We walked from the bus to the hotel, and arrived very hot and sweaty. We were met at the desk by the charming Sophie who gave us all the info and gave us our room keys. From there it was beach and pool all the way

It is said that the best hotel in the Saran area. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner is not working well. The breakfast is not self-service, which is a bit small

I saw that other room types are a bit small when passing by. It is recommended to choose this room type directly. It is not bad for the money for a visit

I came for holiday with my family here. The hotel is very nice. Rooms with AC, comfortable beds. The view is amazing- you wake up everyday looking at the sea. Bartender Erika is the best! Very talkative and kind :))

The hotel is located on a hill, so you should expect some walking up and down — going down is easy, but the climb back up requires a bit of effort unless you have a vehicle

We stayed here for a week and found it to be good value for money. The location was fantastic,a deck with sunbeds facing the ocean, a decent-sized pool, and good drink service

Room safe was not bolted down and technologically unsecure. Baby chair at breakfast does not have a strap. Beach/pool towels are not available after 3 or 4 pm

Only came here for the pool and sunbeds. 3000 Lek for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella is to much. The pool was dirty almost every day and there was not enough water to filter the water

Eris was very nice and professional. Great options for choosing the sea or the pool. One large beach, one entrance with a high jump or just rocks and a ladder (stairs too). The fast food outside was great

The sunbeds are like 50% more expensive than last year, and it is necessary to get there before 8 am to get a spot in the peak season

The property was in lovely condition looked really nice outside and inside my room was also as described really spotless the view from the Balcony was outstanding yes this is a really good hotel nothing i can say to fault it because there wasn't any thank you to all the really friendly staff in the hotel

However, the couch, bed and pillows are very hard and thus a bit uncomfortable. There is ample choice for breakfast, but overall it is average. The room doors are not sound proof at all, so night sleep might be disturbed

Quite retro looking, but cute in its own way. Parking available in front of the hotel, sea view is great. Beaches and restaurants close. The room and balcony were large

Great air conditioning, clean comfortable rooms, good wifi, there was nothing we didn’t like. Special mention to Nora at the front desk who was superb and young Dion who will clearly be running the place soon

Very friendly only female personal (Nora, Neri, Alisia in reception). They were very supportive regarding providing tips for beaches, restaurants and excursions. Very good rooms which were cleaned every day

We stayed at the 6th floor (highest) with excellent view over the bay. Every morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast with a beautiful view over the bay as well

Beautiful hotel, big rooms, nice staff. Breakfast is ok, but they should fill up food and drink during the breakfast. If you come between 9 and 10 Its not alot food left and the coffee is cold

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the center, but that just means you’ll sleep well at night. Pool area was a nice touch as well

Mario who works at the front desk is very helpful and polite and offered us a bigger room with a sea view. In addition, at every step during the entire stay, he made sure that we did not miss anything

The children's pool was not clean at all. You could really see that the operators didn't care at all. There was a cable (I don't think it was connected) hanging out of the side of the pool

A very nice hotel it the heart of Sarandë. The view on the first picture is taken from room #405. It has an awesome little pool you can dip into as you can see on the second picture

We had a very lovely stay hear, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are basic but have everything you need and very clean. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was great

The pool area was very clean and inviting and your only a stone throw away from the beach. Your a 5 minutes walk from the very central part of sarande were you have all the bars and restaurants with a lovely chilled vibe

The Elvis bar is a must visit especially on a Saturday night, A big thumbs up from us and we will definitely be back again

Pool looked clean but we didn't try as majority of time we were there it was shaded. Can imagine in high season would be lovely. Beach and seafront a few minutes walk away

We had a pleasant stay overall, largely thanks to the exceptional receptionist who definitely deserves a raise. He was incredibly sweet, always helpful, and made our experience truly memorable

I asked to get a better pillow and they tried to get it for me immediately without any problem. We also took a boat trip, which we highly recommend. On the downside, a few issues affected our stay

There are 2 Mucobega hotels, 1 and 2. 1 as its closer, in fact right in front of the sea. Rooms are basic, but spacious enough. Very nice balcony overlooking the sea. Good wifi throuhout the property, including the beach
