Location was amazing Night duty staff helpfull but was very helpless because he was the only one on duty in the entire Resort. Literary Zero facilities

The private beach is nice, clean and good for families with kids. There is also a playground for children, as well as a fast food and a restaurant. The toilets by the beach could be cleaner. The sunbeds are like 50% more expensive than last year, and it is necessary to get there before 8 am to get a spot in the peak season.

Pros: nice private beach with calm water and clean area. Rooms are good and as described. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful. Cons: WiFi in room did not work well. Hotel is far from the city center. Room safe was not bolted down and technologically unsecure. Baby chair at breakfast does not have a strap. Beach/pool towels are not available after 3 or 4 pm.

We stayed in Apartment 7 which had an amazing view, large private outdoor decking area with table and chairs, the master bedroom over looked the sea and Corfu. Everything was spotlessly clean and we had an abudence of clean towels everyday. It was a 2 minute walk to the sea. Out Apartment had its own Wi-Fi router which kept the kids happy. It was a 10 -15 minute walk to all the main bars & restaurants...

Very nice hotel our stay was pleasant at this hotel, we enjoyed the swimming pools and nice view from our room. The best thing about this hotel was breakfast and I give it a 5 star for that, breakfast was professionally displayed and it was absolutely spotless perfection. Good hotel would return and recommend. The hotel interior & rooms were good & clean, & breakfast really tasty! But the pool and the sealine was very small for a 5 star hotel, Sea with big rocks that doesn't let you swim, you should take beach shoes if you like to stay safe!

Wild experience of a hotel, artistic at every corner and amazing little pockets to explore! Only unfortunate issue with our stay is that the hotel and all it's spots and facilities weren't fully functional as we went off peak season. A perfect place for relax and good vacations, good price and a lot of services. You can try the sauna that is lovely and Hi class condition. The interior is perfect look like Gaudi Art Design and all the rooms have the view from the sea side. I recommend for everyone to come and anjoy this beautiful Hotel In Saranda

Extremely welcoming and satisfying staff and absolutely fantastic location. Rooms were clean and nice. For breakfast you have to walk 30m to another restaurant, which would be no problem if the food there (Banana restaurant or something) was not absolutely terrible, and you will need to visit another restaurant because the breakfast is only enough for a 6 year old. We also had no cold water (!!)...

Beautiful hotel, big rooms, nice staff. Central location. Breakfast is ok, but they should fill up food and drink during the breakfast. If you come between 9 and 10 Its not alot food left and the coffee is cold. Would be 5 stars if they did something about that. I recommand this hotel.

Far away from the city centre but in middle to the roads to Ksamil 12 price very good not expensive.

Vacationing family in September, loved the hotel. Clean, very comfortable, cleaned every day, there are all the facilities in the room. Very friendly staff, the service is at a high level. I recommend this company. We had 4 of them rented Jimny Jeeps. No problem, everything is fine. The boss in the office was very nice and willing to help. I would not recommend.

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in Albania. It is located about a 5 minute drive from Saranda’s main promenade and it has its own private beach. There is a pool and the grounds are immaculate.
