We walked from the bus to the hotel, and arrived very hot and sweaty. We were met at the desk by the charming Sophie who gave us all the info and gave us our room keys. From there it was beach and pool all the way

It is said that the best hotel in the Saran area. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner is not working well. The breakfast is not self-service, which is a bit small

I saw that other room types are a bit small when passing by. It is recommended to choose this room type directly. It is not bad for the money for a visit

Wild experience of a hotel, artistic at every corner and amazing little pockets to explore! Only unfortunate issue with our stay is that the hotel and all it's spots and facilities weren't fully functional as we went off peak season

It's understandable that they can't staff fully during the off season but it's a bit of a shame since it would have been lovely to experience everything the hotel had to offer

Still a great experience and we would look to revisit, especially in the summer with everything in full swing

The best thing about this hotel was breakfast and I give it a 5 star for that, breakfast was professionally displayed and it was absolutely spotless perfection. Good hotel would return and recommend

One thing I disagree with is them charging for the roof top swimming pool and not being included in the hotel stay so for that reason I give it a 4 star

If you like the seafood, you must try the fried mix with french fries. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially Claudiu. They treated us like we were friends, not just tourists

I went there for a four day vecation and it was stuning with its great views the room was nice not the biggest but it was still very nice and the workers there were very friendly and nice it a little expensive but very worth the while

Albania is still developing with its tourism, and it’s all still very new to them. Yes, things are a little bit rough round the edges with some snags, but the rusting is to do with the platform by the sea

No, there’s no toaster but there’s plenty of other options and people should just be mindful that they’re in a different culture. Staff were lovely, made a real effort and spoke good English

Pool and private sea areas were amazing. Quite a few local restaurants, we enjoyed “Appetite”. The hotel bar/restaurant are lovely with incredible views

Turned up without a booking in the off season at Sarande. Mainstream car rental offices unmanned and locked. Within 30 minutes driving out. Car was old but drove well and had plenty of pull

I was happy to rent a car from Sipa, excellent communication before the stay, easy to find just out of the Sarranda ferry office coming from Corfou, Car and price just as agreed by email, and good communication during the stay

The boss and the rest of the staff are also super friendly and made the tours really enjoyable. We did the boat tour to krorez beach which is a definite must. The beach is beautiful and the boat is so much fun

The biggest downside with the hotel is its location, it is on the outskirts of the town with a river effectively cutting the hotel off the town, thus making it difficult to get to town if you want to go to other restaurants etc

One improvement that could be made would be the food on offer in the restaurant, during our stay the pizza was never available and they would make considerably more money by offering snacks such as crisps, ice cream etc

the hotel is immaculate, sheets and towels changed daily and room also cleaned daily. pool area is lovely with views of the sea striking. they even have a little tortoise sanctuary there

This place is absolutely incredible. The people, food, and pool are all amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

We tried the kitchen once and I have to say that it was enough for us. The breakfast was very balanced and delicious but for the last 3-4 days there was no Nutella or chocolate spread, which wasn't great for the kids

Very friendly only female personal (Nora, Neri, Alisia in reception). They were very supportive regarding providing tips for beaches, restaurants and excursions. Very good rooms which were cleaned every day

We stayed at the 6th floor (highest) with excellent view over the bay. Every morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast with a beautiful view over the bay as well
