This is a super cute place right on the beach. I don’t know what parking is like, it was a little tricky getting in there with a car. Each room comes with an umbrella on a small beach. We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Vista Mare. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Although we didn’t have a sea view, the location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What a fantastic place to stay! We were so lucky to have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very new (opened in 2019) and has a modern look. Rooms are very clean and service is perfect. Haven't been using hotel services but I've used beach and restaurant amenities. The beach is nice, with usually calm and clear water. The restaurant is very nice as well. The food is tasty and the service is fast. But the verdict receives three stars and that's only because of the music. My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters. The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot

Overall we had a really good experience here. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and is served quickly! My one criticism is that the kitchens in the rooms don't really have basic things like a bottle opener, chopping board, etc.

The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home. Butrint National Archaeological Park opens at 9 a.m., and we arrived 40 minutes early, so it was the perfect time for a coffee. Luckily, this place was here. It may be a bit run-down and not the cheapest, with coffee twice the price of Ksamil, but the friendly service and good coffee made up for it. We went to the Restaurant after visiting the Butrint park. We ate a vegetables risotto, a fish soup and grilled vegetables, it was very tasty. The waiter Edere (I don't know if it is written like that) was very nice to us.

Nice hotel right next to Butrint National Park. We had lunch here before entering the park next door. The place looked very pleasant and staff were very friendly. I ordered the linguine napolitana which was simple and fresh. I enjoyed my lunch here. We also enjoyed the cats and dogs roaming around the courtyard as we ate. They provided ample entertainment. Hotel is next to Butrint UNESCO heritage site and is the perfect place to stay if visiting the site. Staff are really friendly, food good and rooms comfortable and clean. We recommend!

We had a dinner at Livia twice during our holidays and we really enjoyed them. The staff and owner are very friendly and they have a lovely dog if you are lucky enough to meet him. Restaurant is tidy and clean in a lovely environment and very close to Ksamil. Is also worthy visiting Butrint Archaeological Park which is right next to the hotel. Definitely recommended!!
