The hotel is located perfectly in Ksamil and it has a free parking. The room was spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly and is always available to help if you need anything. I totally recommend this place if you gonna stay in Ksamil.

The room was clean and they were cleaning it every day. The breakfast was really delicious and offering a variety of foods. Everything is nearby and the owners and the staff are super-friendly. There's always someone on-site available to help you out with parking or anything that you might need. We really enjoyed the overall stay here. Would 100% come back! :-)

Real friendly hosts. Gave insider tips for beaches, trips and restaurants. Very prompt service and anticipating probable additional help by providing additional blankets for cool nights. Hotel is close enough to the beach.

Great location! In 5 minutes you are on the beach or in the center. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is brought directly to the room and if you have any questions or problems, you can always help.

Agreement about type of room, made before our trip, wasn't accomplished when we arrived. Most of the rooms are modern, reconstructed and clean at the beginning but you have to ask for regular room cleaning, changing towels, sheets, toilet paper, everything which should be by default. Absolutely brilliant place , hotel is located just 4 min near beach , rooms are large king size bed with aircondition and balcony. .cleaned daily and towel changed every day . Friendly staff and secure parking for you vehicle ..clean throughout hotel which is spotless.. you can enjoy seeting outside in tenda which quite relaxing place.. Artin was amazing and so helpful. He gave us a lift into Sarande and the breakfast was delicious with homeade fig jam and honey was so tasty.

We had an unpleasant experience at first because we had already paid for the hotel and they insisted that we pay again, as they should not be finding our reservation in their system, they even gave us the card machine with the amount already written in it for us to make the payment. We insisted that we had already paid, showed them the booking code and after about 10 minutes they saw that we were correct...

We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The hotel serves tea/coffee/ juice with breakfast that sofia will also try to cater to requests

Great hotel. Run by a very friendly and helpful family, especially Indrit who was a perfect host and gave excellent recommendations. Rooms are large, comfortable and spotlessly clean, ours had a nice view of the sea with a balcony, fridge, air con, everything you need! Located very close to the main strip in Ksamil so only 3 mins to the beaches. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Vila Kapo for 10 nights from 15th of August 2022. The room is super clean, as it is whole house/hotel, and the yard. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the towels and bed sheets are changed every third day. Ludmila the owner is very friendly and hardworking lady.

Top Top Top we arrived here for the first time, always happy. Modern rooms with top facilities and a great view of the sea 🌊. Ludmila and her husband very nice family and hospitable. Only to recommend gladly again here
