We stopped for a drink and a snack. The staff was happy to welcome us. We enjoyed the drink with a nice view from the terrace and had a good panna cotta and cheese cake. The ambience at the restaurant show that the hotel was restyled last year.

It’s one of the best resorts I’ve ever been! Staff was great and very helpful when we needed something for our son (4 year old Aldeo). At times or son is a bit picky so whenever he asked for some kind of food that was not on the menu, they would go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Rooms are OK except the bathrooms. Shower is open in front of the toilet and therefore the bathroom floor gets all wet and slippery The Hotel is very noisy, music from the beach bars, guests yelling in the middle of the night, doors banging as they do not close properly. It's a really good and nice hotel. The stuff is awesomely friendly and helps you with every needs you have. The pool is super clean and perfect for a swim and for fun. The rooms are also in top conditions.

It was very surprising to see that the hotel was not ready to host clients. Our room had a hole with all the pipes. The toilet had no cover. The bin had a broken cover... Brand new family-run structure.....very kind owners offering us the breakfast that we weren't entitled to and even more so by making their car available to let us move.....fantastic......breakfast plentiful enough. ....to return.

The structure is brand new and very clean. The management is family-run and the owners are very kind. We arrived 5 hours before check in and they invited us to have breakfast (rich and varied) and to rest after the long journey. They worked hard every day for the various trips and did much more for us than we were entitled to. Their availability and their heart made this short trip to Albania special

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. This hotel is modern and clean and the service is great. It is also a good location near to the sea front yet far enough away that is is quieter. The roof bar/pool is small, tables and chairs and only 8 sun beds but we never struggled to get one. The beach area is minutes away and a coupon from reception gets you free beds. Large room balcony on ground floor had great views on tall trees and good if you have mobility issues as runs straight out to pool one side and road entrance on the other. Bus to Corfu and Ipsos just outside. Very friendly staff and musical entertainment most nights. La Casa taverna good which is 5 minutes walk when you turn right from hotel.

It's not luxury, there are no expensive frivolities, it's simple, almost too simple, but it enjoys a fantastic location. The room with sea view balcony is perfect. In the midst of very high buildings it is a little pink candy in paradise. Kind and helpful owners who speak Italian.

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. It’s always nice when someone at the front desk actually seems happy to help. Made everything easy. Would totally stay here again!

Very clean rooms with really nice design, comfortable bed, new furniture and good look. Service is really great. We faced some issues in the room, but they were solved very quickly with exceeding our expectations. Personal is super-polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, conveniently located for the beach, local restaurants and local shopping. The staff are exceptionally helpful, taking care of our requests and providing accurate information. The room had so much space, bed linen neat and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had enough space but the showering area had no place to put our toiletry. I could see it once was there by the holes on the walls. There’s a quite a few restaurants downstairs so food wasn’t a problem to find. I’d definitely recommend the place.

This hotel was well located and easy walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel staff were very helpful. Parking was free. We did not eat at the hotel but it does have a small restaurant that looked popular. I also thought the price of the room was very good value.

Situated a walk from the beach and restuarants. Staff friendly and helpful in reception and the bar. The food was very poor, unlike everywhere else we had stayed and eaten. This is obviously an overnight stay hotel for tours and it shows in the standard of food. Breakfast had plenty of choice but it was difficult to access. Room was ok, large but had a structural beam as a feature!

Modern hotel in good central location. Large modern room and bathroom. Some rooms apparently had a kettle but sadly not mine. No drinking water provided in rooms, strange for a country where you cannot drink the tap water.

This modern hotel was just okay as an overnight stopover on a road trip north to south. A huge building with quite a sterile atmosphere. My room was very noisy but it was a good size and very clean. Compared to the many charming characterful guest houses all over Albania this place was not for me.

A very nice hotel with a great location. 20 minutes from the big city of Vlore (!! During rush hour the traffic will most likely double your travel time!!) friendly staff and a nice pool for the kids.
