My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters. The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot

Overall we had a really good experience here. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and is served quickly! My one criticism is that the kitchens in the rooms don't really have basic things like a bottle opener, chopping board, etc.

The rooms are somewhat big and in a very good condition. The view is good. They change the sheets and the towels every other day and they clean every day. There is a problem with the hot water, sometimes there isn't any and when you use it, due to the change of pressure, the water is changing temperature itself. Also there is a problem with the toilet paper, they almost never give you. The breakfast...

The owner of the hotel is a great character, the staff is top notch, very sociable people... the hotel really gets all the praise, the location is great and also the atmosphere... and about the restaurant and the food not to mention the breakfast buffet that doesn't know what tastes better... the dinner is also top notch... overall 10/10 for them...

Fantastic Hotel and service from this lovely family run business in beautiful Ksmail Albania, defiantly the best in the area, we stayed here for a week and enjoyed every minute, amazing sea food here and in the town, crystal clear blue water and your own reserved seating/umbrella on the front row of the beach for two each morning. Haven't been using hotel services but I've used beach and restaurant amenities. The beach is nice, with usually calm and clear water. The restaurant is very nice as well. The food is tasty and the service is fast. But the verdict receives three stars and that's only because of the music. Hotel Esmerald is a great place. It is a family run hotel and I have to say the staff are amazing. They helped with everything we needed, like making beach reservations. The mother and son duo are literally the best. We felt so welcomed, like it was our home.

The room was quiet. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced! The front desk lady was very welcoming and the waiter also helped to make a phone call to arrange a chartered car for a day trip. It was a great experience!

Great room as well service! You feel welcomed from the start. The owner lady was really helpful and gives you tips on where to go and what to see. I am just coming back from my 7 days stay at the hotel and I can definitely say that was the cleanest hotel with the nicest staff ever the brother owners were always there and make sure everything is going good. The hotel is in the north edge of Ksamil but since the town is small the location is great. The room is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable and soft. At the beginning there was no hot water in the shower (just warm) and the lady at the reception was really kind and took care of it quickly (the hot water came back fast).

The hotel price and quality is probably one of the best i experienced here in Albania. The structure is rather new, service is friendly, breakfast is simple but considering the value is worth it. There is a very beautiful beach just 5 min walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home.
