Stunning waterfront view! Suite was spacious. Kitchen and appliances are well maintained. Front desk person Melody was very gracious. Adam was also very courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinner food were well prepared. We definitely got our money's worth.

One of the best hotels in sharjah, if not the best. I stayed here for 5 nights with my family, and saying that we enjoyed our experience there would be a huge understatement. Everybody who worked there was exceptionally nice and welcoming to me and my family. The rooms are very good, very elegant, neat, very plush and luxurious. It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The balcony view was extraordinary beautiful watching lake side towards the sea and sunset. This property is amazing, perfect staycation location!

We were sent here by the airport due to a delayed flight. The hotel and rooms are outdated, and everything is quite old. However, it’s clean and tidy. We had both breakfast and dinner—there wasn’t a lot of food, but it was tasty. The managers at the reception were extremely pleasant and accommodating

I had a fantastic stay overall. The room was nice and pleasant, but the front office staff lacked warmth and seemed robotic. The overall stay was still very good. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into account to improve their service in the future.

The room's floor is not covered well with carpets. Laundry too slow service. The location and view are great and accessible from different ways and a lot of restaurants around.

Nice location and quiet hotel. You have a carrefour hyper market in the same building 24hours and other shops and pharmacies. Yes, pharmacies not only one. A casual restaurants are only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the food is fantastic and affordable. The rate is affordable and reasonable enough. No regrets.

The room was very spacious, although a bit dated. The kitchenette was adequate and the washing machine was a plus for me. There was daily housekeeping which was nice. My only complaint was a smell coming from the drainage in the en suite bathroom which was remedied by my husband by pouring water into it from time to time. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location by the lagoon and the many restaurants...

Great location! Convenient and within walking distance of almost everything. Room size is larger than average. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service, especially housekeeping is good - staff are friendly and diligent. Special mention of Aijaz, a very pleasant and committed member of the housekeeping staff - regular and neat in his work.

It is a nice tower with direct sea and beach view, we enjoyed our stay at Wasim apartment. The staff there are very friendly.

Tulip building is a nice residence tower, It was a Hotel apartment before (Tulip Inn Hotel). Located at Ajman Corniche the best tourism area in Ajman. Facing waterfront and rare side towards the city of Ajman. Offering all amenities. Many free parking spots close to the building. It's skyline!!

Really I always have an amazing time in this hotel served by the most amazing staff who always care about everything to let customers feel comfortable .rooms are excellent and very clean .Pool is safe and suitable for both adults and children also the restaurant is very very good specially mutton mandi dish and tomato soup , breakfast also is very good and have many different dishes.

Great hotel and good prices for the excellent services they provide. Staff are very helpful, polite, and attentive. Plenty of parking spots and kitchen remains open until 1 AM. The convenient store and a LULU supermarket right behind the Hotel. Norma, was very helpful, she Upgraded us from normal room to 1 Bedroom Room!! I really Recommend this Hotel !!!

I stayed there more than once. Every time i stayed there it was nice and everything was good . This time i was there for more than 2 days I noticed cleaning service issues and the room was very small than usual

room was nice, the staff were lovely especially the filipina receptionist. the only downside was the location.. didnt feel safe as there were many bachelors. the view from window was nice. there were many restaurants and shops nearby. liked the room.. only downside was bathroom could be bit more nicer. breakfast was nice overall good experience.

upon arrival was very impressed but after a while you notice little things that aren't very welcomed, a missed cleaning scheduled and an impatient staff on the house keeping , but these were very minor issues in comparison to the over all services, great staff on the front desk and security , very helpful and friendly indeed , what i love is after staying there for 30 days , it started to feel more...

Ok place. Area has everything you need. Pharmacy, restaurant and supermarket are walking distance. Acceptable facilities available. Try to negotiate on rates after walking in and you may get good deal. Free parking outside but it's not paved so your car may get dust.

It's a great place to stay, there are some few details about the facilities but the staff gives you a great treatment as a guest.

It is ok for family. But the furnitures are old. View is good and clean. Price is also ok. Here are the views from balcony.

The Egyptian receptionists seem rude and have little self awareness. The rooms are good for families and the prices are affordable if you book online. Never walk in to book as the price will skyrocket. Checking-in takes a while also. If you get into their good graces they might bend a few rules for you if you request.

It was an hotel 3 years ago but now converted to residential building. It's a nice apartment building with dedicated parking and located heart of city. Very calm area and close to mosque and super markets and groceries. I personally advise it's good residential building and budget wise and facilities wise.

A nice place with parking facilities n the flats r also good. Not very posh buy still very comfortable.

Enough big room for small family. Studio Apartments. You will get cooking facilities if you stay longer.

Stayed 2nd time.. this time cleanliness was poor.. complained but house keeping could not eliminate small cockroaches from the room and kitchen. 3 stars for past experience.

I think its a Nifty hotel apartments in Sharjah. Little beat old, but not so crowdy. but i saw not many taxi driver know the way to hotel.
