Myself and my son stayed here on weds 26th October 2022,we parked our car in the main drive,we were warmly greeted by Violet the Hotel owner and her husband I would guess they are in their early 60,s. In the foyer there are sofa,s and to the left is the breakfast area.Theres a small 2person lift.This is cheap accommodation and it shows im afraid,mainly with plumbing issues in bathroom but you do get...

The hotel is located perfectly in Ksamil and it has a free parking. The room was spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly and is always available to help if you need anything. I totally recommend this place if you gonna stay in Ksamil.

The room was clean and they were cleaning it every day. The breakfast was really delicious and offering a variety of foods. Everything is nearby and the owners and the staff are super-friendly. There's always someone on-site available to help you out with parking or anything that you might need. We really enjoyed the overall stay here. Would 100% come back! :-)

What a wonderful hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are good, with a lovely buffet breakfast. The room and pool areas were immaculately clean. A 10minute walk from the beautiful beaches and restaurants, with lots of different types to choose from. Would recommend.

The hotel is new and so clean. Breakfast is really good and you can choose from many things. Parking is next to the hotel. Internet is working well.

lovely little hotel newly built in 2019 everything you could want from a cheap hotel with a nice breakfast.It is a little hard to find as google maps has it wrong,so stop by the statue of the dancing men on the main SH81 as you come into Ksamil phone and the owner will come and show you the way.

Great location! In 5 minutes you are on the beach or in the center. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is brought directly to the room and if you have any questions or problems, you can always help.

Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean. A few minutes walking away is Sheqer lake park with a large private pool and good restaurant, also a lot more relaxed than Ksamil beach.

It's a small family running hotel, new one. All arrears very clean. We didn't need a cleaning but they asked us if we want to change towels or sheets every day. We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Vista Mare. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Although we didn’t have a sea view, the location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend the Afa Hotel, we stayed here for 7 days at the end of June 2025. The hotel is clean and with very kind and welcoming staff. The hotel is located right in the city center, 250m from the sea with a very beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. The food is very tasty and the waiters are very kind. We will definitely return to this Hotel.

Ate at the restaurant on our first night in Ksamil. Had the mixed grill with a country salad. Was plentiful and delicious. Enough food for at least3 people. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Will definitely return for a repeat visit!!

We stayed there for a week in August. It was me and my boyfriend. The location is really excellent. The breakfast was super plentiful and we also had lunch one day and it was all good. Had some amazing shrimp. Both the breakfast and lunch guy are a kind person. The room was spotless and had an amazing view.

This is a lovely small family hotel. Everything is like on the photos. The apartment is very clean, with new furniture. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home.
