and melon. There is a kettle in the room, a 1. 5 liter bottle of water, tea, and coffee

We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!! Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach

I have reviewed in the restaurant and can’t review anymore. Martin for his professional during our stay. He did our booking in 219 and 203 and we appreciate his prompt and smooth way of following the procedure

The beachfront restaurant is a great place to grab a bite. They’ve got a good mix of food, including tasty seafood and other international dishes

We actually had an opportunity to attend a wedding function there. Felt very calm and peace there. Best option for escaping from hectic world and be relaxed for sometime. There is a private beach attached to the hotel

Whether you want a quick snack or a full meal, the food is really good, and eating with a view of the ocean is a nice touch. The service is friendly and makes the whole experience even better

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Private beach with umbrellas and sun loungers

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent from start to finish — everyone was welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to housekeeping (Poe) and the Duty Manager for the early check-in and lovely room

The suite was huge and the view is on the sea. The hospitality is incredible, everyone was so friendly, the reception, the bell boy, restaurant team, and the housekeeping

It will start with the receptionist which will guide and welcome you as a guest Then the room boy that will assist you with your belongings towards your room The drivers of the bus going to the beach and coming back, which will understand your needs The pool life guards (all of them), will assist you with the guidelines and make sure that you and your family will be safe upon using the pool amenities

Here I would like to send a message to the management to thank everyone on my behalf, because unfortunately I didn't have a cash with me to give tips to them, even though they were super friendly, cheerful and supportive

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was decent in size and the amenities were well-stocked, but there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed

Good room in reasonable rate and very good staff

The front desk staff were very quick and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they were always helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night

I also appreciated the fact that I could order food from outside and have it delivered to the hotel, although I did have to come down to the lobby to pick it up
