We stayed here for 6 nights in early July 2024, and the hotel is ideally located just outside the busy Saranda town. The beach is closely, however you will have to cross a small river (knee deep water) to go to the beach. The hotel is run by a family and they go out of their way to help you. Villa Erdeti is one of my favorite hotel. The views are great. It is really cheap in comparison with other hotel. The breakfast is really tasty and fresh. The owners are soooo nice. The hotel is very close to the really nice beach. Every room has air conditioning

The family run business was a superb experience! Always friendly, large big and clean rooms and a decent breakfast (served only between 9am-10am). Though its a bit remote from Sarandë city centre (about 40min walk due to the river you have to cross) it is nice situated at the south side and you can watch a nice sunset from the roof terrace! Fantastic! Great hosts, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms with really nice bathrooms (and showers!). A bit of walking needed to get to the city centre/ beach but really worth staying with this fantastic, hospitable hosts!

Gastgeber, sowie Unterkerfunt waren perfekt. Die Unterkunft wurde täglich perfekt gereinigt und der Gastgeber war stets mit Tipps und Ratschlägen da um uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. 5 Sterne - wir kommen wieder.

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. I stayed for 2 weeks in July in the fabulous terrace of these apts relax apartments of Mr. Nicola, a very kind and helpful person together with his wife. Impeccable cleaning, done a couple of times a week with relative change of towels. Structure located in a quiet place a few hundred meters away from the center of the beautiful Saranda. I highly recommend.

My family and I stayed in one of the Relax APTS Saranda apartments for 15 days. The structure is well-kept, clean and has private parking. The owner, Nicola and his family, are wonderful people, always present and available. At the Mea hotel, also owned by Nicola, a few meters from the apartments, we enjoyed excellent breakfasts with excellent coffee. .. The restaurant below the hotel is also excellent...

A lovely apartment .. beutiful sea view .. apartment had everything we need and not too far from the promenade approx 20 mins walk.. beutiful beach near by .. however there is still some construction work in the area
