Very comfortable bed, dinner was very nice, amazing views around the resort, private beach

Location was amazing Night duty staff helpfull but was very helpless because he was the only one on duty in the entire Resort. Literary Zero facilities

The private beach is nice, clean and good for families with kids. There is also a playground for children, as well as a fast food and a restaurant. The toilets by the beach could be cleaner. The sunbeds are like 50% more expensive than last year, and it is necessary to get there before 8 am to get a spot in the peak season.

Pros: nice private beach with calm water and clean area. Rooms are good and as described. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpful. Cons: WiFi in room did not work well. Hotel is far from the city center. Room safe was not bolted down and technologically unsecure. Baby chair at breakfast does not have a strap. Beach/pool towels are not available after 3 or 4 pm.

We really enjoyed staying in the hotel. It is small and quite with amazing views from the balcony. The food was delicious and the meal size is huge! One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in Albania. It is located about a 5 minute drive from Saranda’s main promenade and it has its own private beach. There is a pool and the grounds are immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and an array of options that you could order from the staff. Service was great. Would definitely go back.

I recommend this company. We had 4 of them rented Jimny Jeeps. No problem, everything is fine. The boss in the office was very nice and willing to help. I would not recommend.

Basically good. But first time ever I have had to wash the car myself before return so they could check if there was any damage.

For breakfast you have to walk 30m to another restaurant, which would be no problem if the food there (Banana restaurant or something) was not absolutely terrible, and you will need to visit another restaurant because the breakfast is only enough for a 6 year old. Great hotel on a magnificent location due to the great view. There is a great staff around. Very friendly and helpful. We are traveling with a camper and they let us park the camper in the garage below the hotel and we could plug in electricity. Rooms are clean and the bed is great! We loved staying there, as well as we loved the receptionists and the waiters. They all were very kind and helpful with us. They did the best to to do anything we asked. They recommended programs and sights. We love them and once if we can, we want to go back there.

My family and I stayed at hotel #1 for a week. The beach area is great location and as well the service at the beach is good, but the restaurant food it needs to improve. More variety in the morning buffet and better dishes for lunch and dinner. The owners make take it serious to hire a manager with experience and a good chef and make this place the best in Saranda.

There are 2 Mucobega hotels, 1 and 2. We stayed in the older Nr. 1 as its closer, in fact right in front of the sea. Rooms are basic, but spacious enough. Very nice balcony overlooking the sea. Good wifi throuhout the property, including the beach. Very good breakfast and private free parking. Best of all, the hotel is secluded in a bay, away from Saranda hussle with a very nice beach
