The Hotel itself was very close to the sea, staff very friendly, a very stylish hotel inspired from Gaudi style , very nice decorated. Rooms were nice and quite with a beautiful view directly to the sea which was astonishing especially the sunsets.

Only came here for the pool and sunbeds. 3000 Lek for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella is to much. The pool was dirty almost every day and there was not enough water to filter the water. The kids pool is to deep and not closed of to the adult pool. The bar is playing loud albanian music all day so don't expect to have a calm day. The food is ok at the restaurant. The kids playground is nice.

The private beach is nice, clean and good for families with kids. There is also a playground for children, as well as a fast food and a restaurant. The staff is incredibly kind, and the food (and cakes) in the hotel restaurant is top tier. After a week with luxury on Santa Quaranta, we know for sure we will be back. By far one of the best hotels in Saranda.

Great Hotel for the value. Must be off season but the price was extremely low for the service which was provided. Helpful staff, clean rooms which were renovated this year as they said. Turned up without a booking in the off season at Sarande. Mainstream car rental offices unmanned and locked. Within 30 minutes driving out. Car was old but drove well and had plenty of pull. Drop off uneventful. Cheap and efficient. Met the owner, nice guy. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Kalcuni in Saranda. The hotel is in a great location, just steps from the beach and a short walk to stores and restaurants. It was convenient for exploring the area and is also quite close to the ferry terminal for Corfu. The staff were great and very helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. An in demand hotel and rightly so! Super location just south of the beach with incredible views of the promenade and sea. 6th floor is the way to go! Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but don’t let that put you off booking (as long as you can secure the right room!).

Great hotel on a magnificent location due to the great view. There is a great staff around. Very friendly and helpful. We are traveling with a camper and they let us park the camper in the garage below the hotel and we could plug in electricity. Rooms are clean and the bed is great! We stayed 12 days at the hotel . All the hotel staff was fantastic, helpful and incredibly familiar, always smiling and cute for any thing. I wouldn't class this hotel as 4 star. The standard room was pretty basic especially when it comes to the furnishings, we was given a balcony but the view was mainly of the road. Our bathroom kept flooding after taking a shower and I continuously told the receptionists but nothing was done to fix it. Housekeeping could have also done a better job with cleaning the rooms, they would take our towels...

Average stay, hotel offering a spacious room for a family and parking. It is not located in the central part of the seafront so to eat at the Clow point you have to walk or settle for restaurants near the hotel. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed a bit in the rooms, especially the bathrooms and breakfasts with packaged croissants.
