Overall, this is a very luxurious hotel with excellent staff that provide very good service and travel advice. The breakfast is excellent with a wide assortment of options

Just brilliant again! Having stayed here over Christmas we love this hotel for it's old Salzburg / Austrian 'charm', the decor, the fit-out of the rooms, the service, the staff, the food and of course the amazing location

It is just a great place to stay and I really can't speak more highly about the hotel as a whole. If you're looking to stay a night or several this is the Hotel of choice to experience Salzburg and all it has to offer

Accommodating, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Porter's are considerate and polite. Location can't be better for old town Salzburg. Would recommend to anyone who is staying for a top of class experience

Great central position easy access to Mirabel and the old part of the town. The restaurant on the sixt floor is great and food excellent.

Lived two days in this wonderful historic hotel in the heart of Salzburg. Friendly staff and large rooms with high ceilings and plenty of mirrors. The hotel's no Smoking, but there are rooms with balconies

We stayed in this hotel in the end october 2017. The experience was unforgetable. We had our 45th mariage aniversary and they treated us as a king and a queen. We felt so well with all the staff

The hotel met your expectations. At night the city is dying, though near (adjacent building) nightclub. The room is decent, even a kettle put. But for Breakfast we have to prepare, so many people have to wait long

The hotel is located about 15 mins walk from old town and it takes you through a nice area of town or waterfront promenade. The location is easy to reach by car and has onsite parking available

We stayed here after looking at various different hotels in Salzburg. The room was absolutely amazing. It was a spacious room with a big, comfy bed as well as a sofa and good TV

Great hotel close but not too close to old city. Nice short walk along the river. Nice but simple breakfast available. We had a Jr suite with balcony which is practically an apartment

The location of the hotel is perfect. Only 5 minute walk to the old town. My booking did not include breakfast but, I bet it’s amazing. Parking space is 14 Euro per night

The room we had was top floor with a corner nook perfect for reading while the rain came down. The room was very spacious, very clean and very quiet

Everything is good , but the location is little bit far, no restaurants or shops around the area but the bus stop is few steps , the breakfast could be better , the reception is super helpful and nice .

The hotel is located at a place where it is near to Salzburg airport and it is a quiet and peaceful town. Hotel room is spacious and had a lot of walking space. The view from the balcony is absolutely GORGEOUS

A special mention to Mrs STEINER (manager) for her professionalism and impeccable business sense. My opinion also takes into account a previous stay in 09/2020. I seriously recommend this hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lilienhof. The room was basic but clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff was helpful - we forgot a toothbrush and they very kindly provided one

Good rooms, good price, good location but not the most tasty breakfast.

But I didn't enjoy the stay as much this year. The location is just good, just a few minutes walk and you're in the center of Salzburg old town area

The breakfast has good choices of cold cuts and some muesli or cake, as well as scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs

Great location, really nice and accommodating receptionists here. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, pharmacy and supermarket across the street which made it even better.

A bit outside city center, but easy trasportation with bus n1. Room comfortable, we didn't take breakfast which at 9€ was really too expensive.

Hotel is in a good location and right beside a bus stop. I am writing this with one more night left in our stay and have to say the cleaning staff are sub par at best

Excellent place to stay in Salzburg. Large clean room with 2 comfortable beds and a huge corner veranda on the 3rd floor of the building. Room was nice and cool which was a nice relief during the hot summer days

Hotel was great. Good location and easily accessible to the town centre by bus. Reception were very friendly. Rooms were big and clean.

we booked 4 rooms for 2 nights, all rooms were clean, breakfast was good, workers were friendly, there is a parking, quiet place

Convenient bus stop is located infront of the hotel, which will take you directly to old town or the Hbf. Checkin staff was friendly and accommodating despite our late 9pm arrival

we arrived late at the hotel (at 9 pm), so the reception was closed, although we had no problem checking in, all rooms were already ready, so we checked in using "check-in-terminal - so simple" and quickly responded through the booking app

Overall good service although the young receptionist guy on afternoon shift did seem a bit rude and in general offended that he had to be there. But the stay was good and I have nothing to complain about

But really didn't not understand, why the bathroom door is glass door. The bathroom is close to the bad. So if you want to use toilet, you cannot do it, without that person in your room will know and smell

Because in these difficult times, it is not easy for a hotel to accept both good hosts and all Corona hygiene measures, so it is still a pleasure and pleasure for me as a guest to stay here

The breakfast here was the best breakfast I have had in a long time. Staff was courteous but I never had much interaction with them

Nice mid size hotel in Salzburg. We arrived somewhat late and its great they have a parking lot right next to the hotel. The room was good sized and the bed was quite comfortable

There are many good things, like the location, the parking, aesthetics etc. At first I was very impressed with the price. Many aspects were very ideal and the hotel is beautiful

It’s a little more expensive than other hotels but location and view was worth the extra cost

Trying to get back to Austria I was stopped at the border and they wanted me to pay a €300 fine for not having the Slovenian sticker. She should have just said she didn’t know and I would have researched it further

The breakfast buffet had nothing other hotels would not claim, but actually everything was genuinely good quality. The English tea was very good and hot. The fruit was fresh, the croissant buttery

The location is good, though other top hotels have rooms looking out on the river. All in all a nice stay accepting that complaining about 250 euro a night as a discounted rate is a first world issue :-)

Overall If you want to get a good dinner/lunch and you don't have to look at the pricetag that carefully, thats your place to be

Portions are reasonably sized. Ambiente not that good beacuse you don't have that much space

The aircon was effective and quiet. A herb of pygmy elephants had been allowed into the room above ours, so some stamping and thumping was audible as they moved around. The staff were attentive and effective

The staff is very friendly and there are a lot of small things like the free mini bar and really good tea for free. The rooms are modern and stylish. A good way to spend a few days in Salzburg

Ask for a quiet room not facing the street so you can open the windows and still be able to sleep. Excellent restaurant - ate there 2 out of 3 nights. Great location and very friendly people

Absolutely amazing place! Location is perfect in the old town, lots of beautiful sites to see amd walking around was very safe (solo female traveler) The staff truly go out of their way to welcome you and make you feel at home! They're incredibly helpful from orienting you in the city to helping you with any administration you may need help with! Every part of this hotel has been well thought out...

Excellent hotel that restored our faith in the Marriott world. Rooms were lovely, location is perfect, and the concierge found us the best dinner spot after we fell for one of the many Salzburg tourist traps

Very nice gesture.. hotel is pretty nice and close to everything. As a titanium member they gave me a junior suite upgrade.. seen better rooms but overall everyone is friendly. Expensive parking though @ 19€ / night

We had a terrific stay at the Sheraton Grand Salzburg. The moment we checked in, we could see that the hotel culture was truly, guest focused. Every interaction we had with the staff, they exuded a genuine warmth

Wonderful stay in a 3 bed room. Nicely furnished, clean and accommodating. Conveniently located near a small mall with cafes and a BIPA/ Billa for those last minute needs. Parking lot was good, 10€ a night

Good location about 5 minutes from the main train station by walking. Right next to Spar express (small supermarket attached to a shell gas station) which is convenient

The door key you will barely be able to lift, the floors are uneven and each turn brings something new. And it is all the better for it. The location is superb but quiet, the staff attentive but discrete
