The owner of the hotel is a great character, the staff is top notch, very sociable people. the hotel really gets all the praise, the location is great and also the atmosphere

Excellent service, cozy. The owner himself sits and monitors the guests' impressions. And also trees, on the second floor. Impressive.

and about the restaurant and the food not to mention the breakfast buffet that doesn't know what tastes better

It is a very nice new hotel with a lot of potential (modern rooms, rooftop terrace). I feel like you could do more with it, especially for a 4 star hotel i would expect more

So they couldn't help us with information or problems, however they were nice and friendly but you can't communicate with them - no coffee for breakfast was served. It's a minor thing but again I think it was weird

And in the small kitchen you can cook something during the day. The hotel also has its own private parking. It's a few minutes' walk to the sea. I am very pleased with the choice of the hotel

I liked the hotel. Clean, nice. Breakfast is served on the roof. The view is beautiful. The only drawback is that it takes about ten minutes to get to the beach along a not very nice road.

A recently opened family hotel (June 2021), the hotel itself and its rooms are absolutely new. The management is from Britain, so the service is very high, like in an expensive hotel

The premises are new and beautifully decorated, with an impeccable hygiene, the sheets and towels are regularly changed, the location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast buffet is fantastic, but the best quality of this hotel is the service

Mike and his family make you feel at home. They give tips on where to go for dinner, which beaches to visit etc. Breakfast is amazing! We can recommend everybody to stay in thus hotel when going to ksamil!

What a fantastic place to stay! We were so lucky to have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very new (opened in 2019) and has a modern look. Rooms are very clean and service is perfect

You will always be greeted with a wide smile and have all your needs as a guest fulfilled. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, and the city beach is just short walk away

Absolutely brilliant place , hotel is located just 4 min near beach , rooms are large king size bed with aircondition and balcony. cleaned daily and towel changed every day

We stayed at the hotel from September 3 to September 14, 2021! Wonderful hotel, the staff is kind, welcoming and friendly! The owner of the hotel saw off all the guests every morning and wished them a good day, the attentiveness of the entire staff was simply amazing !!! The rooms are spacious and clean

Breakfasts - for every taste, you need to restrain yourself so as not to overdo it))) When we left broken glasses, they contacted us and offered to send the forgotten things

Excellent boarding house. Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms with a balcony, guarded parking. Basically, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

And most importantly - when we returned from the sea to the room, we did not say: "Let's go to the hotel", we said: "Let's go home

On the ground floor there is also an exit to the terrace, where you can relax under an umbrella with a table and dry your things after the beach

Hotel esmerald is a great place. It’s family run and i must say the staff are amazing. They helped with anything we needed for example they reserved out seats for the beach. The mother and son duo are literally the best

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and they offer a variety of options (salty and sweet) and the staff of the hotel is very helpful and at your disposal for whatever you need

As we were the only guests, breakfast was on request and varied from day to day, including cereal, bread, cheese, cold meats, marmalade, honey, vegetables, fruits and sweets such as croissants and pancakes

It was a perfect experience and I will definitely visit it again in the future

We only had breakfast included, but there are a lot of restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Albanian seafood is something. The hotel is very well located. We are thinking about returning here this summer

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the central supermarket, where you can pay by card, access to the main beaches, but away from the noise

The room is excellent - everything you need is there. Comfortable new furniture, air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, TV (which has Internet access). The shower is clean, modern, comfortable

The balcony is spacious - dryer, table, chairs. Towels and linen are changed every day. The breakfast is very good - balanced, filling. I did not get tired of it for 21 days of rest)

Excellent hotel in Ksamil, Albania! The first thing I would like to note is the friendly and unobtrusive attention of the hotel owners. Solving all problems when they arise

Great location, very close to the seafront promenade and the beach. The structure is practically new. The staff is very friendly and available to lend a hand if needed. In my case they accompanied me by car to Saranda

The hotel is in the north edge of Ksamil but since the town is small the location is great. The room is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable and soft

The only downside is canalisation smells in the night when you open balcony doors, which can be prevented by closing the doors and turning the AC on. Dogs from the near fuel station are barking all night

This is one of the best hotels we visited in Ksamil, with maximum service, qualified staff and a very friendly owner, for me it has become one of the favorite distinctions that I suggest you visit

The hotel price and quality is probably one of the best i experienced here in Albania. The structure is rather new, service is friendly, breakfast is simple but considering the value is worth it

The hotel was at the beginning of Ksamil, which we cared about, but it turned out to be great because everything is close and in the evening it is quiet and you can sleep peacefully

We were here for 3 days and spent great relaxing holidays. We had a 6m by 4m apartment on the top floor. Thd location is also better than we thought. The beach is like 2 or 3 minutes walk

Really kind couple running the place, flexible with just about everything and overall a great experience! Was also really nice that it’s very close to everything while still being in the quieter part of town.

i would rate the hotel and and beaches to at least a 9 out of 10. Our children and us parents are amazed. Ksamil beaches and this vila are nothing like in the pictures. Its like white beaches everywhere

Nicer than Porto Katsiki(my favorite till now). Unbelievable quality for a funny price in May. Polite people, from bus staff to resaurant and caffes and hotel staff

Great big & clean room. Staff was super friendly, specially the lady who did our laundry. It's 5 mins walk from beaches & restaurants. Good value for money

We were delighted to stay in Hotel Mira Mare. The hotel has a wonderful location close to the main beaches. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is extremely rich

Good points: - if you think about the price you pay, it is fair - good location - you have a kitchen in the room which can be an extra for some people - staff is super nice and helpful - the view from the terrace is nice

They keep on bringing products for the breakfast buffet. The room is cleaned every day and towels/bed linnen are changed frequently

Don't book if you cant walk or drive uphill 20% up the road which leads to the hotel. Decent free parking, Free WiFi. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, the food is okay, kinda hit or miss

Bathroom shower need a little bit of renovation. The daily cleaning of the room was okay, although sometime they forget to put new clean towels or blankets. Very nice terrace view and ambiance

Sleeping on a rock would be more comfortable - breakfast is not great, although you have many different choices - you have to go up the hill to reach the parking and entrance, which might not be accessible for some - the bathroom is tiny - it is not well isolated in terms of noise

We had a very nice check in, the location is perfect, close to the beaches and many restaurants, the buses from and to Saranda-Butrinti stop a few minutes away

Room was spacious, had a gorgeous view of the beach, and we were able to watch the sunset on our balcony! We ended up staying an extra night because of how much we loved it and the hosts were extremely accommodating in letting us stay longer- they moved our bags for us and it was hassle free

Great place with very nice hosts. All spaces were very clean. Easy the get to the beaches and restaurants. We booked 2 rooms for 10 nights at a very good price.
