I usually don't write comments, but I have to praise the owner and the apartment itself. The staff is phenomenal, always at your service and always ready to help. The apartment has a sea view, 20 m from the beach, friendly people and very professional. For every recommendation🥂

Hotel Esmerald is a great place. It is a family run hotel and I have to say the staff are amazing. They helped with everything we needed, like making beach reservations. The mother and son duo are literally the best. We felt so welcomed, like it was our home.

This is not a hotel, it is a fake hotel, naming is misused online for marketing purposes. It hasn't a reception, the room has been cleaned after the third day. It is a building consists of multiple rooms with integrated kitchen without kitchen utensils. The shower in the bathroom wasn't really clean and the doors in shower were broken. The house lady was very supportive and the beachs are not so far from hotel by foot. I wouldn't recommend to book a room in this building.

Hotel esmerald is a great place. It’s family run and i must say the staff are amazing. They helped with anything we needed for example they reserved out seats for the beach. The mother and son duo are literally the best. We felt welcomed like it was our home.

We booked a Studio via booking.com more than 1 month before (in June) , it was confirmed but 3 days before arrival the owner wrote to us that there would be other people in our studio so we had to find another one. Of course we did not find studio with same quality (location & sea view) in middle of July. As we heard in Ksamil from other owners, this owner usually do same things when he find guests for higher price and/or longer time. THIS OWNER IS A SHAME! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
