Fantastic hotel, overnight stay, we arrived in the middle of the night and were received very warmly. The breakfast is fantastic and the prices are more than acceptable.

A charming hotel in an historic and well renovated period Ottoman era villa. The room we had was comfortable and spacious. There are level views from the balcony of the old and new towns and across the valley. It is well situated for the old bazaar quarter and castle. À highlight is the substantial breakfast available to be served on the terrace, the balcony or indoors. The staff are helpful and charming

Beautiful, quaint hotel with lovely old style Albanian furnishings. Classic! We took “the best” room #3, with king-size very comfortable bed with soft linens. Spectacular long window seat with full-on view of the mountains was extraordinary to lounge in at any time of day. Had a huge private bathroom down a hall with a soaking tub and shower. Very pleasant young team with good English in charge of reception and the breakfasts. Terrace with stunning views. Just on the edge of the old town - everywhere easy to walk to and friendly (but don’t go for the gastronomy) restaurants. A comfortable place to stay.

It's a simple motel for a couple of days' stopover. The staff is fast and friendly, good treatment, very good parking. There were no towels and the front desk resolved the issue quickly.

No elevator access to my room, which was awful. Not to mention key card didn’t always work. Lovely way down to the office after a day of walking. Really frustrating when you have mobility issues.

Nice and welcoming guesthouse run by a local family. The location next to the very old town is superb. There are plenty of places in a short walking distance to hang out, the neighbourhood offers stunning views and the staff was most helpful. One can enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the town. The castle is a short climb away.

Very nice hotel...a struggle to find, but worth it. Clean and tidy, nice staff with good English. Large room out front was comfy but you do get morning noise, i might have preferred no view as we didn't sit in the room at all.

Loved our 2 night stay here. The room and balcony area was really lovely and comfortable, and exceeded expectations from the photos we saw - the pictures didn't do it justice. This is absolutely the best place I have had the pleasure of staying. The room was nice, we had a little balcony with a view of the city and everything was in order. What sets this place apart, though is the family who runs it. They all went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. Room vas very clean, the bed was comfortable, the owner was very simpatic. Breakfast was very good. Many people in the comments complained about the location but we liked it. Hotel was located in quiet zone but close to the tourist places like for example the castle. It is true that hotel is located in high place and that google map leads through the wrong road, through stairs that you cant drive...

The room is so beautiful and the design is unique, one of the most beautiful rooms that I have stayed in. The shower is clean and spacious. The hosts were lovely and kind and the breakfast was served in the terrace. Highly recommended!!

Super nice small hotel with 3 rooms in the old town of Gjirokaster. Very clean, nice terasse where you get your continental breakfast. Its up on the hill, you should be in good walking condition.

Very good place to stay in Gjirokaster. Amazing hosts, amazing place and even more incredible breakfast. I only don't put 5 stars because we had a lot of troubles to find the place because google directions are not correct and we didn't get any message from the host explaining how to get there. Finally they had to come where we were and help us to get there.

This is the best Guesthouse we have been to in Albania. The location is amazing, just a few minutes from the bazaar and the castle. The host was extremely helpful with the arrival and our stay there, and even helped us to book activities around town. The breakfasts were yummy, in front of the inspiring views of the Gjirokaster stone rooftops.

Book in now! This place is just amazing - the host Edmond, plus his family made our stay unforgettable. The rooms are great - imagine you are staying in your own personal castle - chandeliers and all! But the hospitality was what made it special. We were able to try some homemade wine, and enjoyed the Best Breakfast on the deck with a view of the city. Thanks so much

This was a wonderful experience. The view from our balcony was incredible to say the least. The room and bathroom were lovely and our host Edmond was extremely helpful and considerate. The breakfast was amazing as well. Truly a wonderful stay in an incredibly gorgeous city!

Exceptional spot, right behind all the noise in a peaceful alley where you can rest before shopping or dine and wine. Literally 50 meters away from the central square and 10 mins walk from all you have to see in Gjirokaster. The manager was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was great! I would totally recommend it.

The hotel is not bad, clean and very well located. The owner a very nice and helpful person. It is next to a club and i could not sleep all night, till early morning. The breakfast was very limited and no options, just a cold byrek. Although the lady who served the breakfast was amazing.

Nice little place with all attractions neaeby.

The owner was very very helpful, gave us tips on where to go, and arranged a taxi for us one day when we wanted to visit the mountains on the other side of the valley.

Super Cute and clean, very center of old town. Owner is very accommodating. Third time we stayed here in Sept 2021 still super. But this time the bar was noisier than before, it’s a shame. 2nd time we stayed here. ❤️ Tiny boutique Hotel is excellent. I would suggest to get your own breakfast or coffee in the morning, so you can have more options.
