Just a simply fantastic hotel, lovely food, great rooms and beautiful beach. What tops it of is the staff, especially the waiters (Erind and co) simply brilliant and you couldn't ask for more. Thank you boys

It was very high quality food. Service is at the highest level. They were very accommodating to us as English speakers and our waiter even went out of his way to ask us personal questions about ourselves

by car you reach the nice beaches of Ksamil in about 20 min. (there is as well a public bus to Ksamil which passes near by the hotel). you are at the ancient ruin of Butrint

Room I had, had a comfortable bed, rainshower, small balcony with table and two chairs and seaview. hotel, restaurant, beach infront of the hotel, room and bathroom very clean

The reception area is good, friendly and hospitable staff, a very good restaurant on the beach and just a magnificent beach: service on the beach, sun loungers, sunbets, entertainment, clean water! I can definitely recommend everyone to stay here!

THE STRUCTURE IS FANTASTIC, ALL STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE HOTEL IS EQUIPPED WITH A PRIVATE BEACH 2 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL WITH FREE BED AND UMBRELLA. THE ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS

The hotel was ok, but the cemetery is right next to it.

The room is clean, a nice family is running the hotel, the beach is next to the hotel, from the balcony you have a view on Korfu, and it is not far from the centre. In the morning we had the breakfast at the hotel

The food varies and was good, but unfortunately the coffee was cold. Please buy a thermos bottle or provide an automatic coffee maker because it would improve the breakfast a lot

Location not great, but that's reflected in the price. Excellent room, fantastic view, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Recommended.

Beach chairs were included in the price, and the owner even let us stay there for a good portion of the day after we had checked out from our room

Even though it's a kind of old building, it had a very chill and good environment. The hosts were really nice and ready to help on whatever we asked

This hotel has a lot of potential. A large saltwater swimming pool decorates the exterior area and by the ocean you can find a rock cliff beach with sunbeds. The staff is very helpful and they are always nearby

At the moment this is a location that not many people have discovered, I am a bit hesitant to give it such a good review because I don't like the crowds so much and I want it all to myself! So please don't come here!!!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Saranda with the best swimming pool. natural salt water and no chlorine! The view of the coastline is amazing from the seating on the shaded terrace

Construction site just in front of the hotel. Next to the beach. In the future, it will not have clean sea view as it had.

Nice and clean hotel. Cozy restaurant. Friendly staff. They helped us renting an Atv an offered some good itineraries. Not so quiet especially in the morning but it has beautiful views.
