Hotel was not bad but there were several things that held it back somewhat. Firstly the location it is a long way from the hub of the town but this was known when booking. The rooms were very very small as was the bed. The main feature was the rose garden but there was nowhere to relax to enjoy it apart from hard bistro chairs. There was a little bar in the rose garden but this never opened so you couldn’t get a drink to relax with. But the worst was the staff for breakfast. The check in reception staff were fine. The breakfast staff were the grumpiest I have ever come across. They really were in the wrong job but I am not sure what would be the right one. Eventually I had to go and ask for a coffee as one was not offered at any point and anyone would have thought I had asked to eat his liver. I kind of thought that was part of his job as he was stood behind the coffee machine for 10 minutes not moving or doing anything and certainly not making coffee. Disappointing.

Very clean, quiet stay. Good location and value for price paid. Basic breakfast. I would have liked if there was a croissant available. The odd thing is that as I was sitting in the garden eating my breakfast, thinking that a croissant or pastry would have made the breakfast better I saw a man come out of the outdoor kitchen with a large platter of croissants and load them into his vehicle. So they have them? Make them? but don't put a few out (?) this was odd to me. The scrambled eggs were delicious.

Nice small hotel with lovely peaceful garden. The staff we dealt with were really friendly and helpful and booked our trip to Valbone with no fuss. The hotel is about 7-8 minutes from the town centre and is in a nice quiet location. Good breakfast served in the garden. Bliss! Comfortable room with kettle and good shower. We stayed a second night when we returned to Shkoder and very much hope to stay again some time in future!

Quite, if no celabration in the hotel. Spacious room. Many stairs no elevator. Small parking place. No parking on street, so try to reserve your space. Moderate breakfast, very friendly staff. Very close to center and pedastrisn streets.

Located next to the cathedral it's actual not hard to find but for reason we got lost and it took a while until we arrived. As we arrived we were pointed to a parking lot in the Garden and keys were given. The room was big enough and clean, so nothing to complain. The hotel per se looked newly renovated and well maintained even so the WLAN Router must be fixed. They also offered breakfast in buffet form and even so a small hotel could not offer the variety of big hotels with many rooms it was enough for everyone, i think. The coffee was fresh brewed so an extra plus. So given that the City Center was just about 5 minutes to walk i could currently recommend the hotel If you look for a good located place to sleep not expecting a 5 Star service with Spa etc.

I have stayed at this fabulous boutique hotel 7 times now over the last year. It is without exception the best value and best presented hotel in Shkoder. The best
" European" breakfast in town. The staff speak English well and the manager will do most things to naked your stay as pleasant as possible.
Sadly no English TV channels but I guess the cost is to much.... personally I would be happy to pay for TV in my room.... so maybe you can look into this ?? I normally stay between 3 or 4 nights so it would make my stay a little better. Perhaps 5 euro charge for TV.
Anyway another great stay and lovely Segafredo coffee.... only 120Lek.

Beautiful design outside as well as the interior decor. Relaxing patterns, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms.
I loved the backyard garden too with all the roses, the tangerine and orange tree.
The food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely come back when visiting Shkodra again.
