Fantastic hotel, overnight stay, we arrived in the middle of the night and were received very warmly. The breakfast is fantastic and the prices are more than acceptable.

(went there a few month ago) The owners were super friendly and helpful. And the location was very good, close to almost everything. The owner reccomend to take a walk to the castle even though the road is steep. We're glad she told us because we found lots of gorgeous places on our walk.

Located in the new town area. Good base at Gjriokaster if one carries heavy luggage. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop outside the main road gas station. However, it requires about 30 minutes steep walk to the castle. If anyone wants to walk less, a bus for 30 lek can bring you to the old town at uphill. Owner is extremely kind and helpful. The best value for money. The host with the warmest heart in Albania. The best place to get away but still be in the city. Comfy room. There are lots of nice restaurants around but they mostly serve chicken and also other things. Its a long walk to the castle but there are taxis around the corner if needed. What can i say for this friendly and really helpful couple? I needed a room last minute just for the night and their service and attitude was excellent. The lady speaks 3 languages and maybe more so you will definately get a great communication. The room and bathroom were so clean i felt sorry to use them :D Highly recommended.

Good service with a bit of introduction of the manager. The rooms are nice with air condition and good bathroom. A must to check is the terrace with amazing views like the castle. Priceless

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and I did a stupid thing. I do not want to elaborate just want to mention that the owner of the hotel showed exceptional help and generosity which I had not experienced in a long, long time. Comfortable beds, good breakfast included, very central location, close to castle and UNeSCO old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Family owned and operated. Good room rates. I would definitely stay there again when I'm next in Gjirokaster.

Exceptional spot, right behind all the noise in a peaceful alley where you can rest before shopping or dine and wine. Literally 50 meters away from the central square and 10 mins walk from all you have to see in Gjirokaster. The manager was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was great! I would totally recommend it.

The hotel is not bad, clean and very well located. The owner a very nice and helpful person. It is next to a club and i could not sleep all night, till early morning. The breakfast was very limited and no options, just a cold byrek. Although the lady who served the breakfast was amazing.

A smart hotel, well located in the centre of town, close to the shopping area but still a good trek up to the castle (but it is worth it). Nice rooms, but ours was at the back and faced a wall! Breakfast was good with the first selection of teas I'd seen in Albania. Bar service was also very good.

Old communist Hotel. Nice top roof restaurant with views of the city. Seminar rooms available for events. Room prices above average. Credit cards accepted. Rooms can be noisy due to car and buses passing by.

A nice hotel, good value for money. Breakfast is all you can eat, and it's served on the top floor so that you can enjoy a view of the city. Location of the hotel is also very good.

Traditional hotel built like a big family house with modern guest rooms. Every floor living room is decorated with traditional carpets, chests and other knick knacks. The rooms have carved ceilings. The breakfast is a big and plentiful.

On our 2-Week trip in Albania, this was our favourite hotel. Beautiful rooms, looking like they were recently renovated but with nice touch of traditional furniture. Stunning views. We got a warm welcome from the very attentive and helpful staff.

This is a beautiful hotel with European styling, lovely bathrooms, lovely woodwork, tea kettle in the room. Good water pressure in a compact shower so not for the obese. Plenty of lighting and two mirrors. Firm mattress and immaculately clean throughout. Excellent breakfast serving the expected plus cooked beets, beet greens and vegetables.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Albania! The renovations were incredible. The woodworking and art were amazing and fine. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. This was an amazing hotel. My room was so nice. The breakfast was very tasty and it’s on such a nice street. There is a terrace on the second floor which is beautiful, and also has a pretty view of the street I strongly recommend this for anyone with family or friends!
