My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters. The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot

Overall we had a really good experience here. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and is served quickly! My one criticism is that the kitchens in the rooms don't really have basic things like a bottle opener, chopping board, etc.

The room was quiet. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced! The front desk lady was very welcoming and the waiter also helped to make a phone call to arrange a chartered car for a day trip. It was a great experience!

Great room as well service! You feel welcomed from the start. The owner lady was really helpful and gives you tips on where to go and what to see. Location wise this is perfect to explore Ksamil (situated very centrally). Rooms were clean but relatively basic. The staff were quite blunt which comes off as unfriendly but could just be a cultural thing. There was one guy who did coffee orders every morning and worked incredibly hard (from 7am-12am) every day who was really friendly and nice to interact with.

The house is very well made, the rooms are big with a good location on the terraces. The air conditioners are powerful enough to cool the room even in the hottest weather. The kitchen equipment is defective. The only recommendation is not to turn off the refrigerator when there is no presence in the room.
