Prima mooi hotel iets buiten het centrum van Ksamil. Wij waren er in mei 2025, oftewel het voorseizoen en dat is meteen ons advies: kom in het voorseizoen! Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean. A few minutes walking away is Sheqer lake park with a large private pool and good restaurant, also a lot more relaxed than Ksamil beach.

It's a small family running hotel, new one. All arrears very clean. We didn't need a cleaning but they asked us if we want to change towels or sheets every day. Breakfast are served and they prepare everything the way you like. Owners are there every minute for you and doing there best, very nice and polite. Great location! In 5 minutes you are on the beach or in the center. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is brought directly to the room and if you have any questions or problems, you can always help.

Agreement about type of room, made before our trip, wasn't accomplished when we arrived. Most of the rooms are modern, reconstructed and clean at the beginning but you have to ask for regular room cleaning, changing towels, sheets, toilet paper, everything which should be by default. The room was clean and they were cleaning it every day. The breakfast was really delicious and offering a variety of foods. Everything is nearby and the owners and the staff are super-friendly. There's always someone on-site available to help you out with parking or anything that you might need. We really enjoyed the overall stay here. Would 100% come back! :-)

What a wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are good, with a lovely buffet breakfast. The room and pool areas were immaculately clean. A 10minute walk from the beautiful beaches and restaurants, with lots of different types to choose from. Would recommend.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa al Sunshine Ksamil! Le camere erano pulite, moderne e molto accoglienti. La piscina era perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata al mare, e la colazione inclusa era varia e deliziosa. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Ideale per coppie e famiglie. The hotel is new and so clean. Breakfast is really good and you can choose from many things. Parking is next to the hotel. Internet is working well.

lovely little hotel newly built in 2019 everything you could want from a cheap hotel with a nice breakfast.It is a little hard to find as google maps has it wrong,so stop by the statue of the dancing men on the main SH81 as you come into Ksamil phone and the owner will come and show you the way.

We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Vista Mare. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Although we didn’t have a sea view, the location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil!

I highly recommend the Afa Hotel, we stayed here for 7 days at the end of June 2025. The hotel is clean and with very kind and welcoming staff. The hotel is located right in the city center, 250m from the sea with a very beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. The food is very tasty and the waiters are very kind. We will definitely return to this Hotel.

Ate at the restaurant on our first night in Ksamil. Had the mixed grill with a country salad. Was plentiful and delicious. Enough food for at least3 people. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Will definitely return for a repeat visit!!

We stayed there for a week in August. It was me and my boyfriend. The location is really excellent. The breakfast was super plentiful and we also had lunch one day and it was all good. Had some amazing shrimp. Both the breakfast and lunch guy are a kind person. The room was spotless and had an amazing view.

This is a lovely small family hotel. Everything is like on the photos. The apartment is very clean, with new furniture. Breakfast is very good. The owners were very friendly and helpful - they even washed our beach towels and clothes when we asked and didn’t charge it. I highly recommend this place, good value for the money!
