Our children were on single beds in the living area of the suite. The bedroom opens on to a balcony with the stunning, sweeping views of the mountainside and pool area
They are peaceful and relaxing with lovely sunbeds and the décor around the pool has been incredibly well curated. Stunning! We booked dinner in the restaurant for the first night and again we were apprehensive
The pool area is exceptional with three pools with panoramic views of the mountains and town and infinity pool on the top deck
The views are breath taking of the mountains, valley and Gjirokaster and the castle below. I cannot express how beautiful it is. An authentic Ottoman style room with carved ceilings and wooden four poster bed
The most prefect spot for an evening glass of champagne watching the wildlife and the sun set on the valley below. We could not believe how perfect it was. The room is well appointed and spacious and clean
To get to the hotel you have to drive to the top of the hill and just when you wonder what you have booked you sweep down a long drive way to this absolute gem of a hotel

Lovely small hotel in an old house, very close the bazaar centre. Good size rooms, modern bathroom. Also a small swimming pool and patio area where they serve a big and varied breakfast. Helpful staff, couldn't fault it
I can definitely recommend this small hotel. Very cozy, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and a little gym with a great view. Located right next to the old town
Then there was the pool! Our boys thoroughly enjoyed everything! And the breakfast was filling and delicious
We were considering a larger resort there, but I’m so happy we didn’t. Praga was closer and a short walk to the old town and…that big resort is not walkable to the sites
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s more like a boutique hotel or bed and breakfast. Wonderful welcome by the staff. Our room was spacious for our family of 4
The room was super clean and had modern and nice bathrooms. The air conditioning was perfect as it was super hot during our stay

The hotel itself is beautifully restored, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with stunning views of the stone rooftops and surrounding mountains
This is a beautiful hotel with European styling, lovely bathrooms, lovely woodwork, tea kettle in the room. Good water pressure in a compact shower so not for the obese. Plenty of lighting and two mirrors
We were a group of 10 people and had reserved 5 double rooms. Everything was great, comfortable rooms with all necessary equipment. Staff was very kind as gentle. Breakfast was included in room price and it was amazing
Located very easy walk to the Castle of Gjirokastra; Argjiro Hotel has been renovated to match the ambiance of the area with impressive and detailed hand-crafted wood working in the reception area
This hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Albania! The renovations were incredible. The woodworking and art were amazing and fine. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety of local flavors to start the day

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old bazaar. It is also easy to walk up to the caslte. Room was comfy and the views definitely are the selling point of this hotel
Amazing views from the hotel to the mountain. The restaurant where breakfast is served is on the roof, so it is beautiful to sit and eat whilst taking in the spectacular views
This hotel is just beyond the end of the road up to the town meaning you don't have to take your luggage too far! Modern hotel, stayed as part of tour group so can't comment on value for money
Fantastic location, 1 minute walk from the Grand Bizarre and 1 minute in the other direction to the cathedral. Restautants and bars are on the doorstep
Good bathroom, bit narrow but as a bonus the shower was powerful and had adjustable temperature control! Two bottles of complimentary water
We stayed in a twin room, 3rd floor at the end of a corridor. Room was largish and a pleasant temperature, some natural light

This is a lovely old well maintained hotel at top of Gjirokaster with great views over valley and hills. Rooms were in excellent condition and breakfast was amazing - the best we had anywhere in Albania
Absolutely stunning. You can see it from the main square and it’s easy to get to by walk. But the view was absolutely stunning. The breakfast was great and the service was wonderful.
The welcome from the receptionist was brilliant as he came and found us and helped with parking the car. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever eaten
Had an amazing time at Hotel Fantasy! Service was great! Breakfast was delicious! We couldn’t find parking and called the front desk and they were so helpful picking us up
The location and views were unbeatable! You get a view of the castle from breakfast! Super clean well maintained would romcommed!
