Location was close to the railway station. A bit further from the old town, but a great location for trams/buses to go into town. Room was a very good size with carpet that gave a cosy feel

It is in an excellent location for bus and train transportation, as well as for grocery and dairy stores

About 5 min walk from main train station. Room is clean. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. Got a free room upgrade but the upgraded room is kinda small, i guess the upgrade was having a coffee machine in the room.

Location is great very close to the train station and there is a mall just right across the street. They have full amenities as well. Highly recommended if you travel by train.

The hotel is conveniently located for those looking to take the 840 bus to Königsee and is also close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to access the old town

I immediately sent an email and called the hotel front desk, but the hotel front desk said that it was not found and refused to admit it. This is not comparable to the honesty of China. Another point is that I drove here

We are a family of three, so we booked a triple room at the time, but when we arrived at the hotel, we found that we only added a sofa bed, but the price was 1/3 more expensive

Although the hotel has a parking lot, the location is very far and very roundabout. The parking fee is also very expensive, 25 yuan a day

If you know foreign languages, you can park directly in the roadside parking lot, which is much cheaper

As good as can be hotel at the airport. The only drawback is it is not very close to airport - you still need a taxi if you have a luggage. Though taxi cost less than 10€

Loved it! I was there the 2nd time with a group of 24 from Los Angeles and we will go back there again. Everyone was friendly, kind and we had the feeling of being welcomed. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished

The rates are reasonable and it is only 2 minutes to the entrance of the Festival buildings. You have to book early because they are sold out sometimes even the year before

There is an elevator with clear glass walls which made a nice view of surrounding area. Breakfast had a good selection of food, but I’m not sure it’s worth the price (ours was included with the room)

This hotel was lovely and in the heart of Salzburg. It was easy to get to all the attractions that we had wanted to get to and there were plenty of food options nearby. Overall, a lovely stay and would go there again.

Stayed in this hotel in April 2025. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. The hallway is made with tiles, without any carpets, so it was getting a bit noisy when anyone was walking by/talking outside the room

What a beautiful property and truly lovely family running this hotel. We only stayed for three days in Salzburg but this was an excellent base for our short visit being close to the centre and the mountains

This is a really lovely guesthouse. A very warm welcome, a lovely comfortable room with good shower room. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pretty gardens and outdoor pool

Great time in Salzburg We had an amazing stay at the Stadtkrug. The staff was very helpful, confirming our stay via email previous to our arrival. The check in and check out process was very efficient

We had two king rooms with easy access from the elevator. The rooms were serviced everyday while we ate breakfast. Breakfast was a selection of breads, meats and cheese as well as cereal and yogurt

On a pedestrian street, so taxi from airport dropped us at bottom of road, a couple of hundred metres walk, no problem for us but could be if you're not so mobile or have a lot of luggage

Hotel has the Kapuzinerg mountain in the back. Best location near the old town Altstadt across the bridge. Close to many shops and cafes and spar for groceries and restaurants and pharmacy s and so much more

Great stay. Traveling with two teenage sons. The room was large and gave us all privacy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was always helpful. Location was a short 5 minute bus ride in to the center of town.

Me and my husband stayed from 24th May 2025 to 28th May 2025. And the end of our stay we felt very sad to go to Munich which was our second leg of the journey. Fantastic bed, hot water in bathroom

If you're ok to travel with bus from the hotel to downtown, it's a good place. It's clean and the breakfast was good.

but it stops on the mezzanine so you still have to lug your suitcase up/down the stairs. Location was good to get to the centre of Salzburg, even possible on foot.   They do their best to provide a parking space

Can take the bus from the Hbf but make sure you get the right direction (I messed up and had to jump off and re-route). There’s a bus ticket machine close to the hotel. 15 minute bus ride to main square from the hotel

Wonderful stay for a Salzberg vacation Friendly staff was the common point during our days here. Seamless check-in, but sticky on the 2pm incoming time. We were allowed to store our bags free while we toured

Walking distance to the Stiegl Brewery which has wonderful food to complement great beers. 50 and is within the ticket limits
