Staff were always available and helpful and kind - from the baristas to the kids club staff to the restaurants and concierge etc. The hotel and facilities were gorgeous and relaxing

A serene place away from the bustle of sharjah crowd and traffic. This one is situated close to Ajman border. Close to the beach, valet parking and self parking options available

I remember Balaguru n i think Asif n few others who gives VIP treatment. Never do they stop ensuring we get everything such as the omani delicacies n the detox drinks. We are practically treated like royalties

The exercise gym had new equipment and well maintained. The breakfest at the restaurant was delicious. The cost of staying here was very reasonable. The stafff extremely helpful and professional

Golden Sands managed to groom the best employees be it from the bell boy to the waiters, the staff who greet us n the room service staff n excellent housekeeping. I personally give them ten over 5

A bell boy name Balla, he really went out of the way to help me out when I had a flat Tyre in the parking and he stayed there for me called the recovery guy and stood there till it was fixed

I have been to places but never before do i experienced such a great hospitality from a hotel

Very big and quiet rooms with good furniture and excellent air conditioning. Hotel is in a great location in the Corniche. Excellent, tasty and wide choice of breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym facilities

Only point of criticism would be that you guys need to change the bedroom carpets and bathrooms as they are getting slightly old now

The hotel view is nice direct to Almajaz Island and the gulf or Cornish. The food provided i could give 7/10. But you easily could find alot of restaurants and shops all around

We booked at Ibis Style Sharjah nearby, which rate is higher but the space is only half the room in Four Points

Their bathroom is even way bigger as well as the there is proper wardrobe cabinet with hangers and drawers for clothes

Depending on which restaurant you visit, some restaurants have a separate discounted price for individuals that have the all-inclusive package and others don't, which makes it even more confusing

Great location with very friendly staff members. Good sized and well decorated rooms. It's a little confusing as we got the all-inclusive package, but it doesn't actually include everything

Carlton Sharjah 4* decent hotel, no frills. In a very good location, 5 minutes to the city centre. Room service is good, no complaints. The room itself is clean, has a bathroom, TV, refrigerator
