Location was close to the railway station. A bit further from the old town, but a great location for trams/buses to go into town. Room was a very good size with carpet that gave a cosy feel

It is in an excellent location for bus and train transportation, as well as for grocery and dairy stores

About 5 min walk from main train station. Room is clean. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. Got a free room upgrade but the upgraded room is kinda small, i guess the upgrade was having a coffee machine in the room.

Location is great very close to the train station and there is a mall just right across the street. They have full amenities as well. Highly recommended if you travel by train.

The hotel is conveniently located for those looking to take the 840 bus to Königsee and is also close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to access the old town

I immediately sent an email and called the hotel front desk, but the hotel front desk said that it was not found and refused to admit it. This is not comparable to the honesty of China. Another point is that I drove here

Nice hotel. If you forget something in the room, they will call you to let you know. Very responsible. It's not far from the tourist attractions and you can walk there

We are a family of three, so we booked a triple room at the time, but when we arrived at the hotel, we found that we only added a sofa bed, but the price was 1/3 more expensive

Although the hotel has a parking lot, the location is very far and very roundabout. The parking fee is also very expensive, 25 yuan a day

If you know foreign languages, you can park directly in the roadside parking lot, which is much cheaper

Best of all we did not spend a single euro buying mineral water. We got fresh safe drinkable water both hot and cold directly from the bathroom tap. The best part of this hotel is SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE

Very pleasant personnel, with a good English level. The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms. The only downside is that part of the furniture is old. The breakfast is tasty and contains a diverse range of products

Tje breakfast was unreal, so healthy and amazing selection. Super healthy, local source, organic, etc.. I was full till dinner! Best breakfast Ive ever had in a hotel!

Great stay. Traveling with two teenage sons. The room was large and gave us all privacy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was always helpful. Location was a short 5 minute bus ride in to the center of town.

Me and my husband stayed from 24th May 2025 to 28th May 2025. And the end of our stay we felt very sad to go to Munich which was our second leg of the journey. Fantastic bed, hot water in bathroom

The property is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking for us was a challenge due to the weekend. Walkable to main Salzburg attractions, but not for the elderly. Excellent for adult travellers.

The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 100 meters away from Mirabell Gardens and Mozart's former residence. The staff speaks fluent English and is very enthusiastic. The room is not big but very exquisite

I booked a hotel with reasonable cost-effectiveness because I was only going to stay for one day. First of all, the interior was clean and it was convenient because it was about a 10-minute walk from the station

Check in done by two very professional and pleasant gentleman which is a great start. We had questions regarding traffic arrangements to Hallstatt and they were very helpful

Overall a great stay though we need to take bus to get to most of the places but the bus stop is just around the corner

It also had all the small necessities like water and a coffee pot

Convenient location for train station in and out of Salzburg. Walk to old town is relatively easy and about 15 minutes walk. Thai restaurant across the road is highly recommended as well as brewery around the corner

The hotel was perfect for my 3 nights in Salzburg. It's a little cute, clean and quiet b&b 10/15 minutes away from the city centre with a very good bus connection

This was a very comfortable room for our family of 4. Plenty of space as the room was huge. And both the room and bathroom have recently been remodeled, so they were modern and clean. The breakfast was quite good as well

Being greeted every time you leave your room by the smell of fresh flowers was a nice touch. The only missing conveniences were an in-room fridge and the front desk is only staffed certain hours of the day

The hotel is located right opposite Salzburg Hbf, which I think is the best part. Going to Old Town is a 20 (maybe 25 if you are not a regular walker) minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and nice

It’s just next to the bus terminal and train station!!! It’s extremely convenience, if u need to wake up early for trips, you dnt hv to worry and can sleep until the last minute ;) however, furnitures are quite old.

The hotel offers a fair price for travelling. The room was a bit old and refrigerator was not available. But the receptionists were friendly and willing to help out.
